My phone slips from my hand and drops to the floor. I'm too stunned and my feet are stuck in place.

Heads whip in my direction and Aiden's eyes are the first I see, widening in shock. Chairs scrape at once, as they all rise to their feet, now facing me.

" Chloe?" I snap out of it and I stagger back, as my heart beats hard against my chest.

" Chloe, listen -----------"

" S-stay away from me." I stutter, holding up my shaky hands in warning.

" What you just heard, you weren't meant to find out like this, look -------"

I trip on my feet and land on my butt.

" Stay away from me, all of you. I-I don't want to hear anymore."

Panic shoots at me when Aiden rushes over to help me.

" Stay away from me!" I scream, making him stop in his tracks.

I quickly pull myself up onto my feet , facing them as angry tears fall down my face.

" Chloe calm down, listen to me." Owen steps forward, for the first time, I see so much emotion expressed through his eyes.

But I'm not convinced, because he's a liar. He's been keeping this from me.

" No."

" What you heard is the truth, my biggest truth to you, that I'm your father."

" No." I shake my head, tears streaming down my face.

" Yes, and you're my daughter, you're my blood. When I held you in my arms the first time ----------"

" Shut up, shut up!!....Don't say anymore!!!" I scream, making them all to keep quiet.

" I don't want to hear anything coming out of your mouth, you're a liar, you all are. I trusted you, all of you with no doubt, and what did you do? You kept this from me. You made me believe that monster is my........." Harsh breaths release from me, as my chest heaves up and down.

" Don't mention that bastard!" He bites off, his eyes angry.

" Chloe, please let him explain, hear us out please." Aiden pleads.

I scoff, glaring at him, causing him to flinch back.

" You lied to me and you're my brother, Aiden!....You're the one I trusted most with my heart, but you broke it. "

He shakes his head, his eyes pleading for me to take back my words but I won't.

" You are a liar, just like the rest."

I glare at both of them, the two people I took in high regard and placed them, the most important in my heart, but it turns out that they are the worst liars.

" I hate you, both of you." I say as I retreat, wanting more than anything to get out of here.

" Don't say that." Aiden chokes on his words, with tears in his eyes.

" You don't mean that, you're just angry and in shock right now, don't say something you might ----------"

" Don't freakin' tell me what to say or do, you have no right!" I cut Owen off.

" Chloe!" A warning tone drips off his tone, his eyes narrowing.

" What are you going to do, beat me up just like Luis did, huh?!" I say strongly.

" Chloe! - Stop it!!" He snaps, looking at me angrily.

" So what, you actually expect me to listen to you?....The biggest liar of all!" I scoff. " No I don't think so, you're no one to me."

" You know who I am to you, deep down in your heart you do, that's why we have this bond -----------"

" No, you're no one to me!!"

" I'm your father dammit, I'm your father!!!" He says, marching over to me, where his hands on my shoulders, shake me.  " I love you, I love you with my whole heart, you're the most important person in my life!!!"

" Let me go, f*ckin' let me go!!" I wiggle, trying to get out of his hold.

" No, I won't let you, I wont let you go again!!" I start punching at his chest, trying to break free. " I hate you, I hate you!!!" I scream my lungs out, pushing him back with all my strength, feeling suffocated and air coming painfully from my chest.

" Owen, let her go, you're crowding her!!" Aiden shouts, intervening.

Owen's arm loosen from around me and I hear him groan in frustration, taking a step back.

Cries slip out of me as my body shakes. The reality hits me hard, that I've been living a lie, a painful lie.

" You're just like him!" I cry out, my eyes dropped to the floor.

" Chloe -----------"

I cry harder, pushing his hand away when he tries to touch me.

" You're just as bad as he is, you lied to me. You kept the truth from me, you let that man hurt me while you, the one who claims to be my father, stood by. A father is suppose to protect his children, you didn't, you didn't!!!.....You let him touch me, I've been living in fear because of a stranger!!!"

For the first time in my life, I see a tear slip down his face.

" You're no father to me. You're no one to me and I never ever want to see you again." I turn around and rush towards the door, wanting to get away.

" Chloe, no, don't leave!"

I'm jerked around by arm, and the force, causes for my other hand, to connect with his face.

" Leave me alone!!!....You have no right to touch me!....You're not who I thought you were, you should have never come into my life and gave me false dreams. I hate that I let you into my heart, so you can break it with your lies. Stay out of my life for good!!"

I rush out of the house, the door slamming hard behind me.

I run like never before, never once looking behind me and lose focus. The need to get away from all of them, pushes me into the biggest sprint of my life, I run with all my might, tears almost blinding my view, because my eyes are all blurry.

" Chloe!!" I hear them call me and my heart beats even more hard, knowing that they are coming after me.

I don't know where I'm going but I know that I need to get away. My feet had led me through the forest and my focus had been ahead.

At some point, their calls sound far away and that convinces me to slow down, knowing that I'm far from them. I start looking around, searching for any sign of the road, but all I see is trees around me.

I tell myself to not start overthinking and panicking just yet, I have to keep on moving until I can find the road, even if it takes me the whole night. One thing I will not do is go back, I can't go back.

I'm too hurt and angry to even think about seeing them now.

I've been living a lie, they lied to me. I've been running away from a man who I thought is my father,  yet he isn't. How could I ever look at them the same again, they broke my heart.

I don't know what to do or where to go, I feel lost, confused and deeply shattered. I don't think I even know who I am anymore.

Where can I go - no, Wesley!' My eyes widen when Wesley comes into mind.

' I need to get to Wesley, I need him right now!'

Being so lost in thought, I realise when I look around again, that I've walked quite far again and this time, I spot a road ahead.

Despite being tired, I hurry in my pace, wanting to get out of the forest and be more in the clear.

At least I can catch a lift on the way.

A sigh of relief washes over me, when I reach the road after walking up, a small hill. Thankfully, I had worn flat shoes, or I might have not made it in heels. I head on a direction that I think is right, hoping that a car passes by soon.

" Chloe!!!" I hear from a distance.

I glance behind me, almost panicking at the thought of them finding me so soon.

When I hear the sound of a car, I frantically glance side to side, wondering on which direction it's coming from. A dark car, more like a truck, appears from behind me and I quickly turn around, holding out my arm for a lift.

But just as my arm had raised up, I quickly bring it down when the truck slows down, and as it nears, I notice the colour. I definetly must not be mistaken to see Navy Blue.

Everything about it is familiar and I'm reminded of that time, I'd seen the same truck passing by my school. I'd thought it was his truck.

My eyes widen when my body tenses in alertness, something doesn't feel right. I start taking steps back, feeling my nerves start up and my heart racing.

" Chloe!!" I hear the call from a distance, in the forest and it sounds like Aiden.

The truck finally pulls to a stop but I don't stop moving back, creating the distance, in case I have to run. My eyes widen when the driver's window goes down and the person peeks his head out.

It's Luis.

" Hello Darling!!" He says in that sick tone of his.

Oh my gosh, it's Luis and this time I'm not dreaming. He found me, he bloody found me!

I don't waste time in jerking around and running away, the exhaustion long gone.

I hear the door open and slam shut behind me.

" You can't run away from me anymore!!!!"

I ignore him and start down the small hill, wanting to hide away behind the trees.

Bang!!!

That sound echoes around me but I've long been pulled to stop, because of the feeling of something that hit me with so much force in my back. No, it cut through my skin and I have no down what it is that has hit me.

" Chloe!!!!!" I still hear the calls, this time they sound frantic, panicked even.

Do they know what just happened?

That question is the last thing to run into my mind before I feel my body drop, to the ground and everything goes blank.
