Marinette

I woke up at 6:00 a.m. Chat was no where in sight. I sighed and rubbed my eyes. Then got ready because we had to leave for the airport at 7:30.

Time skip, (at the ariport)

"I'm so excited!" I cheered, "I can't believe we're going to England!" My parents laughed at me. I giggled and rubbed the back of my neck.

"Marinette?" I looked at who called my name. My eyes widened. " A-a-adrien?!?! What are you doing here?!?! "

Adrien

I smirked. "Oh, I was invited to a ball in England. You?" I already knew what she was doing here. And I had prepared, EVERYTHING.

"I-i was invited to the same b-ball..." She said nervously. "Father?" He looked at me. "I'd like you to meet my friend, her names marinette."

He looked at her, "Ah yes. I remember you. The one who made Adrien a feathered hat."

"Y-yeah. That's me."

"Is it, Tom?"  Said my father. He looked at her parents.

"Yes. That's correct." said her dad.

"And, sabine?"

My mother nodded. "Pleasure to meet you Gabriel. My daughter is a huge fan, you are a huge inspiration to her."

"Mom!" Marinette whisper-yelled and smiled awkwardly at my father. He chuckled and we all entered the plane.

I took my seat next to Marinette while our parents sat together, conversating about who knows what?

"I'm really glad to be spending the week with you Marinette."

She nodded, "Me too. I don't know anyone there except you. And I'm glad I have a friend with me."

I smiled. "Have you ever been in a plane?"

"Actually, no. You?" She asked.

"Yeah, but the last time I was in a plane was with my mother."

*flahsback*

"M-mommy! I-I'm scared!" I said, the plane started to roll which sent shivers down my spine. I was only 8, and this was my first experience.

"It's ok adrien. Here." She held out her hand. Without hesitation I took it, my grip got tighter every time we got further. It finally lifted off.

I squeezed my eyes shut. "Adrien honey, look it! We're in the sky." I opened one eye, I looked out the window and gasped. Amazed of what I saw. " look mommy! The eiffiel tower! " I laughed.

I pointed out the window. I could see everything. "It's so beautiful!" I said. She smiled and I let go of her hand. I kept looking out the window and pressed my hand against the screen. " Cool... "

*end of flashback*

"Sorry adrien... I-i shouldn't have-"

"No. It's ok. But... do you mind if I hold your hand?"

"S-sure." She said with a smile. She held her hand out, I took it and intertwined our fingers. I looked out the window. I could see everything. "It's so beautiful." She said. I smiled at her. You have no idea, I thought.
