Just when we reached downstairs, Maan's maternal side of the family arrived.

I dragged Maan with me.

Riddhima maa and papa took their blessings and after them Rehan and Avinash did...

"Khamma Ghani nani nanu" I said to them and was going to touch their feet as everyone did, but nani stopped me.

"Ghani khamma beta, betiya pao nhi chhuti hamare yaha, gaale milti hai" Saying this she hugged me and nanu caressed my head to bless me.

"Shivi inse milo, he is my younger brother, he couldn't attend your wedding because he had some work. " Mum said introducing me to a man who was in his mid 40s

We greeted each other.

After we were done welcoming them, I glare at maan, and he was profusely ignoring my stare. How dare he lie to me.... Taabse drr rhi hun ki pta nhi nana nani kiya keh denge.

"Shivantika beta, call Anjali bhabhi saa and Vikram bhai sa, we are going to have dinner now" Papa said and I nod at him.

I went to the guest room to call them.

Reaching near the door I took a deep breath and then entered inside.

"Maa,baba aapko niche bula rhe hai, dinner ke liye. And in this house all the family member eats together, so please do not say anything embarrassing." I say this to them and then went from there without listening anything.

Just when shivantika was going to sit on the chair next to Abhimanyu's, Dadisa started saying "Samiksha beta , yaha kaha beith rahi ho? sit next to Abhimanyu" Making her stop her movement.

"Dadi waha to Shivantika beith rhi hai, mai kese? " Samiksha asked confused.

"Aare Shivantika ke parents aaye hai, wo unke saath beithe gi. Haina Shivantika ? " Kaliyani replied to her, and then asked the last part to Shivantika.

"Dadis... "
"Right, main maa ke pass beith jaati hu." Abhimanyu was going to say something when Shivantika held his hand and responded to kaliyani.

She went where her mother was and sat beside her.

While Samiksha smiles and goes to sit next to Abhimanyu, at Shivantika's place.

"I'm telling you Shivantika, is buddhi aurat aur Samiksha ka koi plan to hai. I'm sure she is trying to snatch Abhimanyu from you, sambhl kr rehna. Aur Abhimanyu ko usse dur rakhna... Larko ke dil ka kiya hai, aaj ispe aagay or Kal uspe." Anjali whispers to her so no one could hear.

A lump formed in her throat, she looks at him, who was eating, and then her gaze fell on her, Samiksha was looking at him, lovingly?, these thought were enough to shatter her heart.

Her thoughts were broken when Rehan asked her to pass him the sabji.

"Kaash aap aapne concern pehle jtate maa, jb hume aapki, aapke advices ki zaroorat thi. Still thanks for your fake concern, but I can handle MY FAMILY AND MY HUSBAND without your inputs." she whisper to her, ignoring the pain she caused her by her words again.

"Tumhari zubaan bohot tez chalne lgi hai, shayad tum bhul gaiy ho ke kya kiya Jaata hai humare, jb koi aukat se zaada bole" Anjali whispers, making her remember memories that she didn't want to recall.

"Shivantika why are you not eating?" Abhimanyu asks, noticing her untouched plate.

"I'm not hungry" I say to him

"Beta eat something, kal reception hai tum dono kaa. Bohot thakan hojani hai guest our media ko attend krte krte, you will not even have time to eat, so eat now " Yuvraj (fil) said to her making her nod.

"Dono kitne Sundar lag rahe hai sath mai, haaye kisi ki nazar na lg jaaye. Kaash ek baar meri baat maan leta Abhi, to tum dono ki shaadi hoti, perfect Jodi hoti. Same background, same vibe, similar work, everything." Dadisa said sighing dreamily.
Making Shivantika more sad.

"Bs kro Kaliyani, kuch cheeze, naa hi ho to hi behtar hoti hai." Nanu said.

"Kiya galat kaha hai maine" She retorts.

Listening this Shivantika ran upstairs and went to her room.

Abhimanyu glares at Dadisa and then went behind her.

"Maa, kabhi to chaain se rehne do. Thori to sharam krlo, her parents are here. Hath jorta hu aapke samne, Kal koi kalesh mat krna" Yuvraj said angrily. "Hume maaf kriye Bhaisab " He then added looking at Vikram.

"Shivantika, shivantika? " I called her when I enter the room. Where the hell she is. I was going out when I notice the open door of the balcony.

I go there and see shivantika sitting on the swing , lost in her thoughts.

I go closer to her and sit near her on the swing, without saying anything and without looking at me, she keeps her head on my shoulder.

We sit like this for sometime , without uttering anything, just staring at the moon then she says "I am afraid that Dadisa was not wrong Maan, not even one thing she said was wrong, you both looked perfectly amazing, like you both were made for each other".

"She may not be wrong Shivantika, but me and my Mahadev, we both know that the only person I want is you, we may look perfect, but Love remember,me and her we only LOOK perfect, but you and me we both ARE perfect, and I am sure that she thinks like this as well, never doubt yourself love,never".
