At three am

Shivaay open his eyes lazily and toss on the bed throwing his hand towards anika's side "but soon he got panic when he didn't find her. He instantly Sat up and look towards washroom hoping she would be in there but door is opened ,,that's mean she is not in the washroom either.

Where she has gone at this time. ?? He immediately wear his slippers and stormed out of the room aim to search her.

Anika"  he calls her name checking all the places of the house. but she is no where to be seen. While walking around Suddenly his eyes landed on his mum's room from where he can hear little noices. He peaked inside and found her standing holding ayaan in her arms while his parents are still sleeping.

Anika " he calls her name making her gasp with his sudden presence there.

What are you doing here. ?? He  whispered  going towards her looking straight into her eyes

I I was just missing ayoo. so I came to pick him up. she stammers rubbing ayoo's back who pout in sleep thrusting his face in his mother's neck holding her shirt

Anika it's just matter of a night. He was safe here. He says  shaking his head in disbelief.

I know!!  but I've  habitual to have him near me while sleeping. .  Her voice crack caressing her baby's head who snuggles  with her more.

Hey why you are getting sad it's ok !!I just asked like this. Anika didn't answer to him and bent her head down hiding her tears from him.

Ok that's fine.   No worries come let's go " mum dad will get disturb. Let's move . He held her palm and  left from there towards their room.

In room Anika lay down on the bed keeping ayaan near her" who immediately climb with her holding her hand on his small hip. She smiles and kiss his Forehead. Shivaay who was watching them he slowly move towards his side and lay down there.as she felt dip  on the mattress "she scoot more near ayaan bringing gap between her and shivaay. Shivaay sighs and turn his face away understanding that she is not comfortable with him still.

morning time ...

Anika comes out from the washroom wiping her hair with towel when a frightened shriek left her mouth finding shivaay standing infront   infront of her.

You won't stop scaring me will you.  She breath heavily resting  her hand on her chest

Sh. I didn't mean to.  I I ...

Yes you do. she rolls her eyes and  went towards ayaan who is playing with his toys sitting in his crib

Hey baby " she smiles   at him and take him in her arms kissing his forehead lovingly.

How's my baby . Did he miss his mommy yesterday she spoke in childish tone caressing his soft fluffy cheeks.   Ayaan blink his eyes and lick her cheek showing yes he did miss his mumma.

Mmm  mumm anika chuckle seeing him trying to speak and peck his tiny nose making shivaay smile who is silently admiring their bond. 

Shall we go for breakfast. Anika who was busy with  ayaan she nods   and followed him behind having her son in her arms.

In dining table

Anika try to grab the  bawl to take the  porridge but because of ayaan " she is not able to do it.  Which's been noticed by shivaay.  And He immediately left his own plate and  grab for her filling it with his own hands.

Thank you " she mumbles grabbing the spoon.  seeing   Her son  changing  with the time a smile appeared on pinky's face  and she pray from god that things should get fix soon between them as soon as possible. And they start living like a normal couple. 

Anika we were going shopping. Few things left to grab so I was thinking If you come with us.  Rudra says to anika who is silently sitting there.

Yh I can't I ..... she open her mouth to make excuse. But she does shivaay interrupted in middle.

No she won't"  she can't come with you. You guys can carry on. Before anika speaks shivaay answered them making her  confused with his sudden disapproval

But why I mean what she will do at home??? Rudra asked being confused seeing his brother not letting his wife got with them.

She has appointment with doctor so she can't come. Shivaay answered shovelling big spoon of the porridge.

Which appointment ??? anika instantly asked Being clueless about all this.

I've booked it. You are not feeling well now days so it's better we check the doctor. He said looking at her softly.

Is there any good news  brother. Gouri winks making anika shock  as well  as shivaay.

No it's nothing like that.   Anika instantly spoke looking at shivaay who nods in approval.

It's not the way you are thinking gouri. It's just a normal appointment. Anyways anika I'm waiting in the car. Come soon.  Saying this he left from there  avoiding  further embarrassment .  

I I should go. Anika's gave them awkward smile and went behind her husband carrying  her son.

In car

Err you didn't  have to do it. I don't want any appointments I'm fine. Anika speak breaking the silence in the car which was suffocating her from past five minutes.

Yesterday your nose bled madam for your kind information.  and I  don't wanna take chance about it.  He snarled while staring straight at the road.

