Mia's POV

I was about to say something else to Finn when Chloe and Luke came walking up to us.

Chloe sat next to me, and Luke next to Finn. "Hey." I raised an eyebrow. "Where did you go?"

"We went up some stairs to another lookout thing, and yeah it was nice." She smiled sweetly.

Finn was eyeing his friend. "Ew you guys made out." He squinted his eyes.

"What? No we didn't!" Luke defended.

Then Finn turned to Chloe not convinced what he was hearing was true. "Really? Your turning red."

At the end of the night, we met up with our mums and headed back to our rooms.

"So, did you?" I asked Chloe as we walked down the hallways.

She turned to me and repeatedly punched my arm. "Yes!" She whisper screamed. Keeping in mind the boys are only a few metres away from us.

Shit, chill Chloe.

"Aren't you ever going to admit it to Finn?" I mean, he has to find out someday. He probably already knows.

She groaned. "Yeah."

"He'll be fine with it." I said. "Just tell him and he'll understand.

"Fine."

As we reached our rooms, I unlocked my door.

"Mia, come into ours." Chloe said.

"Okay. I'm just going to change and put on something comfortable."

"Alright."

When I opened the door of my room, most of the lights were out except for one in the lounge, so I turned a few on.

I changed into my plain grey tracksuits with a hoodie. I couldn't be bothered taking all my make up off. I grabbed my phone and headed back into their room.

When I walked in, I realised they all changed too. So I walked over to Chloe and sat on the window side of her bed.

Chloe was on her phone and so was Luke who was sitting on the couch next to Finn.

To be honest, I don't know how Finn sleeps every night. The though of someone that is out to kill you could never get off my mind.

I look over to Finn who's head was leaning against his arm on the side of the couch. He's probably thinking about what happened today. It's weird thinking only me and him know about what's going on, and the others have no idea.

"I'm so tired." Chloe moaned and laid on her back on the bed.

"It's only 11:00." Luke said from the couch.

"Oh I'm sorry for being tired." Chloe said sarcastically.

"Apology accepted." Luke replied.

They are so cute.

I need a ship name for them.

Mmmm this will be fun.

It wasn't long after when I got a message.

Mum - Were heading back now, where are you?

Me - Just in their room

Mum - Okay, well we've decided to have a movie night!

I know, same. I cringed right there.

'Movie night'

Me - Ok how far away are you?

Mum - Were just down the hallway walking to the rooms

Mum is a slow texter so by the time she sent it, she was already at the door with Jacinta. *eye rolls*

I guess a movie will be a nice way to end the day. I mean, I am so tired I'll probably fall asleep during the movie.

The next day I woke up in a dark room. I remember last night after the movie we came back and I fell asleep instantly.

I checked my phone. 9:21.
I also got a message from Chloe.

Chloe - I'm coming over in half an hour then we're going to the courts ok?

Oh right we're having a game. I forgot.

I replied back.
Me - Ok

Time to kick ass.

Luke thinks he can beat me? Ok. Let's just find out.

I got out of bed and put on some black nike sport shorts and a t-shirt. I finally put my hair in a high pony tail. And I was ready to go.

"Hey Mum the four of us are playing at the courts."

I walked out of my room and saw Mum sitting at the table in front of the window drinking her coffee and reading a newspaper.

She looked up from what she was reading. "Ooo what are you playing?"

"Basketball."

"Alright honey, have fun! You'll kill it!"

Damn right I will.

So I walked outside the room and saw Chloe standing there.

"They'll be out in a sec." She was leaning against a wall. "This is going to be sooo fun. Oh me and Luke made a bet. He gives me $10 if you win and I give him $10 if he wins. So please win."

"Your betting on me?!"

She laughed. "He just doesn't think you can beat him. So your going to prove him wrong, ok?"

I sighed. "Alright."

I am so going to beat Luke.

So now we are all walking towards the court.

"You ready?" Luke turns to me as we put our stuff down on the benches. He gives me a cheeky smile.

I smirked. "Yep."

The courts were next to the pool on the deck.

There was loud music playing in the background coming from the pool area.

"So guys." She nodded towards the court.

We both walked into the centre of the court.

"Mia you better win this! I want that ten bucks!" She yelled from the seats.

