Ravenclaw: writer- they must create something entirely new and they have to write a good, interesting plot

Hufflepuff: actor- they must be willing to do the same thing over and over and take criticism on their performance well

Slytherin: director- the grand vision of the final product keeps them motivated. They have to be good communicators and leaders
