A week or two after the kiss on the moon...

{Ino's POV}

"Sakura~~"

"Hey!!!" (We've grown closer over the years... Sasuke's losing his looks. I mean, he wears a PONCHO! Whats to like about that??)

"What'cha up to?" I ask.

"Nothing really."

"Really?"

"Yes, really."

"Really Really?"

"Yes, really really."

"Mkay then."

"Gosh! Ya made me say it, Ino~!"

"I didn't make you say a thing~~." I hum. I didn't do anything at all~.

"Liar! But rumor has it.." Sakura whispers to me the latest rumor, and we squeal together.

"Finally."

"I KNOW RIGHT?! MY NUMBER ONE SHIP HAS FINALLY HAPPENED!!"

"WOOT!! Shikamaru and Temari are mine, though." I tell her.

"Good number one."

"Right~~!"

"Let's go find her, and ask her if it's legit."

"Legit? Did you just say Legit?" I annoy her.

"Got a problem with that?"

"Not a problem at all, Billboard~~"

"WHADDYA SAY?!"

"Nothing.. Hehe." I love annoying people. Especially Sakura.

"Mkay." She's taking anger management classes. Or so I hope. I don't know if she actually is, though. Her anger's been getting better... so probably.... or maybe love is taking affect!!

"Let's go find that girl and ask her some questions!!"

"YEAH!" Then we run off together, in search of her. We walk a good distance, then find her, talking to a popular blonde with whiskers at Ichiraku Ramen.

"N-Naruto-kun..." She stutters.

"Yep?"

"Uh..."

"Say it!"

"Why are we here... and uh... in animal onesies?" She uncomfortably looks at the ADORABLE cloth.

"CAUSE IT'S FUN, DATTEBAYO!!!" Sakura and I exchange glances.

"Let's do this."

"YUP!" We agree for once, and stroll up to the two.

"Hiya!" I wave to Hinata.

"H-Hi..."

"I'm here too!" Sakura squeals.

"So Hinata..." We get all up in her face.

"How was...." I start. "....It?"

"It?" Hinata asks, oblivious. Did she forget? Or did she not know we could see her up there? The moon does have a good reflection...

"You know... it..." Sakura and I bug her.

"It...??" She questions.

"THAT KISS Y'ALL HAD ON THE FREAKING MOON! EVERYONE COULD SEE IT! YOU KISSED CONVENIENTLY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MOON! IT'S BEEN THE TALK OF THE VILLAGE! GAARA EVEN REMARKED THAT EVERYONE COULD SEE YA! AND THAT YOU TWO FINALLY GOT TOGETHER!! ...GAARA." I yell.

"W-Wha...?" She asks, a blush taking over her face.

"You don't remember.., Hinata?" Naruto looks at her with a frown.

"You two smacked your lips together over the moon~~." Sakura winks. It's true!!!

"W-W-W-e did w-w-what??" Hinata gets redder by the second.

"Smacked your lips together." She repeats.

"W-W-e-e? A-a-as in w-with N-N-N-N-Naruto-kun?" She stutters. She's flushed, blushing redder than Karin's hair. (I met her after the 4th Shinobi war.)

"Yup, and I bet you smacked them hard... real hard." I wink.

"N-N-N-N-Naruto-k-k-k-kun... D-D-Did we really??" She looks at him, looks at me, looks at Sakura, looks at him, her head spinning. Her face goes near A purple color...

"Yep!! It was fun!! Are you okay, Hinata...?" Naruto worries for her, they are so sweet..

"N-Naruto-kun.." She blushes with a perverted smile and drool on her face. Then, she faints.

"So Hina- - - WHAT?!?!? YA OKAY?!?! YOU FAINTED!!! ERM..." Then he mutters to himself, "She looks like she did after the kiss on the moon.."

"You should probably take her to the hospital, ah- - you should carry her. Ya know, like after you kissed on the moon and she fainted...?" I wink.

"Bridal style." Sakura adds.

"Why do I carry her bridal style?" He asks. So dense. Temari sneaks up behind him.

"JUST DO IT!" She smacks him at the back of his head, or the nape of his neck. I don't care.

"Ouch..." He pouts, "Alright, alright..." He sighs. Then he picks her up, and takes her to the hospital.

"They're so cute together~~~" The three of us fangirl over them.

"Especially in their animal onesies~~~."

"SO KAWAII!!!"

"KAWAII DESU!!" We continue to fangirl, happily obsessing over the cute relationship between the two.

"Uh..." A man walks by and sees us fangirl. He looks at us, disgusted, and starts to walk away. Then he turns to Sakura, almost as if he was asking her 'What the hell?' with his eyes, until finally continuing on his way.