"Your betting on her?" I heard Finn ask.

Chloe shrugged. "Luke still won't believe me that Mia is better than him."

I laughed as I bounced the ball while waiting to start.

"So who's starting?" Finn yelled from the side.

I threw the ball into Luke's hands. "You can."

He looked at the ball in his hands. Then gave me a smirk.

And then the game started.

Luke dribbled the ball quickly to the right of me. I got in front of him and tried to grab the ball, but he turned around and ran to the left of me.

Oh that's it.

I could see that he was trying to shoot.
So I got in front of him and was able to grab the ball from him hands.

"Yes Mia!" I heard Finn shout.

"RUN!" Chloe yelled.

Now I was dribbling the ball to my end of the court. But Luke got in front of me and tried to grab it.

I dribbled the ball through my legs trying to tease him, I laughed not messing up one bit, then turned around running around him.
I stopped and went to shoot, but Luke was there and the ball hit his hands.

FUCK.

I thought he would catch the ball, but he didn't! It rebounded off and I caught it instead.

So now I ran to my side of the court and stopped in front of the net.

"Go on, when are ya gonna shoot? When are ya gonna shoot?" Luke said not taking his eyes off me and the ball.

I spun around to get some space then I threw the ball up.

"Now." I said smiling back at him.

Then the ball went through the net.

HAHA! What did I say?

Luke watched as it bounced on the ground.

"No!" He yelled.

"What did I say!?" Chloe yelled to Luke.

"Alright, next round." Luke picked up the ball and when he got to the middle, threw it to me.

So I started to bounce the ball slowly until I thought it was a good time to start moving.

I managed to make my way around him and then Luke grabbed it!

But as he started to dribble it, I took it off him again.

Suck on that Luke.

I stepped forward one step. I was about at the halfway line. Luke got in front, so I just thought stuff it.

So I jumped up and with both hands, threw the ball up towards the net.

YESSSS. It went straight in!

Luke bowed his head. "Dammit."

We walked back over to Chloe and Finn.

"YOU OWE ME TEN BUCKS." She said almost tackling Luke to the ground.

"Jesus! Okay, okay!"

"That was so good." Finn said smiling, holding his hand out for me to hi-five it.

I smiled. "Thanks." Then hi-five'd him.

"Now lets all play." Chloe got off of Luke and stood up. "Mia I'm with you!" She said grabbing my arm.

Luke stood next to Finn. "Yeah, and I'm with Finn." He crosses his arm.

Chloe flipped the coin with all of us around her.

"Dammit." She mumbles.

"Ha. Suckers." Luke poked out his tongue. Chloe did it back.

And the game started!

Finn started with the ball and bounced it to warm up.

I've always loved the way he plays. Out of everyone in our team, I think Finn is the best. He's mainly a shooter because he's tall, but he can play all over the court.

I got in front of him and tried to snatch it. But then he threw it over me to Luke. He smirked.

Fuck you Finn. Fuck you.

I watched as Chloe stood in front of Luke as he bounced the ball slowly. He was teasing her bouncing it through his legs.

He was too busy entertaining himself when I came up behind him and grabbed the ball.

I didn't see his reaction because I turned around. It would have been so funny though.

So I turned around and dribbled the ball to my end of the court.

Finn was beside me, and I saw that Chloe had ran up near me.

I smiled as I thought of payback.

"Damn, what's your plan now?" He asked smirking back at me.

"This." I said and threw the ball to Chloe and she caught it.

When Finns attention was turned to Chloe, she then threw it back to me when I ran closer to the net. It all happened in a few seconds.

So then I grabbed the ball and jumped up to the net and slam dunked.

Then I dropped down onto the ground and Chloe ran towards me.

"Yes!" She shouted throwing her hands in the air.

Finn stood there in shock. "Right."

We played another round and the boys won that so we were then tied.

Then we played one more and we won again.

HA. But I think it was luck because Finn is better than me.

"Guys I think we have a crowd." Chloe said looking over to a group of people gathered around the court.

"Oh sick! Let's keep playing. Chloe, I'm with you." Luke said.

Awwwwww!

Oh wait, yes! I'm with Finn. We're totally going to win this.
