Age 7...

I was so excited today. My little brother was almost here. Nothing could ruin my joy. At least that's what I thought.

"Hey y/n. " a voice said. I looked down.

"Ew... Do you see that? She's happy. You don't deserve to be happy. " another voice said as they both pushed me down to the ground. I kept a hold tight of my book bag I fell. My glasses went flying. Tears ran down my cheeks.

"Hey leave her alone! " I heard someone shout. I squinted to look at the person.

"Tch... Whatever. See ya later four eyes! " one shouted laughing walking away.

"Yeah see yeah piggy. " another said laughing and walking away. I tried moving my arms around trying to find my glasses.

"Here. " the person said as he out on my glasses. I blinked a couple of times and saw that he had light blue hair, with light blue eyes. "Why do they make fun of you? " he asked.

"It's because I have these dumb glasses, and pig tails! And because I'm the smartest in the class to them. I just want a friend that I could be with, talk to this about, one who won't leave me, one who can stay by my side no matter what. " I said and whipped away my tears.

"I-I think you look nice like this. " he said. I looked at him wide eyed, we both lightly blushed. "Y-your pigtail their nice. And so are your glasses. I don't understand why nobody would like you. " he said. He stood up, and stuck out his hand. I struggled a bit to take it, but I finally had the courage to take it. He helped me up. I dusted my self off. I gave him the nicest closed eye smile I could. When I heard running. I looked and saw my dad.

"Oh there you are y/n, your little brother is coming earlier than expected! We gotta go! I'll clear your absence later! " he shouted out of breathe. He grabbed my arm and started running. I looked back at the kid and he waved me good bye. I waved back and went to the hospital.

Time skips...

My dad paced back and forth. When the doctor came he ran to him. I got off the chair. I got off and was behind my dad. It was as if I was invisible. My dad went in a room, along with the doctor. He closed the door right at my face. I saw what looked like a little window. I jumped up, but still couldn't see anything. I sighed.

I sat down on the floor by the door. I saw feet stop right in front of me. I looked up, and saw the kid from before. He gave me a smile and sat in front of me.

"Nice to see you again. " he said with his arms full of food, and drinks, with a warm smile.

"It's nice to see you too. " I said with a smile.

"Why aren't you in there? " he asked.

"I guess they sorta forgot I was here, and closed the door on my face. Now I'm out here waiting. Hopefully my baby brother doesn't forget about me like this. " I said with a small laugh. "Why are you here? " I asked.

"Oh my mom. She really didn't tell me my we we're here. " he said. And my stomach growled. I blushed of embarrassment. He out down everything he had in his arms in between us. "Let's eat. " he said. I smiled and started eating with him. "So how long do you think it'll take for them to remember you? " he asked.

"I really don't know. It depends I guess. " I said and we kept eating. We told each other jokes. We we're sharing the last thing we had to eat. Then we started to chug our drinks. That's when we the door flew open. My mom was standing up with a nurse trying to calm her down.

"Ma'am please calm down. You just had your baby. " the nurse said. My mom looked furious.

"Honey please calm down. " my dad said. And a vein popped.

"I will not calm down I don't know where my baby is! I can't believe you forgot her... " everybody in the room looked at me in shock. He whispered in my ear.

"Is that your mother? " he asked. And I nodded my head. "Hm... " is all that you heard from him as he looked at me, and back at my on. It went like that for a while. He chuckled and gave me a warm smile. "No wonder they make fun of you. They are so jealous at how pretty you look. Wow you are lucky to have a mom who instantly realizes your gone. " he said.

"Awe your so sweet. Y/n who is this? Last time I remember you said you had no friends. " my mom said. She looked at the pile of wraps and empty bottles. "And what is all that!?" She asked.

"This is because I was hungry. I didn't eat anything today. So he shared his food with me. " I said. Another vein popped as she looked at my dad.

"You were in the hospital for how long pacing back and forth?! During that time you could've taken her to go eat something! " she shouted.

"But it's not his fault. He loves you that much that he forgot about me. But he worried his head off about you. " I said.

"Awe. " she said and looked at my dad.

"Oh and my name is Naoki by the way." He said.

"It was really nice of you to share your food with my daughter. " she said and yawned. The nurse took her back to the bed. My dad walked out and bent to our level.

"Okay so your mom is going to be here till tomorrow. How about we go to the amusement park just one block from here? " he said. My eyes light up.

"Yeah! Can Naoki come? " I asked.

"I wish I can but my mom might be wondering where I am. So see ya around. " he said. He was picking ho the trash and I helped him. We threw it away and went our separate ways.

"Bye Naoki! " I shouted waving my hand.

"Bye y/n! " he shouted waving back.

Years later...

"Come on y/n take me to the park! " Valt whinnied. Valt is now 6.

"Fine. " I said and kept reading.

"Alright! " he shouted grabbed my hand and we ran out the house. We went to the park. "Shu! Xander! " he shouted. And ran to them. I followed behind him. Xander was very flirty. And Shu well he is a good kid. I watched them along with laughing at them because of the things they did.

Present day...

I haven't been home for a while. And I'm all done with my studies. I was walking to the airport when I got a call from my mom. I answered.

"Hello? " I asked.

"Hi sweetie. " my mom said.

"Hi mom. " I said.

"I miss you so much. " she said.

"Mom I'm... " she cut me off.

"Valt! Nika! Toko! Stop it! " she shouted. "Bye sweetie I gotta go. " she said.

"Bye mom... " I was cut off when she hanged up on me. I signed. I wonder how Toko and Nika are. I did leave after they were born. So I don't know much about them. I got on the plane. I couldn't wait to see everyone again.
