It’s very late in the night when a car enters into the house. A girl comes out of the car and was about to go into the house but stops. She turns towards the driver.

Girl: Bhayya tomorrow take a break. I am on leave.

Driver: Okay didi. If you want call me. I will come.

The girl smiles and nods. She moves towards the house and searches for the spare keys in her bag as she doesn’t want to disturb her family at that late night. She opens the lock of the house and enters. She closes the door behind and turns when all the lights get on suddenly. Balloons burst which make her jerk in fear and close her ears and eyes bending down but as she feels something falling on her she looks above to see lots of flowers showering on her which makes her smile in surprise and happiness. She laughs and twirls happily widening her hands.

Multiple voices: Happy Birthday Princess!

She stops and looks at all of them. She smiles happily and runs towards them. She at once hug two men at a time.

Girl: Thank You Bhayyu and Papa.

They both hug her happily smiling and kiss her head from either sides.

Woman: Dr. Ragini Gadodia for your information your bhabhi and your mumma are also present here and they both also has wished you.

The woman speaks rolling her eyes revealing the girl to be Ragini.

Ragini breaks the hug and looks at them.

Ragini: (acting like smelling) Bhayyu, Papa you smell something burning?

She asks mischievously while Janaki hits Ragini’s head lightly making the other three chuckle. Ragini pouts and hugs her mother.

Ragini: (in Janaki’s ears loudly) Thank You mummaaaaa!

Janaki: (pushing her) Ahhh! Will you make me deaf?

Ragini giggles as she hugs her bhabhi.

Ragini: Love You Bhabhi. I know it’s all arranged by you.

Zoya: (with attitude) I told You Aditya. My Ragu will definitely understand it’s me but not you.

All laugh at that.

Aditya: But she hugged me first not you.

Aditya gives attitude look. They again laugh.

Ragini: (moving to Aditya) I Love All of You equally.

Aditya: You don’t need to lie princess. You can tell openly that you love me more.

He says caressing her hair. All give him a small hit on his head from all the directions while Ragini laugh.

Aditya: So mean all of you. Anyways I know she loves me more. I don’t need to prove you. Princess you want to change or you are going to cut the cake like this?

He asks looking at Ragini.

Ragini: I am very hungry. First cutting the cake.

She says licking her lips making all laugh.

Aditya: Let’s go.

They all go towards the table where the cake is arranged. Ragini smiles seeing her favourite Tinkerbell cake which she always gets from her childhood.

Zoya: I didn’t change it as Aditya told me you love the Tinkerbell cake. And no candle.

Ragini: Thank You bhabhi!

She kisses her cheek.

Shekhar: Come on Princess first make a wish and then cut the cake.

Ragini: Make a wish to You or bhayyu papa?

She asks blinking her eyes innocently. All laugh while Shekhar slaps her cheek playfully while she giggles. She closes her eyes and makes a wish. She then takes the knife and cuts the cake. She turns towards Janaki and feeds her first making everyone smile.

Ragini: Love You mumma!

Janaki smiles and kisses her forehead. She feeds her back. Then Ragini feeds Shekhar and then AdiYa.

Ragini: Now I am going to finish what and all I can eat in this cake. I am really hungry.

Janaki: No You will not even have a piece of it. I am getting you food. Till then snatch your gifts from your Bhayyu. He hid them.

Ragini glared her brother who shrugged her shoulders.

Ragini: Give me my gifts or forget you are married for a week.

She threatened putting her elbow on Zoya's shoulder while Zoya blushes looking down. Shekhar chuckles seeing them. Aditya glares her and goes to get her gifts. She snatches all of them from him as soon as he gets them from his room. She settles on the couch and starts opening them while Janaki returns from kitchen with her food.

Zoya: Ma let me feed her.

Janaki smiles. She gives the plate to Zoya and sits beside Ragini who is involved in unpacking her gifts.

Ragini: (irritated) Bhayyu why the hell there are these many boxes one inside the other for your gift?

Aditya smirks and sits with attitude.

Zoya: Ragu open your mouth.

Ragini looks at her and smiles. She opens her mouth while Zoya feeds her. Aditya smiles looking at them. Ragini finally gets to open the box. She sighs happily as she could open all the boxes of that particular gift.

Ragini: (Excited seeing the ring box) Ring!

She opens to see a paper in it. She glares Aditya and opens the paper which has the emoji 😜. He laughs. She throws the box on him.

