Six Months Later.
Akash's Penthouse.

Payal smiled at her baby sister sleeping with her head on the table surrounded by her books.

To say she was proud of her baby sister will be an understatement.

She was her motivation and her idol even though she was five years older than her.

What Khushi has been through, she Payal would have committed suicide if she had been through half of it and even up until now she is still amazed by how strong she is.

She knew Khushi since her father was a cook at her parent's construction company and Khushi even though born into wealth was humble and never looked down on her or any one when she goes to the cafeteria with Shashi.

She was shocked when a few weeks after her thirteenth birthday, Shashi brought an unconscious Khushi home and that was when she found out Khushi's parent's had died and people were after her.

Shashi sat her down and told her they will have to pretend they knew Khushi and she was her cousin and Garima was her aunt.

She was confused at first because she knew Khushi was old enough to know she wasn't related to them but was shocked when Shashi revealed Khushi had amnesia and her father's rivals had taken over the company and wanted her dead.

She felt sorry for Khushi and vowed to protect her as her parent's had helped their family a lot.

Even though Khushi doesn't remember her childhood, she wished she never did as she didn't want Khushi to know they are not related.

The past six months has been the best of their lives.

Khushi has been accepted into the Delhi University after passing her entrance exams and was allowed to join third year students because of her good grades and acing her interviews and it surprised them because they through Khushi would have to repeat her first year but they were wrong and felt so happy for her.

Nk finally landed his dream job of working with renowned wildlife photographer Steve Parish and he has been traveling the world since but always makes time to speak to them.

Akash has resigned from AR and was now heading his father's car dealership company and within two months, he has taken it to bigger heights than it already was and Payal was happy seeing him independent and out of the shadows of Arnav and making a name for himself.

She on the other hand has made headlines with her restaurant when Vir Sanghvi had surprised her and he loved the food she prepared for him.

His reviews skyrocketed her restaurant and was now one of the top restaurants in Delhi within a span of five months even though she had to deal with rivals, corrupt critics and fake reviews, her business was still booming and she couldn't be more happier because her life was great and not only was she making huge amount of money, she was able to move her father and Happy Singh's family to a more safe and expensive neighborhood as Shashi had refused to live with them.

Happy Singh's wife who is a nurse was now his care taker which eased the girls worry.

She also paid for Shashi's bills even though it has been the number one fight between her and Akash because he saw it as his responsibility.

It got so worse that they stop speaking to each other for weeks but our angel khushi swooped in and made a deal with Payal paying for the utilities and Akash handling her school fees and allowances together with Shashi's medical bills which solved the disagreement between them.

As for their relationship with Buaji and Garima, Khushi has permanently cut them off but Payal was cordial to them only speaking  to them when it about the house at Laxmi Nagar and it maintenance.

"Khushi." Payal whispered and she felt her hand on her shoulder and turned to find Akash.

"Don't wake her up..... She will have a migraine which is not good for her because she has her end of semester exams....... Pack her books and let me carry her to her room. " Akash whispered softly not to wake up Khushi .

Payal nodded and Akash lifted Khushi up and Payal followed him with her books after taking some bottled water and fruits.

He gently placed her on her bed and removed her glasses as Payal placed her books on her recliner and placing the water and fruit by her bed.

Payal kissed her forehead and carefully covered her with the duvet as Akash regulated the air condition and they both left the room to theirs.

Immediately they were in the room, Akash slammed his lips onto her and kissed her passionately.

Payal blushed as Akash carried her into the bed as pleasurable moans and groans filled the room.

Outside the penthouse, A black Lamborghini was parked at the building and it belonged to Arnav Singh Raizada.

"Akash you didn't do right..... Khushi is mine and will always be mine and I won't give her up even if we are no longer husband and wife..... I will make her mine soon, that I promise. " Arnav exclaimed having a sinister and crazy look in his eyes.

Nani was pacing back and forth in the hall of the mansion looking all nervous and scared and same goes for Mami and Anjali who were sitting on the couch nervously bitting their fingers.

"That boy will be the death of us...... Am sure he has gone to spy on Khushi again.... What if Akash sees him and does worse than he did the last time. " Nani exclaimed nervously remembering what Akash did to Arnav and she shuddered as the memory of Arnav's state flashed in her mind.

