Alina's Accident {Part Two}

Inside the car, Aliya was trying to calm her sister but all she could hear was Alina crying and saying words like; "She will kill me after this."

Aliya knew who but she didn't know why.

"Alina, we can go to the cafe and talk about it?"

She looked at her sister and shook her head denying Aliya's suggestion.

Aliya looked at her sister who had tears falling down her face. She couldn't help but feel worried about Alina.

Could it be because of the career change? Or maybe her mother has done something to her?

"Alina, are you okay? Please slow down and tell me what happened to you?" Aliya worriedly asked her sister. "Lina, you can talk to me. Remember we are sisters no matter what". She adds, trying to convince Alina to talk.

Alina turned to face her sister with tears in her eyes and gave her a sad smile.

"I can't tell you. I don't know how he be after this..."

Alina couldn't even finish what she was saying when Aliya started yelling at her.

"Alina, watch out!!!"

Alina turned to face what her sister was yelling at only to see a trailer coming towards them at the highest speed and she couldn't avoid it unless it made a sharp turn towards the river.

As the car took a sharp turn, the trailer hit Aliya's side and almost took the car door off.

There's a jolting impact, and the sound of metal crushing against metal fills the air. The collision's force sends the cars spinning out of control, resulting in Alina's car being submerged in the icy river.

Alina looked at her sister to find her bloodied and unconscious. But that wasn't the worst part.

The car was getting submerged in the freezing river and no one was there to help them.

"Someone call the paramedics," a voice said while trying to alert the ongoing vehicles.

"I am sorry, I didn't listen to you, Aliya. If we ever get out of this alive, I promise to be the best sister you ever needed in your life. And not even my mother can take away that from me," Alina promises as she also loses consciousness.

Meanwhile, the ambulance and the fire arrived just in time to save the two girls. But when they pulled out Aliya, they found out that she had a broken arm as well as a mental on her lower back.

The paramedics move efficiently to stabilize her and prepare her for transport to the nearest hospital for urgent medical attention. At the same time, the other paramedics rescue Alina who had minor injuries.

Upon reaching the hospital Aliya was taken to the emergency room and was urgently admitted to the hospital and undergoes surgery to address her critical injuries. The medical team worked tirelessly to rescue her life and stabilize her condition.

Thankfully, someone saw the two girls and informed their parents and also Nanny Lea. She called Aryan and they rushed to the hospital as soon as she called Aryan.

"How could this have happen to my sweet girl?" She asked herself. "If this is the prize to pay for me telling her to give her sister a chance..."

"Nanny, don't say that. Aliya always wanted a sister and giving Alina a second chance was what she always wanted," Aryan said interrupting her. "Did the doctor say anything to you?" He asked Nanny who shook her head.

"No one has told me anything..."

"Where is my daughter? Where is Alina?" A voice yelled at the nurse.

Aryan turned and saw that it was none other than Rukiya but Zayd was nowhere to be found.

As usual. He is probably hiding somewhere.

When Rukiya saw Nanny sitting on one of the chairs, she walked toward her and slapped her.

"Are you crazy?"

"No, your granddaughter killed my daughter and now I want her to pay..."

"Listen, you. We dont even know about the girls' conditions. So stop assuming things which aren't true. And the next time you slap Nanny Lea, I will make your life a living hell," Aryan said.

Rukiya walked away angrily with one thing in her mind.

Revenge.

Aryan knelt near Nanny and started wiping her tears with his hands.

"Nanny..."

"Aryan, what if she said was true..."

"It couldn't be. Because our dear Aliya didn't want to learn how to drive. Even when Zayn and Red begged her to learn how to drive. If that's what Rukiya is saying then I will have no choice but to come up with a lot of things that her daughter has done to Aliya..."

"I know but for now, let's just pray and hope everything will okay. And we should also pray for Alina too."

But Rukiya had a plan and it would consist of ruining five lives including her daughter to get what she wants.

Aliya is out of the picture for good.

"Now is the perfect time to activate the plan but I will do it without Zayd knowing about it. He has gotten soft these past few years. I think he might even try and mend his relationship with his daughter Aliya. But I can't let that happen just yet," she said to the shadow who nodded.

"And I will be with you in every step of the way but remember never to hurt Alina, she doesnt deserve what has been happening," the shadow warned Rukiya.

"Now its time to go and find out what happened before we commerce with the plan and this time it has to be fullproof one."

Both Rukiya and the shadow walked away leaving Nanny and Aryan sitting in the waiting room.
