(Y/n)s pov

I  slowly fluttered my (e/c) eyes open. Slender was gone...
He left you the voice in my head laughed.
No he couldn't have right? I try to stand up but huckle down in pain with a soft cry. The old wooden door to the room opens and Nurse anne comes in gasping. She quickly helps me up.
"Looks like whatever Smiley had you on wore off now." She said making me sit down on the bed.
"It's the only reason why you were able to move around so much."
I open my mouth to ask Slender but nothing comes out, then i remember I can't speak.
The dark haired nurse pulls something out of her uniform pocket.
"Slender told me to make sure you drink this when you wake up, I'm not exactly sure what it is though."

I looked at the nurse skeptically for a moment then took the vile from her hand, snapping off the cork i drank it. Suddenly i felt power surge through me.

I guess i must have passed out because Nurse Anne was shaking me, I opened my eyes and she jumped back for a moment.
"Your eyes...there black..." I suddenly thought of demon eyes and she gave out a startled squeak.
"You...you don't have demon eyes there still eyes just black..."
"How did she know what I was thinking?" I thought.
"You showed me demon eyes telepathically." The nurse gulped.

What the Hell Slender. What. The Hell. I couldn't understand why he gave me this, i mean i don't really deserve this.
"Where is Slender?" I asked, for some strange reason it..it felt like i knew he wasn't here like i could locate him.

The nurse let put a nervous laugh.
"Well," she said "The thing is...none of the Slender brothers are here and the proxy trio and Jane the killer asked me to tell you once you were awake that you needed to go see them in the kitchen."

I gave her a quizzical look. Then let out a breath.
"Okay," i telepathically spoke "Thank you Nurse, if you need anything tell me."
The black suited girl had a cherry aura around her as she left. I quickly got up, feeling extremely dizzy and went out of the room, down into the kitchen.
The trio were sitting at the table, in a very heated discussion. I stood in the doorway for a moment before i knocked on the old wooden archway. No one heard.
"Uhm..." i said nervously "Sorry to interrupt."
The talking stopped the trio looked around, Jane just turned around, i could feel a shocked sort of aura around her.
"Oh. (Y/n), come on and take a seat." Jane said pulling out a chair beside her.

I sighed and sat down at the table.
"Are they really gone?" I asked
Masky nodded, moving his mask back a bit reveling his lips, as he grabbed a cigarette from his pocket and placed it in his mouth.

"Yeah," the dark haired teen sighed.
"Which means that the protection spell around here should be gone but. It's not."

I gave everyone at the table a confused look, how could it still be on? Toby gave a few twitches before speaking.
"It-It's possible," twitch "that an heir or-or mate c-can still be,"twitch  "W-Within the country or sta-state allowing the barrier to be her-re."

Masky gave Toby a glare and sighed with annoyance
"Look Toby," Masky said placing a shoulder on the younger male. "All Slenders left the county, and surrender had a mate but he died-"

"Wait," i cut in "how do you know this?"

"Th-they left us a note." Toby said twitching at the end of a sentence Jane slid a piece of paper over to me.
Slenders writing
"Dearest children,
If you are reading this then my brothers and I have left. I would never leave all of you unattended so to the fact the barrier that protects you would be down, so that means I have found a mate. This mate of mine when I leave I would've given her some features of a Slender to make sure she could protect you all. We should be back soon but until then:
Train, fight, and kill.

My eyes went wide reading the paper.
They thought this girl was me? Okay, okay, i may be able to communicate telapthaically but me? Someone's mate, im not good enough.

"So you think I'm Slendermans mate?" I asked the others.
"W-well," Toby twitched "It w-would make se-sense."

"That's impossible." I think to myself.
"We've only just met though!" I argue "No way he could have chosen me this fast."

"(Y/n)." Masky said sharply taking out a pocket knife and taking out the blade. He then began to spin the blade in his finger gingerly so that he wouldn't have to get another band-aid.
"Demons, monsters, and angels find their mate and fall in love," he placed the knife on the table and snapped
"Just like that."

It seemed absolutely stupid to me. How? Why did he leave too without telling me this?! Does this mean that im now betrothed!?

I felt frusterated and sighed.
"Fine. So what do we do?" I asked
"Well we continue as normal. Until they come back and tell the others what's going on."
Hoodie said suddenly there was a high pitched scream coming from outside.
"Sally!" My mind panicked and suddenly I was outside, Sally was running behind me crying and in front of me was a demon. It looked human a very attractive human female but she-she had a dark aura around her I could see.
I turned around  saw the house wasnt to far away from us. I looked down and saw Sally had a scrape on her leg. Enraged I turned my gaze from the girl and gave a deadly glare to the demon.
"Sally." I said in a half growl trying to sound calm to the girl.
"Run back to the house and wait with Toby!"
Suddenly the ground behind had a rustling sound and i knew Sally had ran.
I looked at the demon who was laughing. This bitch was gonna pay for hurting my baby. Wait did I just say that? Yeah fuck it.
