THALIA WAS STOOD beside Calvin inside the McLaren garage, watching as the engineers prepared for Practice 2, Oscar and Lando mindlessly mingling with each other. Practice 1 entertained Thalia quite more than she had anticipated, the idea of racing intrigued her a lot...

But she definitely didn't enjoy the part where Lando Norris got out of his car, and began shaking his sweaty hair all over her... like a dog.

Let's just say, she almost got physical that time.

Calvin's words were going through her right ear and out the left, she was in her own world. Anxiety crept up behind her back as she thought about the interviews she had to do after Practice 2... "Why do I even need to do all that?" She thought to herself.

Thalia had angrily contacted one of her agents from Chanel, asking why they would set her up for that. The only response she received was that her appearance would make millions... which isn't what she wanted to hear at all nor did she understand that logic.

"Thals, babe. Did you hear me?" Calvin nudged her side. "Hm?" She snapped out of it, taking a quick glance at Calvin.

"They're staring at you." He mumbled as Thalia furrowed her eyebrows. "Who?-" She asked before landing her eyes on Lando, who was stood beside Oscar and two other drivers.

"Oh, God." She mumbled.

"I think they want to meet you." Calvin grinned as she closed her eyes with a breath. "I don't wanna meet them."

"Well, you're gonna have to interview them later, so might as well learn some names, doll face." He smiled at her as she grunted. Before she and Calvin could even make their way toward the drivers, they had traveled towards the duo instead.

"Tanya." Lando smirked.
"Thalia." She corrected with an irritated tone, the others laughing.

"You are such an ass." Oscar laughed, looking at Lando.

"It's just for fun." Lando bit down his smirk. "Anyways, they wanted to meet you." He mentioned, pointing at the two unfamiliar guys beside him.

"Thalia, this is Alex and Charles." He pointed one by one. "Alex, Charles, this is Thalia." He introduced.

"And this is Calvin, my best friend and manager." She quickly brought him up, so he was included.

"Nice to meet you! My girlfriend is a big fan!" Alex quickly went for a handshake, also giving one to Calvin, making Thalia smile.

"I like you already." She whispered, which took Lando aback, "Bringing up your girlfriend first and foremost is such a green flag, I would love to meet her!"

"Oh, yeah?" Alex said as he looked at the guys in excitement. "I'll let her know you said that!"

"It's nice to meet you." Charles was up next. "I've heard a lot about you." He smiled, shooting a knowing glance at Lando. "Cute accent." Thalia complimented. "Where are you from?" She gave him a handshake.

"Monaco." He replied, Thalia's eyebrows raising in excitement. "Ugh, LOVE Monaco!" She said, her thoughts racing back to a vacation she once took there.

"I live in Monac-"

"So Alex, when can I meet this girlfriend of yours!" She ignored Lando, smiling at the Thai boy as Oscar laughed. "Oh! Really?" He asked since it felt so sudden, Thalia nodding.

"She's in the Williams Garage as we speak." He smiled, nearly laughing in Lando's face.

"Dare I say, take me to her?" Thalia smiled.

"There's 20 minutes until practice starts I don't think-"

"I'll be quick." Thalia interrupted Lando, insisting she quickly meets Alex's girlfriend.

"Ah, I better get back to my garage." Charles glimpsed at his watch. "Need to talk to my engineers." He admitted. "Lovely meeting you." He smiled at Thalia, "I hope we can speak again later. You're funny."

"Of course, of course!" Thalia said politely before the Monegasque boy walked off.

"Shall I take you to Williams?" Alex offered. "You shall!" Thalia smiled. "You two can tag along as well." Alex said an invite toward the McLaren boys.

"I think I'll sit this out, I need to go talk to my mechanics as well." Oscar shrugged. "See you later." He waved.

"Bye Oscar, see you." Thalia said sweetly. "Bye Thals!" The Aussie smiled.

"Thals??? He calls YOU Thals???"

"Well, Oscar is my friend." Thalia looked at Lando with a squint. "My friends call me Thals."

"Oh, come on." Lando smirked with his scoff as Thalia began to follow Alex out of the McLaren garage and walk through the pit lains, Calvin following after.

"Lily!" Alex quickly called her name as soon as they arrived at the front of the Williams garage.

"Oh my god?" His girlfriend gasped as she walked towards them. "Hi!" Thalia smiled, going in for a handshake.

"This is so embarrassing. I'm such a huge fan, I'm like freaking out." The girl kept her mouth covered in awe, making Thalia giggle.

"You're so sweet!" Thalia held her hands out for Lily to take them. "And gorgeous, by the way." She complimented as the two girls were now hand in hand.

"Girl, STOPPP." Lily got shy, looking away in attempts to try and hide her now rosy cheeks. "Thank you so much! You're actually breath taking." She paused.

"I'm Lily, by the way!" She introduced herself. "Thalia." She winked. "Thanks for saying that because I thought we were about to kiss before I even knew your name."

"Oh my god. Real." Lily began to laugh.

"Alright, alright." Alex quickly got between the two, breaking their hand held grips. "She's mine, sorry." He joked around, pulling Lily away.

"Is she?" Thalia raised a brow, crossing her arms as Lily blushed.

"Sorry should we give you guys privacy?" Lando snorted as Thalia briefly glanced at him. "That was funny. Good one." She calmly said.

"Hey guys!" Thalia's train of thought was interrupted by an American accent.

"Oh, Logan!" Alex smiled, giving the unfamiliar guy dressed in the same racesuit as him a fist bump. "Thalia, this is Logan, my teammate and Logan this is Thalia."

"He's American." Lando pointed out before Thalia smiled.

"AMERICA?" She exclaimed before giving him a clean dap up. "I think I've found my new favorite driver." Thalia smirked.

"Oh, really? I'm flattered." Logan held a hand to his heart as Thalia kept shining her sweet smile. "Should be."

"Oh should we also give you guys privacy?" Lando retorted as Thalia rolled her eyes.

"Not funny this time." She replied before Calvin's phone went off. "Sorry, Let me take this." He said, soon distancing himself from the group.

"I should go with him." Thalia admitted. "But we should definitely hang sometime this weekend." Thalia pointed at Lily. "I expect to see you around!" She smiled as the girl nodded.

"Yes, please!!" Lily held her hands together and smiled. "Perfect!"

Bidding the Williams drivers and Lily goodbye, she walked off to follow Calvin back to the McLaren garage as Lando was on her trail. Her pace was fast but of course, he was faster and was soon walking by her side.

"Can I help you?" She looked at him, continuing to walk down the pit lanes.

"So you like my friends?" He asked.

"Yes, them! You? No." She kept her answers short. "Oh, come onnn. One day you'll realize how awesome and cool and awesome I am."

"One day, you're gonna wake up with no limbs." She threatened her usual threat, making him laugh.

"And there's the chihuahua!"

"I hate you." She continued to walk away.