Ir was normal thing I'll be fine. She whined.

It wasn't normal at all .  It's dangerous and before it increases  we should check on it

Anika heaves out breath and  feels frustrated seeing him trying to rule over her without her permission.

Why are you doing this. She couldn't control herself asking this question while facing him.

This ... everything.  We were getting divorce right.  You  itself was screaming and saying you can't stay  with me anymore. You wanna get rid of me  as soon as possible.  then what happened suddenly that you changed your mind.   She finally asked him which were going on in her brain from last one week.

I've realised  living in past  is not a solution. I've to move on so I'm trying to do it without thinking about it. He answered her calmly  after 5 seconds of the silence

Shivaay closed his eyes tightly controlling his anger  and   Stopped the car in the corner.    Simultaneously He fetch out his seat belt  and pulled her towards him  making her sit on his thighs  holding her waist.

What are you doing ??? she Wiggle being shocked with bis sudden move  " but instead of leaving her his grip got more tighten making her annoyed and uncomfortable

Shut up just shut up anika . Since we have came back you are ranting same stuff again and again woman. For god sake stop hanging in the past if you will then you will ruin yourself like me. Give your life some ease. Don't make it so hard for living. Just forget it and move on. If you will think about my previous behaviour or my past then how will you able stay happy. Look anika I'm not saying to trust me fully.  and suddenly start loving me. Take your good time. Analyse our relationship. When you will feel Comfortable just tell me ok. But don't do like this. Stop crying all the time and show yourself low infront of others. He says cupping her face in his palm caressing her cheeks with his thumbs pads.

You will change again she sobs.

I'll be same always. He says tucking her hair back tenderly.

I don't trust you. She says turning her face away wiping her tears.

I know you don't. because I've been really bad in past with you. . And I don't pressurise you to trust me.you can take your own time. Hmm anika didn't speak and bend her head down fidgeting with her fingers. Shivaay smiles and raise his hand to take her palm but before he do " ayaan started crying making her alert. She immediately get out from his hold and went back seat  near her son.

Hey baby it's fine. Mumma is here. Shshsh she pat his chest Making him relax.

You can come ahead. He is fine now. Anika kiss his forehead and went back on her seat.

Put Seat belt   On. He says eyeing on the belt.

Yh she bite her lips in nervousness and put it on Turning her face away.

Shall we go. he says tucking his eyes on her beautiful fece.

Hm she hummed which he accepted and drove away from there. 

In hospital

Have you ever got hurt in childhood I ?? mean in head or somewhere. . Doctor says opening her medical report.

Errr yh I had once. And which caused me to get hurt on my head. Hearing her Shivaay instantly look at her being concerned.

I guess mr oberoi your wife is right. It's not big issue. The injury which she got in childhood it ache her head and then her nose bleed.

Are you sure doctor ??? He asked

Yes I'm sure. I'm writing some medicines if she will take it then it will reduce to happen.

Shall we go now. Anika nods and went behind him Silently.

In the restaurant. 

Anika is eating food silently when his eyes fell on shivaay who is continuously looking at her having his shake in his hand.

Have I got something on my face.  She spoke softly wiping her lips with her sleeves

No you didn't. he smiles.

Then why are you staring at me ??she frown ..

Can't I he says taking sip of his shake.

Err yh but  I'm feeling uncomfortable. 

Ok I'm sorry I won't do  it.  He grin still staring at her.

Good she shakes her head and started eating her meal.

Hmm. Anyways anika how did you get hurt on your head ?? i mean what happened in childhood. Hearing him she stopped eating and kept the spoon back in the plate thinking about her past.

Err it's not that important to know.  She whispered looking down.

Yh it's not but still I wanna know. Anika  heaves out a. breath  and look at him.

Erm actually  radhika had birthday and mom and dad had got two dresses for her.   But one of it she didn't like it and mom gave to me to wear it in the party. She stammers while biting her lips

Then ??? he got curious seeing her hesitating  for telling.

But on the party when she saw me in that dress she got angry and started asking me to return her back. It's her dress and she will wear that. I tried to deny which made her so angry and she pushed me from the stairs  which caused me head injury and I was unconscious for full one week. Seeing him silent she understood that he thinks she is lying.

I know you would be thinking that I'm  lying or something but it's true if you want you can ask  mom and dad as well  I iii ...

Shshshsh he kept  finger on her lips making her stop speaking.

