~Izuku's POV~

"Now let's start with the basics," Dad said, crossing his arms "You know how, as time goes on, a person's quirk can, evolve?"

"Yeah?" I said lowly

"Well, for Ultimas just like healing it happens at a faster rate, and sometimes they end up developing entirely new quirks later in life," he said making me think back to when I left to find Katsuki, how everything was sparkling, and how with a simple thought all the light in the area, including natural light was snuffed out. Focusing on it, I tried again, with a different trigger word

~Void~

"What the -" I heard Dad grunt, followed by the chair scraping against the floor then a thump. I couldn't help but laugh out loud. "Shut up, ya Leek."

~Glare~

And with that, all the light returned, the twinkles of artificial light in the distance, the slowly lowering sun, the stars, and the moon once again gracing us with their presence "You want help?" I asked, looking over at Dad, who was still on the floor. He glared at me before shifting to pure confusion and shock

"The fuck happened to you?!" He asked getting up, I looked over at Katsuki who was staring at me mesmerized. I looked down at myself, noticing how sparkly I had gotten. "Wait, that weird light thing, did you do that?

"Y-yeah, I noticed it had developed around the time Kacchan was kidnapped," I said, admiring the sparkles as they danced along my  skin,

"Well, then, as I said, ya'll end up developing new quirks outta nowhere," he said fixing his chair and sitting down, another thing is that you guys live a whole lot longer"

"How long are we talking?" I asked, glancing at Puppy, who glanced back at me

"Well, given your grandfather was around 109 when he died and he didn't die of natural causes, it's safe to say pretty long," Dad explained shrugging

"What about his grandmother or other grandfather?" Katsuki asked reaching for the glass Mom had set in front of him

"Papa died the same time Dad died, same reason, and since we're on the topic of an Ultima's mate let's continue with that, as is obvious by my previous statement, the made of an Ultima should live just  about as long as their mate," dad said slipping his hand in his pocket before scowling at me remembering I tossed his last cig making me smile widely "wipe that glittery smile off ya face Broccoli boy"

"Hehe" I giggled happily at his lack of cigarettes

"Next is that an Ultima's mate is also basically upgraded after mating and marking each other, your healing time shortens, your bodily strength increases, your senses get heightened, your quirk evolves faster, your scent gets stronger and so does your resistance to other scents, and like I said before you live longer"

"Holy fuck" Katsuki muttered next to me, I looked over to see him staring at his lap in what looked like disbelief.

"Now for the part I'd been avoiding" Dad sighed covering his mouth with his hand, seemingly blushing "sex wise-"

"Oh god" I groaned not wanting to hear about the birds and the bees again

"Sex-wise, Bakugou will remain as he is, save for his body adjusting to accommodate you" Dad explained,  "as for you, you'll need to....pop, at least twice before your stick becomes a blade a grass"

"That's a weird analogy but I'll take it," I said fearing what he may change it to if I didn't  "But if you don't mind me asking, how do you even know that I don't think grandfather would've explained that to you"

"That source of information came in the form of a friend of mine, well, friend is putting it lightly, but he was an Ultima" Dad sighed  "We both went to the same high school but never really crossed each other's paths until our final year, the brat was a prankster did all sorts of crap, the only reasons he was allowed to stay was because his grades were actually good and his parents were the biggest contributors to the school"

"Sounds like your classic privileged bitch" Katsuki grunted

"He was, for the most part," Dad shrugged "One day, wrong place wrong time, I was at the market and he seemed to be running from some guys, he saw me, recognized me, and ran towards me, grabbed me and pulled me into an alleyway and kissed me. Obviously to cover his tracks and hide but he could've just pretended at the very least"

"Damn, poor you" I snorted making him glare at me

"After that, he'd just come by and snatch me from out of my class to go do some random ass shit, he just kinda picked me one day to join his little circle, and thus I'd seen some things," Dad said nodding

"What did he like, force you to watch him fuck someone or something," Kacchan asked squinting at dad

"I would've preferred that be the case but no" Dad answered looking away "I had finals coming up and I was stressed, so I drank, I wasn't drunk but at the time I thought, he thought I was drunk, he picked me and I thought he was taking me home. He took me to his house and before I could even register what was happening, I was being fucked into another plane of existence, I screamed and told him I wasn't drunk and he was like, oh I know, but you're not stopping me"

"I mean, he wasn't wrong,"  Katsuki said chuckling

"After high school, I left for America because I had some work there to take care of, when I came back and continued working here, it didn't matter where I was he'd just find me, it only stopped after I mated your mother," Dad said scratching his chin "I didn't know if it was work or the fact that I was mated but at least he stopped"

"You word it in a way that sounds like he's raping you, but at the same time the only issue you seem to truly have is his nose for you, being able to find you wherever you are" Katsuki points out

"...admittedly, he wouldn't do anything without my consent..." Dad said making me scowl, I didn't need most of that info.

"SHI-SHI!" We all looked to the gate to see a tall slightly muscular man with dark chocolaty skin and pink hair that looked short but had twin braids swinging behind him as he skipped towards us. He ran up the stairs and over to Dad hugging him tightly "How's my Shi-shi"

"I think that's our cue to leave," Katsuki said tugging at my sleeve. Nodding I went back inside and picked up our belongings, then picked him up and left for UA just as I heard Dad yell

"TAKERU! DAMNIT, QUIT THAT!"

After dropping Katsuki off at his dorm room I left for mine. When I fell asleep,  I found myself waking up in Xiris again, it wasn't long before I heard screams in the distance

"OH COME ON!"

"SHI-SHI!"