"SASUKE~~~~!!!!" Sakura runs after him. That's Sasuke? Damn. He's getting uglier by the minute. Sai must be stealing his good looks.... better for me. "ITS NOT WHAT YOU THINK!!!" She blushes and yells.

"I don't think anything of it."

"YOU SURE?!" She continues yelling... Why..???

"Yeah, I didn't see anything." He shrugs her off, "I just came over here because I saw the shadow of two lovers kissing, one that I recognize easily, on the moon." We giggle. Everyone saw it. Everywhere. "What??! IT'S NOT FUNNY!!!" He looks away. "I REALLY SAW IT!" He pouts like a big baby.

"Well, we saw them kiss too~~." Sakura tells him. You didn't have to spill the beans! We could of had him pout longer!!

"You did?" He asks, finally looking at us.

"Yeah," I jump in their conversation, "Who do ya think were kissing?"

"Naruto and Hinata."

"CORRECT!!I " I give him a thumbs up. "They're in the hospital if ya need 'em!"

"Why the hospital?"

"Hinata fainted after kissing him, then they fell..."

"Makes sense."

"It's what she always does." Eventually, Sasuke leaves, followed by Sakura wanting to talk to him. Temari ends up leaving, but doesn't tell me why. She probably wants to see her Shikamaru. The two of them are so cute together!!

"Hey." Choji comes out of nowhere, probably smelling the taste of fresh ramen.

"Hiya!" I wave. "How have you been?"

"Good..." He says, drooling at the scent of food. "How about you??" He manages to say after ordering six orders of ramen, and a few drinks.

"Good here, too." I take a few sips out of my beer, then continue talking to him. "Where's Shikamaru..?" I sing.

"Probably Hokage business... That's all he ever does now." We sigh.

"WE CAN DRINK AS INO-CHO!!" I yell.

"YEAH!!" He yells.

A few drinks and a ton of ramen later....

"HES BEEN AVOIDING US!!" I pout.

"HOKAGE THIS, HOKAGE THAT!!" He joins in the pout.

"Why's he avoiding us, Choji~~~??" I complain.

"I dunno." We sigh together. Our words start slurring, and all that.

"No needa be sad!!! Wets talk about shomethin else!!!" He yells. "How yo and Sai be doin??"

"We chill."

"Chillin where?"

"We just chill."

"Netbiz and Chill?"

"Nah we jast chill."

"I see." He rubs his invisible mustache.

"WAH!!"

"Wha..?"

"SAI'S BEEN BUSY DOIN WHO KNOWS WHA AND WIVE BEEN ALL AWONE!!" I complain.

"Shmasuke?"

"SASHKAY IS GETTING UGLIER!! I DON'T KNOW WHA SAKU-CHAN SEED IN HIM!!" I blow my nose on his shirt. "WAHHH!!"

"WAHH!!" We start crying together. Then we leave Ichiraku's.

"COME BACK HERE AND PAY!!" He yells. "Damn kids.." He says with a smile on his face.

"NEVAAAR!!!" I yell. We continue to walk to nowhere until we end up at a bench.

"Sho Shashkay's really ugwie and Sai's just sho quiet!!!"

"I feel ya. ALL THE INO-SHIKA-CHOU IS GWETTING THEM RELATIONSHIPS WHILE IM FUREVER ALONE!!" He yells to nowhere in particular.

"IT'S OKAY!! YEW WILL ALWAYS HAVE ME!!"

"RWEALLY?!?"

"Rweally."

"I FEEL BETTER NOW!!!" He jumps up.

"GOOD! YOU'RE THE HAPPY ONE IN OUR GROUP!!"

"YAY!!"

"YAY!!"

We continue talking, until we eventually fall asleep on the bench.

{Shikamaru's POV}

I walk with my hands in my pockets... and sigh. I wanted to live the just-right life, and marry the just-right girl, living with our just-right kids... but now I'm the hokage's assistant. ...Sigh. I just left work, and now I'm walking to nowhere.

"Heyo." A certain voice says.

"Hi." I just want to go home...

"What's up?" The girl, Temari, asks.

"Hokage this, Hokage that." I shrug.

"Seems boring."

"Meh."

"I met Ino earlier at Ichiraku's...", We continue to talk about this and that (even though I'd rather be cloudwatching or stargazing right now...) We walk around, until I spot the bench I used to do nothing but daze the day away, and eat potato chips with Chouji at, and sit down next to two people with their eyes closed. I look at them, and realize who it is.

"Ino and Chouji..?" She asks.

"Yup." Sigh.. Ino and Chouji... they must have been drinking. I turn on a flashlight, and drag both of them with shadow binding.

"...What a drag." I sigh, a smile emerging from my lips.

"Haven't heard you say that in a while." She teases. Really? I say it to myself all the time...
