Margie runs up to me, but really, the person she's eyeing is my cousin.

Peter doesn't seem to notice as he gets into his car and drives away.

My friend sighs.

"Oh, so you're allowed to like my cousin, but I can't be nice to Ringo?" I scoff, shaking my head at her.

"Peter isn't a dunce," Margie smirks.

I sigh and walk away.

"Hey! Where are you going?"

"I'm going to go talk to Ringo. Somebody around here needs to be nice to him."

"Ser!"

"What?!" I turn and glare at her.

"Do you like Ringo, Ser?"