I know that she must have done it.  She was always been bit stubborn. you don't need to justify yourself. Hearing him she got astonished. She can't believe first time he is agreeing with her that also In the matter of her sister. 

MumMa mumma ayaan hit her arm gaining her attention

Yes baby she grab the shake and attached straw with his mouth making him stop moving.

Finish your food then we will leave. Anika nods while fixing the shake cup in  Ayaan's hand and started eating fast to  finish it.

At home

Anika and shivaay entered in the house while talking when  pinky calls them from the living room. 

Shivaay anika where you had been.   We were waiting for you only. Come have seat Shivaay look around the guests and got  tensed seeing the Vikram there whose eyes are just tucked on anika without  blinking for once. 

Annie hey how are you ?? he instantly comes towards her and take her in hug making shivaay shock and angry on the same time with his sudden move.

I'm fine! how are you Vikram ?? she gave him small smile breaking the hug.

I'm good infect more than good after seeing you.   Anika smile awkwardly and look at shivay who is gazing at Vikram  with anger.

Come have seat. He held her hand and made her say near him.

I missed you so much.   you don't know  how much I tried to contact you in the past. Vikram said holding her palm in his hand.

I I had changed my number. She stammers trying to taking her hand back from his grasp feeling uncomfortable. But he is the one holding it tightly without caring about shivaay. Who is giving him death state.

Yh I'd got to know about it. But now I'm here I'll make sure that we spend all the time together. He say caressing  her hand with  his thumb which is burning shivaay in ashes he is feeling like to grab him and beat him until his each and every bone didn't get break.

P. Actually  Vikram and his family gonna stay in our house. They wanted to stay At hotel. but i insisted to stay here instead wasting money in hotel. Shivaay kept hand on his forehead controlling his anger. He can see that this guy is laying eyes on his wife and now his mother have made  it easy for him to  come closer to her more which he doesn't want at all.

Shivaay  why don't we keep bachelor party today. It will be fun before shivay speak anything all agreed jumping in excitement.  

Yes that's good idea. It will be really fun. Vikram says looking at Anika who brought distance between him and her looking down. 

Yes it will be really one !! shivaay says gritting his teeth

Errr anika I've some work with you come let's go.     Shivaay says forwarding his hand towards her to hold it

Don't ask just let's go ... he held her wrist and took her with him making all family confused except pinky who knows what's going in her son's brain. She smirk and lean to the sofa folding her arms.

In evening

Shivaay  come downstairs while talking on the phone when suddenly his  feet stopped hearing his wife's giggling " he look right side and  found her laughing on that monkey's stupid jokes. Seeing her with him happy his heart burn.  That girl who barely smile with him she is laughing with this stupid guy who is  not even 1 % handsome than him. he grit his teeth and March towards  them Having grumpy face.

Anika what are you doing Here. Don't you know that I  need coffee at this time. He literally yell at her making Vikram  confused as well as  anika "who  very well know that if he needs coffee then he has coffee machine in his room and with the help of it he can make it  on his own. then why he is asking to her.

What's wrong bro i don't think so you need her for mere coffee. if you want you can ask any of the servant. 

I like anika's hand made coffee so she will make it for me. You don't need to give your opinion. He snarled staring him with rage.

Anika my coffee. He yet again orders making anika stiffen .

Errr yh yh saying this she left from there leaving shivaay with that guy.

Don't you have any other work rather than stacking her. shivaay rasps gritting his teeth while glaring him.

I've ...but she is more important than any other work. It's been long we have met and I'm taking advantage of every minute which I'm getting with her. He winks stretching himself.

Seeing his goofy smile Shivaays blood boils . He very well know that what's going on in his brain but he won't let him get successful he will make sure that he stays away from his wife as much as he could. . He glare him and went behind his wife who went towards kitchen

At night

Anika enters in the room and found him sitting on the bed lost in someone's picture which he is caressing it with his thumb. She understood that he is missing her sister again. No matter what happens he will always love her. She will always stay in his heart and  she is just way of going ahead in his way.   He is compromising on her leading his life but she don't want it she don't want a person who use her as a ladder to keep his life steady.  She knows he is trying to move on with her. but she  knows also that he don't love her and he would never. All the things which he said to her it's all facade and will never be true in this life at least.  She wipe her tears from her eyes and left from there without knowing he was looking at her  picture's not radhika's ....
