I chuckled while I arranged his table. " Ah.. Nandini do you know the Top 10 List Of Best Industries came out today. " He said taking out a paper from his drawer which happened to be the list. I shook my head negative while accepting the paper. " See, we have come on Top 5 I am really happy with the response. " He smiled brightly, so this was the reason for his happy mood.

" Sir don't worry soon we will come on No. 1 position. " I said being determined, while he smiled nodding his head. " Maybe, because it looks difficult." He stated and I frowned, so he continued. " Look, on No. 2 position is Singhania Industries the company which was the most famous company since a long time but now it is been beaten up by Malhotra Industries. " He said happily because Singhania's were beaten. 

" So sir, what's the problem in that? " I asked being curious while he nodded. " Yeah I know, but if Malhotra's have been on No. 1 in India Singhania's must have been cool but as you know they were also were reaching heights in whole Asia but Malhotra beat him there too, in just 2 years. "He said while I was amused in only 2 years. 

" Sir who is the owner by the way? " I asked being desperate, while he shook his head vertically. " No one knows who is he what is his name. But rumours are coming he is going to disclose it in 2 or 3 days. Till now we only know his surname, Malhotra. " He said while I nodded. 

" Huh, anyways Nandini tell me the schedule for today as I have to go on a dinner date my better half. " He said being tensed while I laughed, and told his schedule.

I sat on my bed, flipping through channels. I had came home 1 hour ago, I freshned up and had changed myself into something comfortable. I had made some noodles and had them. Right now I am in my bedroom going through channels to watch something good.

Tomorrow is Saturday and it is half day at office. I scrolled through my phone, I rarely had friends except for some formal ones. Armaan and I used to go out on weekends, but this time he is a little busy as he has to submit a presentation. Sighing, I switched off the television, pulling on the duvet on myself I went into deep slumber.

I woke up due to the ringing of my phone, strectching out my hand I took hold of my phone. I swiped the answer button without looking at the caller id. Keeping it near my ear, I mouthed a lazy ' Hello '. " Hello, Is this Nandini Murthy?" The person spoke in a formal way from the other side while I sat on the bed yawning. 

" Yes this is Nandini Murthy, Speaking. " I spoke getting curious as it was an unknown number. " Ah yes Ms. Murthy, we are sorry to tell you but you are being terminated from the Mehta Industries. " The man spoke on the phone while I sat there rooted. " But why..? " I was cut by him. " Ma'am for more information you can ask from the receptionist of Mehat Industries. " He added and cut the call. 

How can this be possible? I have been working so hard. No.. no.. this must be some fake call. I quickly got down from the bed and made my way towards the bathroom. Coming out I quickly took my bag and looked at myself in the mirror. I wore a mint colour salwar suit with dupatta.
