Epilogue - Three Down, Three More To Go.
Aditya
"Aditya?!" It was my wife's yell. I knew I did something wrong again. I heard her footsteps nearing the door and when she opens it, she stood there with her eyes narrowed as she analyzes the surrounding.
"Really? You think you can just get pass this by showing up with your xerox copies?" Her voice was firm and she had her arms crossed over her chest.
I shrugged with my head hanging low, not daring to look at my wife's death stare.
"Don't just stand there, get in already." She ushered me in and when she closes the door behind her, she twisted me to kiss my lips as her arms pulled me closer to hers. I was captivated by her smooth moves but we got interrupted by flourishing giggles.
We pulled away to get around the twin stroller to check on our babies. "Aww, my cublings. Did you miss mama? You did, oh babies I missed you too." She got them off the stroller and had them on each side of her hips while showering kisses all over their face.
I missed this seraphically heartwarming sights.
I went and stood in front of them while pulling out my handphone to click another picture of them. It got saved right away among the thousands of pictures I had of them and I just had to change my home screen layout as the final step.
"Adi?" My wife signaled me get closer and she gestured me to carry them while she prepared to go sit on the couch. She begin adjusting her blouse and I knew what was she upto.
"I brought the milk bottle together, love. You don't have to right now, I mean....you're still at wo-"
"Adi, I want to be connected with my babies." I never uttered another word and rather obliged because I knew how much she wants this. My wife loves breastfeeding them naturally. She always says by doing this, she couldn't help but to embrace this nurturing intimacy and bonding within our babies and her. She will do it no matter where and what we were doing if she feels them getting hungry.
She opened her arms for me and I went to her with our babies while giving them one by one right after she took a good position on breastfeeding them. She sighed in relief with her eyes closed and her palms were gently supporting their heads while stroking their soft hair. "I missed this. I really missed you guys."
I kneeled in front of them, placing two light kisses on their heads and finishing up with a peck on my wife's lip. "We missed you too, my love."
I sat next to hers and laid my head on her shoulder. I earned the most soothing kiss and she had us all wrapped around her. My Aadhira and Aadhiran, we named them based on our both first initials that starts with an 'A'. Both the names that we chose together was one of our primarily pick and just after they were born, I couldn't hold it but to whisper their names on their tiny ears.
My bundles of joy smiled at me for the first time upon entering the world, just to meet their father crying with happy tears which I wouldn't be embarrassed about. I didn't got a chance to click those moments on a camera but I had captured enough of storage in my head to treasure them dearly.
It was my beautiful beginning towards fatherhood, another miracle that inspired through my life after I had this amazing woman walk into my life to change it all.

Anaika
Two years had passed just like that and today is our 2nd year anniversary. I was excited to celebrate our day together and I arranged everything accordingly. My parents were over the moon when I suggested them to look after my two little munchkins and it seems that they were more excited than I do for my own anniversary.
Coming to my husband and me, I planned on a quick getaway from our busy lives as we hardly got time for each other. I had my schedules packed for the past few months yet I was in and out of country, that reminds me the one day when he traveled all the way across the sea with our babies still not crawling just to see me, was unforgettable. I was very mad at him that day but I was missing them so much that I forgot why I was mad at the first place.
I knew how hard my husband tried to cope with his courses and as a father to our children whenever I'm gone. I put all my best to take part on it but he always aced the art of parenting, which only made me less to worry about my children and focused on my company.
Now I'm free with my job being complete and as luck would have it, it's our anniversary month. Bonus points for getting it on the public holidays which means my husband no need to worry much about skipping classes.
It was my first night without my kids around and I took my day off to prepare for our vacay. He would be coming home soon and he had no idea about any of this. I'm surely he would have thought something for our anniversary tomorrow but it's my turn to surprise him this year.
Keys rattling were heard from the main door and I gasped before hiding on the corner of the hallway. He passed through me and he must have not expecting me early because I always come after him. He discarded his bag and went to our kid's room in excitement but left all gloom when he didn't found them. He immediately called someone, which I assumed to be our neighbour who's a kind old lady that volunteer to take care of our children when we were absent sometimes.
I immediately stepped out to show him myself and he was startled. I heard the lady's voice on the phone and I gestured him to cut the call. Guilt was eating me up to play such a prank because of the look my husband had when he noticed that our children were missing. He must have been really scared.
"Our babies are with my parents." I said in my lowest tone. "I'm sorry, Adi. I didn't mean to scare you." I apologized, not dare enough to look at his worried eyes.
I sensed him moving closer and when he does, he cupped both my cheeks to connect our gaze. "Is it because of our anniversary?"
I nodded. He had this handsome smile and kissed my forehead tenderly.
"Then, let's celebrate. Just you and me....for everything you have planned, my love."
I light up again with an unwavering smile and pulled him in to shower before getting ready for the vacation. It took us a moment to get a grip off each other's hands but we got ready at the end.
We drove to the airport and we took the flight which I booked beforehand. We landed within hours and we immediately retired to bed as we were jetlagged by the time we reached the hotel.
