"What the fuck was that Elliot!" Duke yelled still holding the trembling brunette firmly to his chest. 

Elliot rolled his eyes and straightened out his suit before meeting his eyes. "Don't acted surprise Duke. You are all the world is interested in right now. It's not everyday someone comes back from the dead..." His eyes glancing down to the lady in his arms before settling back on Duke. "Especially with a leading lady. It will be the front of every magazine tomorrow."

Tala's body went rigid. Duke began to gently rock her in his arms. He was already regretting returning. Maybe he should have just stayed in the cabin and sent Rick back. Hell, they wouldn't send anyone if it was just Rick. His jaw locked knowing his thoughts were accurate. Feeling Tala beginning to soften helped ease his mind. Her hand laid on his chest against his heart and he could feel her finger gently tapping to the beat. He closed his eyes and allowed the outside world dissolve for just a moment as her aroma helped his mind ease and her tapping a gentle reminder that he wasn't alone. 

"So, Dr. Young..." Duke heaved in deeply not ready for whatever bullshit was going to fall out of his mouth. "With Rick now in our capable doctors' hands, do you need us to drop you somewhere?"

"Elliot, I swear to God- SHUT THE FUCK UP!" Duke roared making the man look as if he had just got slapped. "She is with me, she will continue to be with me, and if you have a fucking problem with it then you can go to hell!"

Elliot opened his mouth to retort but Tala lifted her head out of Duke's neck facing the man dead on. Her body rotating making certain parts of Duke come to life. He shifted slightly trying to keep it at a minimum. Her back now all he could see. 

"If it hasn't been obvious yet, let's make this crystal clear. Until Duke decides otherwise, you will be seeing a lot of me so let's at least act civil because I can promise you, I know how to inflict pain as much as I know how to fix it. Keep acting like a prick, and I will show you what my pricks can do."

Duke smirked thinking back to her needles and how she knocked Rick out a few times when he was being stubborn. His eyes going to Elliot who was studying her before glancing to him then back to her. He locked his jaw and shifted his body towards the window effectively ending the conversation. 

Tala rotated back into his chest but didn't' bother getting off his lap. Duke was not upset by any means and accommodated her body to his. Her head resting on his shoulder as her hand traveled back up his chest to lay against his beating heart once more. He leaned back against the seat resting his head as the car drove silently down the highway. 

Tala's chest began to vibrate making him open his eyes to see what she was silently laughing at. She nudged her head to where Bear was sitting directly in front of Elliot. His eyes narrowed as he continued to stare at him. The best part was that Elliot continue to glance at the dog before quickly turn his eyes to the window once again. It was clear that he was uncomfortable but didn't want to test the dog any further. Duke began to silently laugh as well lifting his mood. 

Duke was happy when he began recognizing his surroundings. He nudged his shoulder making Tala lift her head. He pointed out the window to one of the houses on the hill. "That's our home."

She leaned closer to the window as the car began curving up the road towards their destination. Duke sighed in relief when the car rounded the driveway. Paparazzi was not allowed up this way so luckily, they didn't have to worry about that again... at least not tonight. The driver opened his door, and he swung his body towards the door. Tala went to open her mouth, but he just shook his head. She shook her head but didn't protest as he got out of the car. He whistled and heard Bear jump out of the door behind him. The driver was already retrieving their bags from the trunk. 

"Duke!"

For the love of God. He turned back around still holding Tala in his arms to face Elliot who froze as he was about to climb out of the door. Duke looked down and found Bear glaring at him and emitting a low growl. He couldn't help but smirk at the dog before looking back at the man in the car. 

"I'll be here in the morning with your new agent. We need to go over our plan for the media."

Before Duke could retort Elliot shut the door effectively ending the conversation. He locked his jaw and watched as the car gently took off. 

"Asshole..."

He looked down and began to gently chuckle. She began to wiggle showing her want to get down. He sighed but let her down regardless. She walked over to where the driver placed their bags and lift them up. He walked grabbing them from her hands. She went to open her mouth, but he silenced her with a kiss to her lips. He was planning on just a quick kiss however a taste of her lips and he wanted more. His lips began to move sensually against her own. Her arms winding around his neck holding him as close as possible. 

BARK

Tala jumped back slightly. Duke's eyes opening to find her cheeks sporting a beautiful pink hue. He grinned before turning to Bear who was just sitting there wagging his tail with a tilt to his head. He shook his head before looking back to the flushed brunette. 

"Come on Angel."

He took her hand leading her to the door. Entering the passcode, the large custom door opened to his house. He placed their bags down before looking at the open concept living room. His eyes going to Tala who was looking about. His eyes following hers around his house. It looks like a brochure, not a home. His mood dampening realizing just how much he missed the cabin already. Tala squeezed his hand making him look to her. "Show me around?"

