Jungkook POV

Someone finally picked up the call. When Y/n responded with a yes, I realized that her voice is extremely beautiful in the phone. Holy shit we should do a duet. It will the love song of the year. Both of us remained silent me in peace with her voice, her with anxiety of a stranger's call.

"I didn't expect you to answer the call . I said to her. She was silent so I again said. "I hope I didn't wake you up". "No, I was in the shower". Y/n finally answers back.
"Oh, you were alone?!" I said to her in a teasing way. But looks like she didn't like that and replied sarcastically ." No, I was showering with the whole locality ".

"Did you reach safely?" I ask her back in concern. "Yes. How are you now ?" Y/n also inquires back . My stomach literary did back flip in happiness. She must have asked me just for politeness but it is enough to make me delighted. "I am fine". I answer back.

For a few minutes we both remain silent, deciding what to say next. "Can you come to the garden ?" I ask her and immediately disconnects the call not wanting to hear a rejection. I don't know why I did that but I really want to see her now.

Hurriedly I wore my appropriate clothes and went out. The garden was moist with the rain before. Looking at the moon, I realized what if she doesn't come down.

Author POV

All of Jungkook's nervousness washes away as Jungkook hears Y/n standing behind him. Finally his heart is at peace.
The stars are aligning properly and the moon is shining particularly bright today.

"Hey" Jungkook says to her. "Hello" Y/n responses back. "So, were you scolded ?" Y/n asks inquires quitely. "Yeah". Jungkook says quite sadly. Y/n bursts into a fit of laughter seeing Jungkook's comical expression. Jungkook looks at her quietly admiring her beautiful smile.

Y/n stops laughing, thinking about Jungkook's quietness. She thought she might have offended him.

"Have you seen the moon ?" Y/n says trying to distract Jungkook. "I am seeing that". After the rain, the moon shines exceptionally bright today in the dark sky.

"It lives in the sky, we can only look from afar". Y/n says softly. "Yes I have heard of that but now I am suspicious of that claim". Jungkook replies back and continue to stare at her. Y/n turns aside and also looks at Jungkook's eyes.

Jungkook's eyes are beautiful. Y/n thought. His eyes are doe shape. It's like a universe reside in them.His black iris is like dark pools of mystery, deep and unspoken, Like midnight skies where dreams remain unbroken.

Jungkook's eyes flicker with the shimmer of distant lights, a gaze so tender. In those eyes, a thousand emotions cascade.

Looking at Jungkook's eyes it felt like the time stood still. Both Y/n and him remain silent maintaining intense eye contact like silent conversation is happening between them.
