Shehnaaz arrives hospital plastering smile meets her fellow doctors everyone happy welcomed her back. They congratulated for getting married to the most eligible bachelor of inda superstar sidharth shukla. She appreciated their gifts wishes and blessings after sometime got engrossed discussing major reports of emergency patients with doctor kumar and zoya regarding small child with serious illness. She went on rounds examining her patients such as newly born twins, children suffering from diseases or weak immune system. It's terrible to witness young kids dealing with health issues when it's their age to explore the world and enjoy every bit of their beautiful life. She prays for their happiness, wellbeing and bright future.

Nia a cute little six year old girl is suffering from minor infection due to which doctor shehnaaz has strictly prohibited to eat junk food. Before leaving punjab prepared a special diet chart which made her sad and upset. She is denying to meet naaz by hiding herself under hospital bed. Naaz gestured nurses to stay quiet knelt down requesting nia to come out or else she can forget about her favourite muffins.

Sana:- Aap ko nahi chahiye koi na main aditya ko daite hoon (smirked)

Nia hurriedly came out held naaz hand before she proceeds towards aditya making her chuckle. She quickly picked her up kissing those chubby cheeks placed small packet of muffins due to which innocent babe jumped around with happiness. She pulled shehnaaz into a tight hug thanking for bringing favourite dessert.

N:- I love you doctor (kissing her cheeks)

Sana:- (giggled) love you more babe jaldi sai promise karo aap nurse ko annoy nahi karoge cause maine toh aap ki demand puri kardi 😂❤️

N:- Pakka promise main diet chart ache sai follow karunge aur medicines time par lunge (cutely pouted)

Sana:- (ruffled hair) Mera pyaara bacha 😘

Shehnaaz gets extremely busy dealing with her patients and emergency cases it's actually fun treating little kiddos cause they are very innocent. She forgets every problem or miseries in her life while interacting with pure souls. During breakfast naaz lost her appetite infact his sudden departure made her feel sad immensely terrible and disheartened. She couldn't concentrate while driving thankfully joining back hospital altered her mood.

Zoya and Rahul came inside the cabin where naaz is going through important files. They forcefully drag her towards canteen for having lunch together she ordered chicken sandwiches and coffee. She took out phone scrolling through social media when came across several pictures of sidharth at airport, behind the shoots and few with overexcited fans. He looks handsome in a black t-shirt and freshly combed hair immediately cursed herself for drooling. Taking deep breath she switched off phone to avoid checking him out.

Z:- Kya huwa tera mood kyun off hai ? (suspiciously)

R:- Oye tera pati canada mein shoot kar raha hai tu bhi chale jaati honeymoon hojata instead of getting bored at work (chuckled)

Sana:- (death glare) Rahul bakwaas na kar muh tor dunge subah sai mood kharab hai upar sai tu mat kar 😒

R:- (held ears) Sorry meri maa samajh sakta hoon shaadi ko din hi kitne huwe joh woh abroad chala gaya tujhe akela chor kar rather than spending quality time with you 😉

Z:- (smacked his head) Shutup rahul get lost before I kick your balls for being a jerk kamina kutta buffalo mood kharab hai usko yeh nahi chup hojaun ulta aur mazak kiye jaraha hai 😠

Rahul genuinely apologised for crossing the line excused to examine a patient urgently ordered from receptionist. Zoya sat beside a very upset naaz to know actual reason behind her sadness. She narrated everything about his sudden departure and him not even having courtesy to call and inform her once again making her feel unwanted and least important in his life. Just mere thought is extremely heart wrenching.

Z:- (fisted palm) Bohut hogaya sanu tu kyun sab kuch tolerate kar rahi hai uska zayada horaha hai ab theek hai usko tu pasandh nahi lekin iska matlab yeh toh nahi kai woh tujhe bilkul bhi importance na dai. Tum dono married ho uske na responsibility hai to let you know about his where abouts. He can't treat you as stranger agar aisa karna tha toh shaadi kyun ki. Tum dono saath kyun reh rahe ho khatum kardo na rishta ?

Sana:- (widened eyes) I love him zoe doesn't matter uske taraf sai milta hai ya nahi mujhe pata hai joh tu bol rahi haina woh galat nahi lekin phir bhi baat ko samajh usne shaadi apne maa ki khushi kai liye kari aur maine apne family ki dekh I even don't blame him cause yaar shaadi ki raat usne sab clarify kar liya tha jiske baad meri galati hai expectations rakhne ki isliye hurt horahe hoon.

Z:- (rolled eyes) bewaqoof ladki tujhe samajhana fazool hai 🙄

Sana:- (smiled) Dekh main hurt hoon lekin koi na theek hojaunge rahi baat sidharth ki toh mujhe unse koi umeed nahi. Let's get back to work phir ghar jakar rest karunge aaj ka din bohut stressful hai 😌

Shehnaaz drives back to shukla mansion after completing the duty hours got warmly greeted by rita ji and neetu di. Passed an exhausted smile while going towards her room to freshen up and join them at dinner table. They sat down enjoying delicious food cooked by preeti di normally chitchat suddenly phone flashing sidharth name on screen astonishing naaz. Both sisters began teasing earning "Tum dono Kabhi nahi sudharne wale" glares from ritaji.

Sana:- (lowered gaze) Goodnight aaj hospital mein kaafi hectic schedule jiske wajah sai I am really tired.

They howled into laughter thinking shehnaaz is making excuses for talking to sidharth in private while she royally ignored his calls and switched off to take some rest cause honestly deep down poor girl lacks strength to deal with him at this hour infact doesn't wanna speak to him. He called to please his family so its better not to interact and spoil mood already alot happened lately ...

Sana:- (hugging his tshirt) sidharth aap ko meri yaad nahi arahe yeh calls sirf apne behno ki khushi kai liye kar rahe hain aap isliye better hoga hum baat na karein waise bhi aapke khairyat mehul sai pata karlunge. Good night chah kar bhi aap sai nafrat nahi hote ❤️🤗
