Over the next few days, I went to the bar every chance I got in hopes of seeing Leonard, he was never there but I still tried. Almost a week later I saw in the bar, I walked up to him and sat down at the table "hello stranger" I said he chuckled and replied "hello pretty girl" "is that a permanent name for me now?" I asked "yup" he said "well then I guess you will need one too huh blue eyes" I told him. "well blue eyes, thank you for paying for my food last time we saw each other, I have to get back to work maybe ill see you soon." I told him as is was getting up to leave he grabbed my arm and said "ill be here tonight at 7" and then let go of my arm. I was in shock as I walked away "did he just ask me out on a date?"  I thought. After work, I went home to shower and change it wouldn't be long until it was 7 and I wanted to see blue eyes again "how strange I just met him l ago and I still can't stop thinking about him maybe ill ask him if he cants stop thinking of me too."  When I got there he was sitting at a table in the corner I smiled as I walked over and said "hello blue eyes" "hello pretty girl" he said as I sat down opposite of him. We talked for a while time seemed to pass by so fast I did eventually ask him if he couldn't stop thinking of me just like I couldn't stop thinking of him he confessed and said he couldn't either. After dinner, we left and he asked "if I would like a ride home" " sure its a long walk to my home from here" he leads me to his bike and as we got on we looked over his shoulder and smiled at me as he said "you better hold on" I smiled back as I held on to him. While riding I laid my head on his shoulder and watched as the city passed by in colorful blurs after a while he pulled up to my house and after I got off and thanked him for the ride I was almost to the door when he called out "shouldn't i get your number usually you get their number before the first date" I turned and said "is that what this was a first date" with a teasing smile i watched as he stuttered trying to find what to say I laughed and said "ok blue eyes give me your phone" when he did i put my number in and gave it back to him with a smile i turned and walked back to the house after I walked in and closed the door I leaned on it with a smile and red checks I walked upstairs to my room and as I was laying down to sleep my phone dinged with a text "night pretty girl" was all it said I replied "night blue eyes"  I went to bed that night with a smile on my face excited for the events of the future.
