This story starts from Karthik's Chacha and Chachi visiting Singhanias.
(There is no Kirti in this story.)

That day night, Karthik spends some time with Naira.

The next day, Akshara asks Karthik to invite his family to her birthday party.

While Naira was making pretty dolls with clay, for her mother, Karthik also sat beside her to help her.

But in between, he checked his phone, which made Naira suspicious.

"Why are you checking your phone again and again?" Naira asked him, raising her eyebrows.

He looked at her, smiling amusedly. "Are you doubting me?"

"No, never and ever. I may doubt myself. But not you." He smiled upon hearing her words.

He decided to reveal his past and his family to her, and just then, his mobile rang. The call is from his Chachu.

"One min…" saying he lifts the call.

Naira was engrossed in his face.

"Haan, Chachu."

"Karthik, is everything alright? I got 5 missed calls from you." Chachu questioned.

Karthik, "Chachu, I didn't get either a message or a call from her since yesterday night. Is she OK? Did you or Chachi talk with her?" He asked worriedly.

"Nahi, Beta. (NO Child) We also didn't get any call from her. She might be busy with her studies. And you also told me her exams are arriving, so she might be busy with her schedule." He said

"How much ever she is busy, Chachu, she doesn't forget to call me or text me. But since yesterday night, there has been not even a single text from her." Karthik held his head now getting scared.

"You don't worry. I will check into her college once. You don't take tension. She will be fine." Chanchu consoled him.

Naira, who saw this, got worried seeing him tense. She kept her hand on his shoulder,
"What happened, Karthik? You look tense."

Karthik lifted his forehead and said, "Naira woh—--

They heard Akshara calling Naira.

So they both went downstairs.

'Krishna Ji, please keep my Bachha safe.' Karthik prayed.

Naira looked at him, and,' Ganga Maiya, Karthik seems to be tensed about something. Please take away his worries.'

After some time, Karthik gets a call on his mobile.
The phone slipped from his hand, the moment he heard the opposite person's words.

Everyone in the hall also got alerted, and Karthik's eyes got teared up.

"Karthik? Is everything OK?" Naira asked, holding his arms.

Without answering anyone, he rushed away from there, leaving Naira and others stunned.

"What happened to him? " Akshara asked, worriedly.

"I don't know, Maa. In the morning, he is  very tense about someone or something." Naira said whatever she had noticed.

Their thoughts were broken by the ringtone of Karthik's phone.

Naira lifted the phone and attends the call; it was from Karthik's Chachu.
"Hello…Karthik?"

"Hello, Karthik just went out. What happened? Is everything alright? He seems to be very scared and worried." Naira replied

"Naira beta, can you please do one thing? Please come to the city hospital." Naira, along with her Mom and Dad, rushes to the hospital.

On the other hand, Karthik reaches the hospital, and he rushes to the ICU and stops near the corridor, seeing his Chachi and some other students.
His eyes were red, and they were holding the pain and fear of losing the only person he was living for from a child.

Surekha, his Chachi, stood from her seat seeing him.

Karthik ran to them, then His Chachu pointed her finger toward the ICU.

With slow baby steps, he moved there and his breath caught, seeing his Bacha lying on the bed. She was looking pale.
And her head is having a bandage.

He then looked back at his Chachi and students, "What the hell has happened? Why is my Sister in the hospital?" He shouted frustrated.
He is not getting anything.
At first, there was no message from his sister, later he got an anonymous call about his sister being admitted to the hospital.

And now seeing her like this, his heart broke into pieces.

"We also don't know what happened! After your talk with Akhil, we got a call from this hospital. Arnav is the one who called us. And we rushed here." Chachi replied. She was crying.

Karthik looked at Arnav, for answers," We were playing in the ground, She was also there. But after some time we noticed she was missing. We searched everywhere, in the class and everywhere. Later we …we found her lying down unconsciously in front of the chemistry lab. And the lab was caught in a fire accident."

Karthik was shocked to hear this, Chachi also.

By that time Naira along with her parents also arrived there.
They were shocked after learning, Karthik also has a sister.

At the same time, the Doctor also came outside of the ICU.

Karthik and others rushed to him,
"Doctor Saab, how is my Sister? Is she alright? Nothing to worry about, right?"
Chachu also came to them by then.

The doctor looked at them and answered, "Nothing to worry about. She is out of Danger now. Nothing to worry about. She will gain consciousness in one hour."

They thanked the Doctor.
Doctor leaves from there.

By that time Naira along with her parents also arrived there.
They were shocked after learning, Karthik also has a sister.

"Doctor Saab, how is my Sister? Is she alright? Nothing to worry about, right?"
Chachu also came to them by then.

The doctor looked at them and answered, "Nothing to worry about. She is out of Danger now. Nothing to worry about. She will gain consciousness in one hour."

They thanked the Doctor.
Doctor leaves from there.

Karthik stands in front of the ICU and looks at his sister, his Bachha.

Chachu goes to him and keeps his hand on Karthik's shoulder, "Just now I got to know. Her friend someone named Tanya committed suicide in that Lab. She burned herself. Officers were enquiring about this." Karthik looked at his Chachu and then into the room.

Khushi's friends who were standing near them heard the news, they were stunned.
They looked at each other's faces.

"She is our new friend, Uncle," Arnav replied.

Akhil and Karthik looked at him.

"What?" Karthik looked at them questioningly.

"Haan, Bro…She is a new student. Transfered from Delhi branch." Said Jasmine, Khushi's best friend.

Sister Came out of the room and asked, "Who is Tanya here? The patient is asking for her."

Just then officers also reached there, "Tanya is no more." One of them broke the news.

Everyone got shocked to learn this bitter truth.

"And most important thing is, Mr. Karthik's sister is the primary witness for this accident." Officer added.

Karthik gulped his head bursting with the turn of events.
'What is this new problem?'
He rubbed his face, "I want to see my sister. Abhi is waqt." ( At this moment.)

"Mai Abhi Doctor se poonch letha." Akhil goes to ask the Doctor.

Signing his wife to take care of Karthik he goes from there. Naitik also joins him.

Akshara consoles Surekha, while Naira goes and sits beside Karthik.
She takes his hand in hers.
"Don't worry she will be fine." Karthik looks at her with lots of pain in his eyes, that pained her soul.

The main character of the love is, we can able to bear the pain, but can't able to see our beloved ones in pain.

Soon Akhil and Naitik came back.
"Doctor Saab, said they will be shifting her to the private room now. We can meet her then."

Karthik nods his head.

Ward boys brought Khushi outside the ICU on the stretcher.
Karthik held her hand and followed them to the room.
