A month later, Harry is released.

Harry looks around, not sure what to do now.

No one is around.

Harry starts to walk.

He ends up at Snape's.

Harry smiles as Xavier barks out the window as he passes.

Xaver goes through the doggy door and out back barking at him.

Harry continues to walk.

He whines. He looks at Severus as he comes out to the back yard.

"What are you fucking barking at?"

Xavier bats at the gate.

Severus lets him out.

Xavier looks to make sure he's following.

Severus sighs and follows.

Xavier runs to Harry, who falls as he jumps on him.

"Hey, puppy." Harry smiles.

"Why didn't you come and get it." Severus says.

"He's your dog, I'm not taking him from you."

"Hes not mine! He's yours! I fucking got it for you, I dont want a dog."

"Then why keep him?"

"I'm waiting for you to come and get everything."

"Well, you'll have to wait."

"Fine, I'm taking everything to the Weasley's then, including the dog."

"Okay."

Severus walks away.

"Go." Harry tell Xavier.

Xaveir stays.

"Go, I'm sure he has a treat for you." Harry whispers to him.

"Go."

Xavier whines.

"I'll come get you soon."

Xavier stays.

"Xavier, go!" Harry snaps.

Xavier barks.

Harry sighs and walks to Severus' house and puts Xavier in the backyard before he closes the gate and leaves.

Xavier barks loudly.

Harry walks back down the street.

Xavier gets out and runs to harry.

Harry looks at him.

Xavier smiles at him.

Harry sighs and walks towards the Leaky Cauldron.

Xavier follows.

Harry has someone open the wall for him, then goes to Gringotts.

Xavier follows.

Harry pick him up as he gets some money out.

"Will that be all, Lord Potter?" the goblin asks.

"Could I have some converted into muggle money?"

"Of course. What muggle object are you buying?" He asks as he starts converting.

"I was responsible for someone's car being totaled and I want to give them money for a new one."

He nods and hands him the money. "Anything else?"

"No."

"We haven't been able to talk about the property you inherited. Would you like ti now?"

"That would be wonderful actually."

He starts telling him.

"Could I have the key to Potter Manor?"

He nods and hands him the key.

"Thank you."

He nods.

Harry leaves.

Xavier wags his tail.

Harry buys a leash for him.

Xavier barks

Harry puts it on him and goes to get a wand.

Xavier follows him.

Harry then goes to the muggle world to look for the man.

He is at home.

Harry goes to the police station.

"Yes, Mr. Potter?"

"I was wondering if I could get the address of the man who called me in."

"Why do you need the address?"

"I would like to give him some money."

"We can give it to him."

"No, I want to do this myself."

"I am sorry but we are not allowed to give out addresses."

Harry sighs.

"We can give him the money."

"No, is there at least a number I could have?"

They give him a phone number.

"Thank you."

They nod.

Harry leaves and goes to a pay phone and dials the number.

"Hello?" The man picks up.

"Hello, my name is Harry. Umm... I was the one trying to get ran over last month..."

"And what do you want?"

"I want to apologize... and thank you."

"Why are you thanking me?"

"I was in a dark place then, I got the help I didn't want to admit I needed. I... I have the money to replace your car, if you'll take it."

"I don't need it. It's great to hear your better. Good bye."

Harry looks confused.

The man hangs up.

Harry sighs and goes to the park.

Xavier follows.

Harry sits down.

Xavier sits next to him.

Harry pets him.

Xavier smiles up at him.

"How about we go explore our new home?"

Xavier yips.

Harry smiles and stands up ready to disapparate when Xavier perks up and runs.

Xavier runs to Hermione who is walking with Ron.

Harry looks at them.

"Harry!" They say and go to him.

Harry hugs them. "I'm sorry." He whimpers.

"What for?"

"I said some awful things when I was out of it..."

"When?"

"Last month... when I was literally trying to get ran over."

"You were doing what!" Ron yells.

Harry crings.

"What happened?" Hermione asks.

"A guys swerved to miss me and hit a tree then called the cops."

"No, I mean why were you trying to get ran over? And what happened after he called the cops?"

"Severus kicked me out, and I was put into a padded room with a straight jacket and my therapist came to me."

"Why did he kick you out?" Ron ask.s

"We had a fight."

"About what."

"I honestly don't remember nor care."

"Don't you love him?"

"I do but he doesn't want me around anymore so I'm not going to stick around to have my heart repeatedly broken and end up going into more therapy."

"Well I talked to Neville and he said that Professor Snape isn't doing well either. He said that Snape told Lucius that you didn't stick to some deal that you two made so he kicked you out."

"I was drunk..."

Hermione shrugs.

"Well we were heading to see my new... house, would you like to come?"

"Sure."

Harry disaperates them.

They look around.

Harry pulls some sheet off the furniture.

They watch.

"Damn, this is ugly..." Harry grumbles.

"Well you have magic to transfigure."

"Transfiguration is only temporary."

Hermione shrugs. "Glamour."

"Nah, I'm just getting new, something less red."

"Okay."

Harry let's Xavier off his leash, "Don't go too far."

He lays on the couch.

"Alright then."

He looks at him.

Harry goes up the stairs.

Xavier follows.

Harry looks on the names on the doors.

Xavier sniffs.

Harry stops at a door. James

Hermione looks.

Harry tries to open it but its locked.

"Should we unlock it?"

Harry jumps hearing movement inside.

Hermione unlocks it.

Harry draws his wand.

Hermione pulls harry back.

Harry looks at her.

Hermione does a spell to make sure there are no traps.

A giant trap goes off.

Hermione looks at harry.

"Death eater proof?"

Hermione nods.

Harry goes in.

She and Ron follow.

Harry looks around.

They watch him.

Harry walks around.

Hermione and Ron go back for looking around the house.

Harry walks out of the room.

Xavier follows him.

Harry picks him up.

Xavier smiles.

Harry continues to look at the names, then sees one with his name.

They watch him.

Harry does the spell and hears another trap.

Hermione pulls him back sk hr doesn't get hit.

Harry then goes in.

Hermione and Ron follow.

Harry looks around the large nursery.

Xaver wiggles.

Harry puts him down.

Xavier sniffs around.

"Harry, we need to go." Hermione tells him.

"Why?" Ron ask.

"We're meeting Blaise and Pansy for dinner?"

"Oh right."

"Bye..." Harry says softly.

"Bye Harry. Have fun." They say and leave.

Harry looks around.

Xavier looks around.

"Alone again..."

Xavier smiles at him.

"I don't like being alone..."

Xavier whines.

Harry goes back to the living room.

Xavier follows.

Harry lays on the dirty floor. "Tomorrow, we'll get our stuff." Harry mumbles to himself.

Xavier sits on his stomach.

Harry looks at him.

Xavier smiles.

Harry pets him until he passes out.