Ragini: You know what I hate you bhayyu!

She twists her lips and opens another gift as Zoya continues feeding her. Shekhar hits Aditya.

Shekhar: Stop teasing her idiot.

Janaki is just smiling at her children's nokhjokh and Zoya’s love for Ragini.

Aditya: Papa yaar why do you hit me always? I am married now.

Ragini: You aren’t just married. It’s been six months since you got married. And bhabhi  has got to know what all you hid her from her when you are in relationship. Poor bhabhi got cheated.

Zoya pouts and nods yes with fake sad face. Aditya glares both of them. They both show their tongue to him. He shakes his head and moves towards Ragini. He passes her a box. Ragini snatches with shine in her eyes. She opens it and sees a beautiful bracelet.

Ragini: This is sooo beautiful. I Love You Bhayyu!

She flies a kiss to him. He smiles. She then opens the other gifts.

Ragini: Enough bhabhi I am full.

She says as Zoya forwards another morsel.

Zoya: Last one baby.

Ragini pouts.

Zoya: Be a good baby.

Zoya feeds her.

Aditya: This is the reason why I always ask you not to say to anyone that you are a doctor. You can’t even have your food by yourself.

He hits her head lightly. Ragini gets up from the couch and chases him. He runs all around the house laughing and teasing her. Janaki shakes her head while Zoya goes to kitchen as it’s their everyday routine to fight. Shekhar moves in the route of Aditya and stands folding his hands across his chest glaring him. Aditya stops panting while Ragini also stops as she reaches in front of Shekhar.

Shekhar: Do you realise what the time is?

Ragini pouts while Aditya sighs. He side hugs Ragini.

Aditya: Go princess change and take rest. No need to wake early tomorrow. You must be tired of your duty.

Janaki: Wake up early and go to temple Miss. Gadodia. If you don’t wake I will pour water on you and you have to wake with no option.

Janaki warns Ragini. Ragini pouts. Aditya shows his tongue saying she need not listen to Janaki. Shekhar hits Aditya's head.

Shekhar: Stop spoiling her. She will go to temple. It’s her birthday. So princess go change and sleep. You haven’t even removed your coat.

He says shaking his head. Ragini looks at herself and giggles.

Ragini: (hugs Aditya) Good Night Bhayyu.

Aditya: Good night Princess. Remember no duty tomorrow. You will not go no matter what happens.

He warns her. Ragini nods and moves bidding good night to everybody.

A man is shown running along with stretcher in a hospital. The stretcher is taken into the OT while he stands outside of the OT. He is sweating but his face showed null expression. His eyes have no emotion.

He kept standing there just staring the door of the OT. After hours a doctor comes out.

Doctor: Sanskar!

Calls doctor revealing the man to be Sanskar.

Sanskar: (looks at him) How is ma Uncle?

Doctor: A minor heart attack!

Sanskar just looks at the OT door.

Sanskar: How is she now?

Doctor: She is fine now. Unconscious!

Sanskar nods.

Doctor: Let’s keep her under observation. Will talk to you tomorrow seeing her responding to the treatment.

Sanskar nods.

Doctor: Don’t worry!

He pats Sanskar’s back and leaves. Sanskar looks at the OT for few moments and keeps moving backward. He suddenly turns and walks faster outside the hospital. He moves towards his car and sits inside it. He closes the door and a tear escapes his eye. He hits the car continuously and bursts out into cry keeping his head on the steering. He cries vigorously till he feels he can control his emotions.

Sanskar: (to himself) I will not let anything happen to you ma. I promise.

His phone rings. He looks at the id and takes the call.

Sanskar: Hello!

Veer: Sanskar what happened? Santha kaki called me and told ma fell unconscious.

Sanskar: I reached home and moved towards ma's room to check on her to find her on the floor. I immediately drove her to hospital and uncle told it’s mild heart attack.

Veer: I am coming.

Sanskar: No. You can come tomorrow. She is fine now.

Veer: She is fine. What about you?

Sanskar: I am fine. What will happen to me?

He wipes the tear that left his eye.

Veer: You can act in front of whole world but not in front of me. I know you since childhood. So stop acting. I am coming and you can’t stop me.

Sanskar cuts the call and once again leans to the steering letting his tears flow.

