After a week

"I'm sorry he's no more "the doctor said covering his face with the white shit he used in covering him.

"no you're lying" she said holding onto the doctors collar.

"I'm sorry he's dead " the doctor said to her and she broke down in tears.

"no bring him back, he can't leave me I love him" she said crying so loud

"Please madam don't cry" I said walking towards her

"no please bring him back" she said putting her hands up in a begging manner

"he's gone, just pray for his soul to find peace" I said to her and she hugged me tight

"maryam"my mum in-law called out.

"yes mum"I responded while wiping the tears on her cheeks,

"I'm going home and Aaryan needs someone by his side " my mother in-law said and I nodded

"OK mum" I said.

"Takr care of yourself, and just pray for him please" I said patting the woman lightly on her shoulder

"thank you" the woman said wiping her tears.

"I'll leave now" i said before living with Aaryan's mum.

"maryam why are you crying?" my mother in-law asked as we walked together to Aaryan's room.

"the woman who was over there lost her husband and seeing her in tears makes me sad, that's why I'm crying "I said with little tears falling from my eye

"maryam I know you are scared, right? Don't worry Aaryan will be OK"my mother in-law said patting while patting my  shoulder.

"inshaAllah " maryam answered almost in a whisper.

"OK I'll be going home now take care, I'll be back by tomorrow with some of your cloths" Aaryan's mum said and I nodded as my mother in-law waves at me before leaving .

I sat there crying and holding unto Aaryan's hands"Aaryan please wake up" I said holding firmly onto his hand.

"Aaryan wake up please" I said putting his hand back on the bed.

"Aaryan please"I said sobbing harder and harder with tears pouring down my eyes.

I placed my head on the bed close to where his arm was, I laid there sobbing hard and muttering some duas as I sobbed, but I was risen when I felt someone's hand on my head, so I roused up immediately to see him struggling to open his eyes.

"maryam" I heard him mutter.

"Aaryan" I called loudly before runing out to get the doctor while Aaryan kept on muttering my name.

"Doctor he's awake " I said running Into the doctors office.

"wow that's awesome" the doctor said following me to the room but I stopped at my pace when I saw Aaryan holding hands with a woman which I presume is lailah, and Aaryan was looking at her so lovingly.

I couldn't bare it so I stood there crying for i wanted to be the one beside him and holding onto his hands the way lailah was doing, I wasn't jealous but I felt my heart break into million pieces,

I knew I had lost him to Lailah long ago, so I walked away leaving lailah and Aaryan Alone .