I woke up first and it was already dark outside. I heard that the view would be amazing on nights but when I initiated to wake up from bed, I caught my husband peacefully sleeping while snuggling right into me so I endured the adrenaline to walk around and stay still. He must have been really tired after the classes and the frustrating part time jobs that he seldomly do but eventually wore him out, even though I'm completely against this part time jobs of his. He would always say that he needs his very own savings to spend on his kids and wife without hesitation.
I couldn't put much words into it when he became very sincere with his confession so I endured it. Even though I hated seeing him all weary after a long day. What surprises me more is the way he mastered being a father to our kids even after all those exhaustion. He should really be awarded as the world's best super dad.
"You're awake?" His light groan was so deep and it tingled my inside to the point where I decide to take thing on my own hands. I leaned forward to kiss his lips with my arms went around his neck, pulling myself up to get him under me. The kiss ignited the fire spitting between us and we were halfway off the clothes when we got interrupted.
It was his phone and I would have cursed whoever on the line if it wasn't for my mother who's calling him right mow. He looked up at me in confusion before answering it and I put it on loud speaker mode, wanting to know the reason behind her sudden call. Suddenly fearing that it might be related to our babies, are they all right?
"Ma, yes." He softly answered
"I'm sorry to be calling on your honeymoon, dear. I hope I didn't interrupt anything." She giggled, sounding very calm and sweet. Which make sense only if they are doing fine so it relieved my racing heart.
"It's okay, ma. We...." He stared up at me for a second before looking away and adjusting back on his clothes. ".....were just sleeping."
I hissed at the audacity.
My mother laughed. "It's just that my grandbabies misses their father, especially Adhira. She's been crying the whole evening to see her father-" There was sounds of shuffling items and my mother giggled then sooner we heard our babies. The exciting yells of my daughter, Adhira were echoing all over the room. He quickly nudged me aside and sat on the bed as the normal call turned out to be a video call.
You know when you think that, is it possible to fall in love again and again to the same person? Especially when you see them doing their duties perfectly fine by being the best dad to your kids, even with the distance. Well now, I know that it is possible when I'm watching the love of my life sweetly cooing my babies over a video call while making so many promises.
I'm incredibly in love with him. I would always go back and choose him over and over again. I love being Mrs Aditya. He's my husband and he's mine to love.
I was shamelessly drooling apart for his attention and it never felt embarrassing, especially when you have your husband flustered for you.
They ended the call shortly and I even neglected the fact that my babies never asked for me the entire time. He shot me an apologetic look and I just wished to be glued onto him for eternity.
What am I thinking? Glueing onto him for eternity?
I shook my head and snatched his handphone away to put it aside. I pushed him to get under me and I climbed on top of him.
"You succeeded on being the best father to my children, now.....don't you want to be the best husband for their mother? She's been waiting long enough." I mumbled with my lips almost touching his but he got impatience as he slammed them together.
He pulled us away to breath for air and he took the opportunity to undress himself while suddenly he tugged me down to the bed before he came on top of me. It took me by surprise but I managed to muffle some noise, "What are you....doing?"
He had the most sexiest smirk which made my wet dreams come true. "I'm just trying to be the best husband for my wife." He kissed me again and this time, it never ends as just a kiss.

The next day, we were having lunch and suddenly my husband popped up a statement.
"You are pregnant, my love."
I was stunned by his sudden exclamation and guess what, after I tested the coming evening, I saw those two lines again.
So my husband was right. I am pregnant. How come everyone around me knows that I'm pregnant but not myself?
Few months passes by and I am in the six month of pregnancy. My husband had completed his studies and he's about to open up his very own restaurant in coming week. I was in a full cheerleading mode, supporting my husband in every arrangement even though he took care most of it.
I'm still amazed at his ideal roleplaying in our lives as a husband and father to both my toddlers and unborn baby. I can never compete on his level of commitment in maintaining a good household while building his own career as well as to give us the best living.
"Hey, love. Our babies are finally asleep." A soft kiss on my head and he right away sat on the floor with me on the sofa as he gently grabbed my feet to massage them. While he was doing his thing, I can't help but to do mine like usual. Which is to caress every single strands of his hair in my fingers while combing them according to my interest.
"Love?" He called sweetly and I hummed before leaning down to kiss on his head. "Three down, how many more to go?" His question was blunt and it almost made me gasp because I have my answer ready.
"You know what?" I smirked, reaching down to his neck tentatively as I know that he would go crazy for this. I never thought of any advances and I only did so to whisper on his ears. "Three down, three more to go."
"Six babies? I get to be a father of six?" He gasped in astonishment. I tittered while nodding with shyness. He turned around and stared up at me. "I'm going to have all the seven miracles around the world in my house. I'm the luckiest man alive." He started talking to himself and grinned sheepishly. His head softly laid on my lap with his one hand going around my hip while another rested on my belly
Who knows that the waiter that I accidentally bumped into two years ago, would turned out to be my future? I once had a dream to run a big family but only with a guaranteed husband who would love me unconditionally and accept me the way I'm. At last, my dream did came true. True love does exist and there's happily ever after.
