Vivian wakes up with a pounding headache, her eyes taking in her surroundings.

"Lay down Viv."

She hears a soft voice, surprised to see Elijah sitting beside her. Looking tired and drained.

"Eli?"

"Wh...are are we? How did you find me?"

She looks around to find them in a room with men stationed outside the door.

"Relax Viv. You are safe now."

And that's when she remembers the accident before she lost consciousness. And her heart pounds in her chest.

"Ethan...where is he?"

She asks trying to get up, to have Elijah place her back on the bed.

"You are hurt Viv. Lay down."

She doesn't care, moving aside the comforter. She struggles with the vires attached to her.

"Where is Ethan Elijah?"

Elijah's silence made her pull out the tubes attached to her. Getting up ,she wanted to see him.

"Sh** Vivian! What are you doing! Please calm do-"

"I can't calm down Eli! I have to see him! He..he...I remember him embracing me when...the truck was coming..."

"Please tell me....tell me where is he?"

"He...I...I ...."

He isn't able to speak and she pushes him back, wearing the slippers. Rushing to go out.

"Vivian wait!"

She feels dizzy . To only see someone in front of her. Looking up she is in shock to see Delia there, holding her firmly.

"Del?"

Vivian whispers in disbelief, to have Delia smile sadly.
Viv wraps her arms around her, hugging her.

"Come Viv. You need to rest."

Del says, to only have Vivian move her head in a no. Her words rushed and stuttering.

"You.....you saved me ? Right? You...must be knowing where Ethan is? He is 6 ft, brown eyes....he was accompanying me...he was driving the car !"

Delia just stares at Vivian. Not knowing how to tell her this.

"Come. First sit Vivian. "

She says, trying to pull her arm. To only have Vivian pull her arm from her hands .

"No Del! Tell me now please! I need to know! Please!"

She nearly begged Del, who shared a look with Elijah. Sighing she continues.

"Actually Viv....the attackers were almost there. The car was crushed badly and....we didn't had time."

Viv nods desperately. Asking her to continue. Her eyes hopeful.

"I am sorry...we didn't had time. I could only save one and....he was in a very bad condition...his survival was difficult.....and he urged me to save you."

"I...am sorry...he... couldn't make it"

Vivian's hand drops from Delia's shoulder. Stepping back from her.
Her eyes wide and heart aching like never before.

"You...you are lying?"

She asks dumbfounded. To only have Delia move forward to explain ,when Viv shows Delia her hand, stopping her.

"Please try to understand Vivian...I didn't had a choice-"

"No. Stop right there. He...he can't....he can't die....you can't leave him to die there.....you can't...you can't..."

"I...I have to see him..no...he can't die....I have to see him...."

She cries hysterically, moving aside Delia. To only have her stop.

"You are injured Vivian. You need to rest..."

"How can you leave him Delia! How! "

"I didn't had a choice Viv please-"

"No! I need to see him! He needs me! Why don't you understand!"

She thrashes in Delia's grip. Nearly pushing her aside to run out when Delia and Elijah follow her.

"Viv wait please!"

"Vivian!"

They scream behind her as she looks around at the unfamiliar mansion. The interiors luxurious, with red carpet under her feet as she tries to find the exit.

Sweat running down her forehead, and eyes desperate to see the man that has saved her.

Her body protests as tears stream down her eyes, making her vision hazy.

But she doesn't stop.

Holding the walls and staggering forward.

He can't die.... saving her no...Delia is lying....she has to.

The heaviness in her chest worsening with each passing second. As she sees the hall walls closing in on her.

Stumbling on the carpet, she was going to fall face front, when a hand steadies her.
Her face hitting a chest.

Two strong arms enclosing around her and she felt the warmth to be oddly familiar.

Her body going still as the arms tighten around her. And the person places his chin on her head, taking in a long inhale.

Moving back, she looks up in surprise to have her senses go numb.

The forest green eyes, an exact replica of hers.

Stared back.

A face she only dreamed of as a child, looking back at her in admiration.

"Vivian. My daughter."

Edward whispers, longing evident in his voice as he stared at her. Taking in her features, that resembled her mother's.

"F...father?"

She says, almost in disbelief. To only have him smile at her.

"It's been long my child."

Opening his arms for her, he nods at her and she couldn't help, throw herself in his arms.
Letting out all her pains and fears.

Edward moves one hand behind her head and presses her closer to him. The feeling returning after 25 years of being seperated from her .

"My daughter."

Tears stream down his eyes at the euphoria, that couldn't be described in words.

As Delia and Elijah smile looking at a father and daughter's reunion.

"Father....you left us....I hate you....you left me and mom alone...."

She whispers while snuggled to his chest , to have him hold her face in his palms. Looking into her eyes.

"I had my reasons my child. Just trust me on this. Or I wouldn't have left someone so precious to me."

She barely nods, moving back from the hug. To see Ashton standing behind widening.

Her eyes widening.

Looking at her father and Ashton, she asks desperately.

"Ethan. Where is he father? We have to save him!"

Ashton and Edward exchange a look , to only have Ashton step forward.
Placing his hand on her shoulder.

He doesn't say anything. Just looks at her with a look that extinguished the flickering hope inside her.

She moves her head in a no.

While he lowers his head and sighs.

"Dad...no .. please tell me where he is...."

"Don't stress my child. You need to rest."

He says like everyone , to literally make her scream.

"Why aren't you telling me! Where is he!You all know...you are hiding it from me! We need to go and search him!"

"Come! Let's go! Come father...we have to save him! "

Edward looks at her with concerned eyes. His next words making her mind to go numb.

"It's no use my daughter."

"We are too late to save him"

And that when Vivian felt darkness covering her eyes. And next they know.
She falls down on the ground with a thud.

Making everyone to scream and rush towards her.