He nodded giving her a small smile. His hand never once leaving hers. He guided throughout the house happy to find the mess he created before he left had been cleaned up. Bear walked happily around them as he continued showing her all the different rooms. They got to his room, and he opened the door walking in and cringing. It really did look like a damn bachelor pad. 

A gentle laugh brought his eyes swinging to his angel. Her hand covered her mouth as she tried to contain her giggles. She looked to him finally moving her hand down enough to speak. "Did you like the color black?"

She erupted into laughter making him smile and laugh along with her. He shrugged his shoulders not feeling as bad. He tugged her hand going to the bed. Bear now curled up laying on the rug in front of the bed. He sat down huffing as she stood between his legs. 

His head dropping forward to lean against her stomach while his hands found their way to her sides. Her own fingers combing through his dark locks gently massaging and scraping his scalp. A gentle groan escaping his throat at the feeling of comfort she brought him. His arms coiling around her body to bring her impossibly closer. Her own arms wrapped around his head hugging him to her. They stayed in the position for a few minutes before he leaned back earning a yelp from her as they tumbled onto the bed together. 

Duke chuckled brushing her brown curls back meeting those beautiful browns that he has fallen in love with. Slowly he leaned forward allowing her to stop him if she wanted. She however leaned forward meeting him as their lips began to dance together. The rest of the world falling away as he once again lost himself in her. Her lips quickly becoming the only air he wanted to breathe. His hands began wandering around her back before squeezing her ass. She moaned against his lips making him smile into their kiss. She shifted her body to straddle his hips effectively rubbing herself on him making him groan in the process. 

They continued to make out heavily for some time before Duke couldn't take it anymore. He detached his lips from hers before reaching for the hem of her shirt and tugging it upwards. Tala sat up and allowed him to remove it before she reached for his making him sit up and making him become bare as well. She wiggled back standing up and began undoing her pants. Duke reached for his own pants as they both began stripping until Tala was standing in front of him once again in a beautiful set of lingerie. 

Duke couldn't help but feel his heart practically stop. How he got so lucky, he had no fucking clue. He stood slowly taking the small step to her. His eyes never once leaving hers as he reached behind her slowly unclasping her bra. His fingers gently gliding the material down her arms before it fell to the floor. 

"You are beautiful angel."

He watched as her chest began to lift and fall more rapidly. Her hands that were resting on his sides went gently to the elastic band and tugged it down his legs still looking at him until he was standing bare before her. He then went and mirrored her movements allowing his fingertips to graze the length of her legs. Standing back up before her, they both couldn't help but stop and gaze deeply at the other. Not their bodies, but their souls. It was as if they reached a new level and Duke felt the warmth of her love breathe new life into him. His hands grasped her waist pulling her until their chests were attached. 

"I'm afraid I won't be able to survive without you anymore Tala... You are the only thing I truly want."

Her hands cupped his jawline gently, "You have me as I have you."

With that, she tugged his face down to hers effectively giving him all the assurance he needed. One of his hands going into her hair and gripping it while his other wrapped all the way around her. He leaned back lifting her up where her legs wrapped around him. While they continued to kiss, he maneuvered them onto the bed where he placed her protectively underneath him. Their breaths the only sound in the room as Duke began stroking himself against her already wet lips. 

"Please Duke."

He grunted before angling himself and thrusting forward making her arch her back in ecstasy. Both had moans of pleasure fall from their lips as he began pumping himself in and out. She felt like his own heaven. Her nails digging in his back marking him. His lips smashed to hers needing to be connected to her in every way possible. His movements becoming faster and rougher. He only received whimpers in return. His lips moved to her neck where he sucked leaving his own marks on her. 

"God angel, you're mine."

She moaned loudly before grasping his neck making his lips return to hers for a heavy moment. The loss of her lips made him open his eyes to find hers already set on him.

"All yours."

He kissed her again and felt her walls tightening around him. He growled feeling his own peak coming. He continued to hammer in on her until he finally released and moaned loudly against her lips. His movements slowing down as he filled her with all he had. His mouth released hers to look down at her to find her eyes slowly blinking open trying to break through the sex haze. 

He rubbed his nose against hers making her smile and him as well. He wasn't ready to disconnect from her yet, but her wiggling was telling him to slowly edge out of her. He looked down to find a bit of himself dripping out of her. His eyes snapping back to hers looking for any signs of discomfort. Her eyes showing nothing but love. With that, he kissed her yet again. 

The evening fading away into morning as the couple just continued to dissolve into each other. Nothing else appeared to matter at the moment. Duke's only thought was he could lose everything... his home, his millions, his fame... As long as he had Tala, for she was the only thing that mattered to him anymore.

It's been way too long but truth was along with some personal issues, my computer got a heavy virus that I just recently was able to finally fix. Thank GOD! I'm still battling with some other issues, but I am hoping to be back more on track and able to continue this story. For those of you who have messaged me, thank you!
