Natsu's Pov Still, 

I had phoned Mavis who dropped everything and was rushing over also as I was shocked how fast everyone else got here. Lucy wanted them all to be there for if Laxus could get his grandfather over with Makarov/Gramps being able to marry people. We was all in the room with Lucy. I sitting right next to her. "Please don't cry so much" Lucy asked in her weak voice as the others and even I was crying. "Can't help it, we all love you so much" Mira answered wiping some tears just for more to fall and take the last ones places.

"I care for all of you also" Lucy replied as Yukino was crying hard into Sting's chest while Kagura and Erza were frozen in their own emotion trying not to even cry. Sting and Rogue were the same. "I want you all to know I have my memories back too" Lucy spoke shocking me as everyone was testing if she really did. She passed every question with flying colours as there was some cheers as Mavis came into the room crying herself. "Lucy" she spoke rushing over next to me as Lucy smiled toward her.

"Hey Cous" Lucy whispered as Mavis was shaking as bad as I was earlier as Makarov came in with a book for Lucy to get her final wish. I was in some shock of what it even was. "Screw this. I am marry you two" Mavis nearly shouted as she was in a wreck just like the rest of us as Lucy smiled even more. "I would love that" Lucy spoke as Mavis was shaking so badly she was unable to even grab the book off Gramps. "Lucy I just found a way to help you too" Mavis spoke crying as Lucy just smiled.

"This is helping Mavis. Remember just how we was younger you wanted to marry me with Natsu" Lucy replied getting Mavis to look at her shock and burst out crying even more as she fell onto her own knees crying so hard. "Why out of anyone did it have to be you? Why couldn't I be the one sick" Mavis asked loudly getting many of the others to cry even worse as my own eyes widen to see my brother walk in the room and put a hand on Mavis's shoulder. "She doesn't need this Mavis. She needs love" he spoke.

All of us but Lucy where in shock. "You got my message "Lucy spoke shocking me even more as Zeref my older brother turned his head to her and smiled. "Yes I did. You were always family to me too Lucy" Zeref replied as he helped Mavis stand as she took the book off Makarov. For the next 20 minuets Mavis as was able to marry both me and Lucy as she was much weaker now. Everyone was saying how much they loved her as my own ways were broken. My body shaking as an hour after the fact she became my wife I lost her.

She died falling asleep. Everyone was a crying mess as Virgo helped them down the stairs as I was in the room still sitting there and holding her hands and not letting go. "I love you Lucy" I whispered my voice cracking while doing so as I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned around to see Zeref with a sad smile on his face. "She is no longer in pain Natsu" Zeref spoke as I slowly nodded. "She is with mum huh?" I asked as Zeref nodded looking slightly guilty. "This time I won't leave you to deal with this alone" Zeref spoke shocking me more.

"I am meant to be the older brother who is meant to be there for you and before my own pain made me leave on my own but now I will help you and be there for you Natsu" he spoke as I smiled looking toward Lucy. "Lucy even asked me to " Zeref whispered as I had a feeling she had done so. "She is amazing" I whispered holding her hands still. I didn't want to let go of her. I didn't want to lose her at all. I felt as if, if I held on she would come back to me. That my warmth would bring her back.

That anything could. Mavis was standing in the doorway crying still. "Lucy always was amazing and always will be. We will see her again" Mavis spoke before bursting out into tears once more as I looked at Lucy to see she died smiling. To see she still was. Her smile, beauty, voice and feelings would always be something I would remember.

As a week went by it was after Christmas and in the new year Lucy had her funeral. I was shocked to see Jude show up. He was unable to get to us when Lucy passed thanks to a snow storm. Everyone was there. Everyone loved and cared for Lucy. Well did miss her as I at the end opened the box she wanted me to do so to hand out the letters. I did so. There was one set for Gajeel and Levy. One for Erza and Jellal. One for Mira and Laxus. One for Wendy. One for Gray and Juvia. One for Sting and Rogue. One for Yukino and Kagura. One for Zeref. One for Mavis and even one for me. 

We all was to weak to even open the letters as at the bottom I was shocked to see the book Lucy was working on for years, finished at the bottom with a sticky note on it saying 'For You, Natsu'. My eyes watered slightly seeing the cover for the book:

Hey everyone.

I know you guys wanted Lucy to live and have '9999999-' NaLu babies. 

I have explained this is based on real illnesses as most of it was based of my own illness.

I for one might be put in a wheelchair, I lose my memories when getting upset, I struggle to do normal things. I can't leave the house alone anymore. My own illness was put in this story a lot but I also added in some of my friends.

From how many hospital groups I been in I made many friends and not long ago one of them passed away just like how I made Lucy. This book was never about the 'NaLu' ship it was about showing how invisible illnesses are a pain in the ass for the ones with it and the ones around them.

I will be making more books like this in the future most likely and they will have happy endings most likely if I can get the support of not being stuck with depression over the lost of so many people close to me lately but I hope you all did enjoy the book as I said again it never was meant to have a happy ending on this book. The cure was never 100% they never are but that is also based off me myself. There is a possible cure out there for me but £600 lowest price for three days but if worse will be more money and longer days long for how long treatment is.