Sanskar is sitting in front of the ward where Ap is admitted. He hadn’t even had a blink of sleep since last night. Veer is beside him. Doctor goes to check Ap. After few minutes he comes out.

Sanskar: Uncle?

Doctor: She is fine but…

Sanskar looks on.

Doctor: (sighs) Her BP isn’t under control. I cannot let her go home when her condition is like this. Let’s see 24 hours. You can go meet her.

Sanskar nods with null expression. Doctor goes patting Sanskar’s back.

Veer: Go meet ma.

Sanskar: You go back. I will stay here. Look after things in office.

Veer: Atleast now stop thinking about office. Take care of ma.

Sanskar goes inside. He sits beside Ap on a stool. He looks at her, who is closing her eyes, for few moments and a tear escapes his eye. He carefully holds her palm in between his hands which makes Ap to open her eyes.

Sanskar: Ma!

Ap smiles weakly.

Ap: Sanskar!

Sanskar keeps looking at her.

Ap: Today my Sanskar of twenty two years old is visible to me.

Sanskar bursts out into tears. He cries putting his head on her hand. She caresses his hair with her other hand. He controls himself and looks up. He kisses her palm.

Sanskar: If you are angry on me beat me. But please don’t think of leaving me. Please.

Ap shakes her head.

Ap: I am fine beta.

Sanskar: You aren’t ma. You aren’t. You are scaring me.

Ap's eyes turn teary.

Sanskar: What is it ma?

Ap: (looks at him for a moment and then speaks) I saw him.

Sanskar tightens his fist.

Sanskar: Even after five long years!

He asks painfully.

Ap: He is my husband!

Sanskar: He was your husband!

He states.

Ap: Okay! I agree he was my husband. But after getting another realisation of my life I couldn’t bear it.

Sanskar: Means?

He asks confused. Ap looks at him.

Ap: You also hid it from me.

Sanskar looks down.

Sanskar: Maa… I…

Ap: (interrupts)  He was cheating me from day one of our marriage. You got to know about it on that day itself but you hid it, right?

Sanskar: (with teary eyes) I don’t want you to break even more. I was scared of losing you. So I didn’t let him also speak anything to you on that day. I am sorry.

Ap: (smiles painfully) You also cheated me.

Sanskar immediately shakes his head.

Sanskar: Ma please don’t say like that. I don’t want to break you. I was scared for you ma.

Ap: It’s over. Leave it.

She says as she wiped her tears. Sanskar looked at her and speaks with pain.

Sanskar: I went to his daughter's engagement. That’s when I got to know. The groom was my friend’s brother. I was equally shocked and broken when I got to know he was cheating you from the beginning.

Ap looks at him. She knows how much her son has changed since that day. He brought her out of that house and also away from his life. Since that day he worked very hard from doing job to setting his own business which is now running in a successful way. These five years have changed a lot in him. He forgot what emotions means. He forgot about himself. All he does is work. She knows he is doing it to forget everything his father had done to him and her. She sighs.

Ap: It’s okay Babu. I am not upset anymore.

She says as she caresses his cheek. His eyes flow with tears. He hugs her.

Sanskar: (controlling his sob) Ma promise me you will take care of yourself. For me you have to.

Ap: I will.

She says caressing his hair. He breaks the hug and kisses her forehead.

Sanskar: Your BP isn’t getting normal. You have to stop stressing yourself. Please for me.

Ap nods.

Ap: You didn’t ask me where did I see him?

Sanskar looks at her.

Ap: I went to Mart along with Santha as I was getting suffocated sitting at home. I was moving with my trolley and didn’t notice something fell from the trolley. A girl noticed and called me. When I turned and saw it was him along with her. I was shocked when she called him Dad. I could clearly figure out she is of almost your age. I realised that I was so blind in his love that didn’t even realise how smartly he was cheating me.

Her eyes flew continuously while Sanskar is sitting with fisted hand seeing his mother in pain. Sanskar takes deep breathe controlling his anger. He wipes of her tears.

Sanskar: No ma. Stop crying. This will just spoil your health more. He doesn’t deserve these tears.

Ap nods.

Sanskar: Now time to rest. Come on close your eyes and sleep.

Ap closes her eyes but she holds his hand. He keeps his other hand on her hand which is holding his hand and slowly pats her hand. She slowly drifts into sleep. Sanskar kept staring her.

Sanskar: Get well soon ma. Please!

He whispers looking at her emotionally.
