For the 5,000 or so Diehard fans, the Band normally comes back out to do a "Diehard Medley", which is 5 songs for the true fans who loved the band's first cover album, which was for their favorite "Metallica" songs. They didn't say any words before or in between the songs.  This time, they doubled it up, playing 10 more.
