Once we finished that embarrassing and awkward dinner, Adrien had to go home. "Thank you for having me Mr- Tom, and Sabine." Said Adrien.

"Oh no problem dear, anytime." My mother said. "Please come again." Greeted my father. He nodded and smiled at me, "Bye Marinette. See you at school."

"Yeah, bye!" He left and I shut the door. "He's a keeper." Said my father.

"Dad!"

"Whaaat?" I giggled and ran back up to my room. I sighed, I was love sick. But I knew he wouldn't ever love me. In 9th grade, I remember kissing Adrien's cheek.

And In 10th grade, I remember him kissing my cheek.

We were sitting on the school steps. Talking about school and things like that, and more...

"Hey Adrien?" I said.

"Yeah Marinette?"

"H-have you ever felt love sick?" I questioned.

"You have no idea..." Adrien said.

I blushed and looked to the side, "Do you like kagami?"

"What? No. The person I like, she's special, Beautiful, nice, and brave."

I looked down. Everything I'm not. "Hey, what's wrong?" He asked.

"I-i just feel like I'm not good enough for... Him. He'll never love me."

He tilted my head and faced me towards him. "Mari... Your a very pretty girl. Fun to be with, and have a great personality. Don't lower your self confidence just because he doesn't like you. You amazing, and it's his loss."

I bit my lip, "You think I have a chance?"

"I know you have a chance Marinette."

I blushed and looked down. He smiled and kissed my cheek, "I gotta go Mari, and hang in there. I'm sure he'll realize his feelings for you."

It was a friendly kiss, it ment nothing. But everything to me. "Je T'amie (I love You) ... Adrien. And your clueless."

I lay there on my bed. Crashes and explosions were heard. " Are you ok marinette? " said tikki, I sighed. "we'll save that for later. Right now, we need to save the day. Tikki, spots on..."

I transformed and headed to the crime scene. "H-hey chat." He looked at me, "Hey Ladgbug," he seemed to be in a good mood. But... Ladybug? He called me... Ladybug? What about, m'lady, or, bugaboo, or... Lovebug, and -

"Ladybug!" I was sent out of my trance. "S-sorry chat. Let's do this."

After the fight... Cuz I'm lazy.

"Bye LB! Gotta go! " he said, extending his staff, "Wait! Chat..."

"Yea?"

"I just wanted to tell you, I'm really sorry about what happened. I-i didn't mean it-"

"It's ok Ladybug. I can't make you love me. And I'm sorry too. I was pretty annoying. But I'll see you later."

I sighed and headed back home. When I went into the living room, my parents jumped excitingly and immediately hugged me when I came into the room.

"Sweetie!!!!" Said my mom. "We were just invited to bake goods for a royal ball in England!!! Their paying for our hotel, private plane, and food, for a whole week!!! All we have to do is bake them sweets!"

I smiled and hugged them. "I'm really happy for you guys."

"So, we decided we're taking you too! If you'd like." Said my dad. I jumped up and down. " I'd love to!! Thank you guys! I'm so happy! When do we leave? "

"Tomorrow, so go pack sweet heart!" I nodded and jumped to go pack my things. "Marinette, what about your duties as Ladybug? "

I smiled at her. "I'll give Alya and Nino their Miraculouses for a week. Chloe too... They can handle it I'm sure!"

Tikki nodded. I kept packing my things and transformed. I headed to Alya's house.

"So alya, are you up to it?" Alya jumped, "Uhhh! Yeah!! But... What's the occasion? "

"O-oh, uhh, I have a secret mission in New york." I lied.

I played the same trick on Nino. I headed back to my house and a little later a black cat showed up. "Hey purr-incess~"

I giggled. "Hey kitty." He looked at all my bags. "what's with the suitcases and stuff? YOUR NOT MOVING ARE YOU?!?!? "

"Calm down kitty, I'm going to England for a royal ball!! A whole week too! " his face lightened up.

"O-oh, uhh, I have a secret mission this week. So I'll be in... Uh, orland! Yeah..."

I was so happy! marinette was going to the ball that I was invited to! My father could meet her parents! And I get to have mari to my self for a whole entire week!!!

"Oh, that's cool." She said. "I have to get up really early so I could get there! Would you mind tucking me in~" I blushed.

"Of course princess." She got in bed and patted the spot right next to her. I gleefully jumped right next to her. I covered her with a blanket and lay right beside her, smoothing out her hair as she buried her face in my chest.
