Jameson's POV:

Layla told me to go up to her room and so I did. I find it hot that she's taking control, she's just so beautiful. She told me where her room was and told me to lay on her bed and get some rest.

When I entered her room, it was so Layla. I sat on her bed and let her scent engulf me. I smiled and laid down. It smells exactly like her. Call me a creep or something, but I just love Layla's scent. She smells like a combination of chocolate and strawberry, my two favourite flavours. She smells like that chocolate I eat, Meiji. 

I brought out my phone and saw a text from Mom.

Mom: Ames, are you coming home tonight? It's getting late and you're still not here.

Jameson: I'm staying at Layla's place, Mom. I got into a fight earlier and she attentend to my wounds, I should be fine here.

Almost immediately, I got a reply from her.

Mom: Alright, honey. No funny business, okay? I love you <3

Jameson: Yes, Mom. She's not ready for that anyways, I love you too. Goodnight.

I closed my phone and felt my eyes droop a little. I tried to stay awake and wait for Layla, but I couldn't. I just let the darkness take over me.

Layla's POV:

When Jamie went up the stairs, I went to the kitchen and started on dinner. Poor Jamie, I couldn't bear to see him hurt, I saw Drake walk in and he looked at me confused.

"Who was at the door? I heard people talking." He asked as he sat down on a stool.

"Oh, it was Jamie. He was filled with cuts and bruises and so I cleaned him up. It was getting late and I don't want him to drive like that, he's exhausted. I told him that he can stay here for the night, whether you say it's okay or not, he's staying Drakey." I said, he chuckled and nodded his head.

"I know, you're quite stubborn. I know that even if I say no, you're still gonna let him sleep here." He said and got up and opened the fridge. I smiled and continued making dinner.

"So where is he right now?" He asked

"Oh, he's in my room. He's probably sleeping right now, I told him to get some rest." I said

"You've got him wrapped around your finger, Lay." He laughed

"What does that mean?" I asked 

"It means that whatever you ask him to do, he'll do it in a heartbeat." He said as he poured some orange juice in a cup.

"I still can't believe he finally settled down." He added, I let out a smile knowing that I was the reason that he settled down. 

"You're a good influence on him, Lay." He said

"Thank you, Drakey. I really really like Jamie, at this point I don't know what I'd do without him. You know that I've never experienced things like that, but he just makes me so happy." I explained

"That's good to hear, Lay. It's good to hear that he's treating you right." He smiled

"Jamie, dinner's ready." I said as I walked inside my room only to see him fast asleep. I smiled and walked towards him. I sat beside him and laced my fingers through his hair. I saw a faint smile form on his face. I saw him shift a little and all of a sudden he wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me down beside him.

I let a squeal and I heard him chuckle, "I like it when you do that, Angel." He said in husky tone. I felt my cheeks heat up at our closeness. I saw him open his eyes and he stared at me. He cupped my cheek and caressed my cheek with his thumb.

"You're so beautiful, Angel. I can't believe you're finally mine now, now I can show those other guys that no one can ever touch you and disrespect you. You're mine, and only mine. There's no way I'm ever letting you go, now." He said, he leaned in closer and captured my lips with his. I felt my eyes flutter close and let him take control. He got on top of me and placed each of his hands on either side of my head.

I brought my hands to his hair and pulled a bit making him release a moan, I smiled into the kiss and flipped our positions now making me on top. He pulled away making me whine, he smirked and flipped us back to where he was on top.

"I like being on top, Angel." He whispered and smashed his lips on mine again. I pulled away making him frown.

"Jamie, I came here to tell you that dinner's ready. Well actually, Drakey and I finished eating, but I'll be happy to bring you up some food." I said, he then smiled and wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me close to him making me land on his chest.

"I'm not hungry, Angel. You just made me full." He said, I cocked my head to the side and looked at him confused.

"I'm just not hungry anymore, Angel. Let's just get some sleep." He said, I giggled and shook my head.

"You need to eat, Jamie." I said and bopped his nose. He smiled at me and kissed my nose.

"Alright, Angel." He said, I smiled and pecked his lips. I unwrapped myself from him and sat beside him making him frown.

"What did I say about frowning? You look way better when you're smiling, baby." I said and gave him a smile. He looked at me and I saw adoration in his eyes.

"What did you just call me?" He asked, was it wrong to call him baby? What if he doesn't like it? Oh god, he hates it.

"I'm sorry, it just that I watched some movies and the girls call their boyfriends, baby. I thought you might like it, I'm sorry I'll still to Jamie if you don't" I started to say but he cut me off and kissed me. The kiss lasted for about a minute or two, but then pulled away because we needed the breathe. Stupid oxygen.

"I love it, Angel." He said giving me a smile.

"You do?" I asked him, he nodded his head and kissed my nose again.

"Yes I do, Angel." He said, I smiled and wrapped my arms around his neck pulling him close to me. 

"C'mon, let's get some food in you." I said as I pulled away from him and grabbed his hand intertwining it with mine.

"That was so good, how come you cook so well?" Jamie asked as he finished his food. I smiled and grabbed his plate placing it in the sink and washing it.

"Like I said, I was homeschooled all my life and there was really nothing for me to do, so my Mom and I cook often so I wouldn't die of utter boredom." I said, he chuckled and I heard him walk towards me. Then, I felt him wrap his arms around my waist and felt him kiss my cheek.

"You're so amazing, Angel." He said, I smiled and turned my head to face him.

"You're amazing, Jamie." I said and pecked his lips. I finished up the dishes and placed them aside.

"Now let's go get some sleep, I'm pretty tired." I said, and as if on cue I let a yawn. 

"Alright, c'mon let's get you to bed." He said, then he picked me up bridal style and I didn't mind. I buried my face in his chest and let out another yawn. He walked in my room and walked over to my bathroom.

"Go freshen up, first. I'll go freshen up in Drake's bathroom." He said, I nodded my head and he kissed my forehead and walked out leaving me to get changed.

I did my business and then went to go get my pyjamas. I pulled them on and went to go brush my teeth and washed my face. I walked back in my room to see Jamie in just his boxers with no shirt on whatsoever. I turned around and heard him chuckle.

"Sorry, Angel. But, I sleep this way, I hope you don't mind." He said

"Oh, ummm no. I don't mind, no problem at all." I said, I heard him walk towards me and I felt him pick me up. I squealed and he carefully threw me on my bed.

"You look adorable in your Pj's, Angel." He said, I then wrapped my arms around my neck as his went around my waist.

"Thank you, Jamie." I said as I sent him a sleepy smile.

"Get some sleep, Angel." He said, I closed my eyes and I felt him kiss my cheek.

"Goodnight, Angel." I heard him say

"Goodnight, baby." I said before letting the darkness consume me.
