∘₊✧── EPILOGUE ──✧₊∘

Five years have passed since the couple got married. It wasn't a huge event even when the two families were well-known. The wedding was kept intimate because, of course, Sarang was pregnant and Jungkook didn't want to invite every business people who he knew. It was the best day of his life and not a business party. Hence, he invited just his friends and Sarang's friends and family.

Daehyun was happy when he noticed the love and care Jungkook had for his daughter. He happily danced that day when the party was organized at Jungkook's house once the wedding concluded.

Except for their friends, Jin and Hoseok were invited too. After all, they played a major role in Sarang's story. Yoongi was invited as well because he was Taehyung's friend. 

After that day, Jungkook's dream to build the best resort in Seoul with the help of Kim Enterprises began. Jungkook gave Jimin all the responsibilities to look after his dream project while he began working from home.

He wanted to enjoy his time with Sarang. He wanted to cherish this new phase of their married life, as well as Sarang's pregnancy.

When Jungkook decided to do this, Daehyun became the temporary CEO too, and decided to give a break to Sarang. He didn't want his daughter to take the stress of business when she was pregnant. Hence, Daehyun and Namjoon handled business.

Everything went well. The couple's love and respect for each other only increased with time.

And soon, the day came when Jungkook held his daughter in his hands. That day was the most joyful day of his life. When Daehyun took his granddaughter in his hands, his eyes shed happy tears. He asked the new parents what name they had decided. Sarang hadn't come up with any name but Jungkook surely had.

The father named his daughter "Ara." He knew how much that name meant to him as well as his father-in-law. Daehyun loved his wife a lot and Jungkook too loved his wife, Sarang too much. When he fell for her, she lived a life with that name.

Since the name "Ara" held deep meaning in all of their lives, he decided to name his daughter "Jeon Ara." And Daehyun thanked Jungkook the whole day. He continued to hug him and shed tears. He was feeling guilty for everything he did. But the love of Jungkook and Sarang for Daehyun made him feel respected and valued.

FIVE YEARS LATER

It had been five years since Ara was born. Jungkook might be thirty-eight years old now, but he was aging as fine as wine. He was still handsome, a strong-willed businessman, who loved his wife a lot. His stamina never reduced as well. He would shower Sarang with all the love and affection.

Sarang had to take care of his health and diet because she was eight years younger than him and she didn't want him to age or get ill that often. They had a small daughter and they wanted his love for a long time.

Currently, the couple sat on their bed with Ara in Jungkook's lap. He had their wedding album on his lap, showing the pictures of their best day to their daughter.

"Papa, mama was your girlfriend?" Ara inquired cutely in her meek voice, as she craned her neck back to glance at her father's face.

Jungkook looked into her bambi eyes that she got from him, and smiled. Her face was small and innocent. Though she took her father's eyes and nose; her lips and cheeks were just like her mother's. And so, he loved Ara's beautiful face which had both her parents' features.

"No baby, she was my rental girlfriend." He spoke with a smile, pecking her lips.

Sarang elbowed him with a frown but Ara quickly questioned again. "Mama, what is a rental girlfriend?"

And there, the couple laughed and shared their story as if it was a fairytale. They might not have shared everything and they might have made their love story appear like a real fairytale, but it still made Ara listen to them with excitement. She would occasionally gasp or clap her hands excitedly and the parents loved this beautiful sight of their daughter.

"Can I be someone's rental girlfriend too?" She asked and all the couple could do was glance at each other awkwardly.

They were too shocked to answer. However, they were saved by Taehyung as always. "Who wants to go and eat ice cream?"

Ara quickly jumped down from the bed and rushed towards her uncle excitedly while yelling "ME!"

"Phew! Hyung saved us." Jungkook heaved a sigh of relief and dropped onto the bed. He never stopped calling Taehyung "Hyung" since the time he began. And Taehyung felt happy to hear that. After all, he was the Maknae of the group and was babied all the time.

Once Sarang heard the front door closing, she sat on Jungkook's stomach and looked at his face while licking her lips sensually. "Shall we finish one round? Only if you make it quick." When she winked, Jungkook quickly smashed his lips on his wife and got into action right away.

That was how their lives got happier and they showered their love to each other whenever they got a chance. 

And that was how they lived happily ever after.