Three months ago Arnav had cornered Khushi on her way home from jogging and it didn't end well when Akash who was on his way to work had spotted Arnav dragging a crying Khushi to his car.

He beat Arnav up mercilessly sending him to the hospital.

The family were shocked when the found Arnav severely bruised.

Nani was worried thinking someone might have witnessed this but was relieved when Aman revealed the road had been empty when it happened.

Before she could confront Akash, his lawyer had slapped Arnav will a restraining order which they are still going to court for the hearing.

But this had damaged his relationship with Manohar when he caught Nani reprimanding Akash and also recruited the help of Garima and Buaji to stop the girls from filing the restraining order against Arnav.

He disowned Nani and threatened to divorce Mami if they dare come anywhere near Akash or the Guptas.

"Chote is so heartless, I know for sure Akash will make me his next target if he finds out........ He had threatened to expose my affair with that scum if Arnav keep harassing them but chote is too selfish to care about and he doesn't care about me at all. " Anjali cried out breaking Nani's reverie and Mami rolled her eyes really getting fed up her selfishness.

"Hello hi bye bye, he doesn't care about me too..... I have already lost my status as the wife of Manohar and now he wants me to lose my son whom I haven't lost hope he that he will forgive me one day and he trying to sabotage it for me. " Mami cried out and Nani turned to them feeling sorry for them.

After months of having to deal with the scandal, they were finally able to mingle in society just a few weeks ago as everyone was gradually beginning to forget what happened but Arnav might ruin everything if he keep up with his behavior.

The door opened and in walked Arnav who looked angry and they all knew it was because he couldn't see Khushi who has been under heavy security since she started college and Arnav hasn't been able to see her.

His mood swings has gone from bad to worse since Khushi left and they all felt sorry for him but was also scared because they had began to notice a sinister side to him because of his stalking and to top it all AR is falling really fast in sales and he doesn't seem to care.

"Chote stop doing this to yourself. " Nani voiced out making him halt in his steps and he walked up to Nani and held her hand as his eyes shimmered with tears.

"Then get her for me...... Please get me my Khushi..... I want her by my side. " Arnav cried and Nani hugged him.

"I wish I could but I can't..... You have to forget her and find some else...... We are going to the Kapoors tomorrow so please don't disappoint us. " Nani said and Arnav pushed her away looking furious which sent shivers down Nani and the others spine.

He walked out of there turning a dead ears to their calls.

As hard as it was, only Khushi could make him happy.

Anjali and Nani were all now more than ever determined to get Khushi for him for their own motives.

Anjali wants to make Arnav her slave again and Nani wants to see him happy which unfortunately won't be possible so she has decided to make him marry someone else and she will do it and knew how to do it.

The Next Day.
University of Delhi.

Two Escalades and a Ferrari between th entered the campus making everyone and everything come to a half and everyone knew who it was, it was one the most beautiful girls in the school who was none other than the sister in law of business tycoon Akash Singh Raizada and the sister of famous chef Payal Gupta Singh Raizada.

"Best of luck. " Akash whispered to Khushi and she smiled and got out of the Ferrari.

Akash smiled at her and drove off as her security moved to the parking lot to wait for her.

She entered they examination room and all eyes was on her.

The boys were lusting over her while the girls were throwing envious and jealousy looks at her but she ignored them and sat down at her assigned table.

A skinny girl of her age tapped her shoulder and she turned and hugged her smiling.

It was none other than Preeto Kapoor, her only friend in the school and daughter of the rich and famous Kapoor family.

She was the only real person in the school and they quickly became friends because of how similar they were.

Preeto even though grew up in an extremely wealthy and famous family was humble and loving.

The invigilators entered and ordered all of them to take their bags out for the exams to begin.

After thorough search, the exams started and most of the students were sweating not knowing the answer to the questions but students like Khushi and Preeto were able to finish the exams within the required time and happily delivered their papers to the invigilators and walked out as the other students stared envious of them.

"Khushi." A familiar voice called out and Khushi turned and smiled seeing her only friend Preeto Kapoor running up to her.

"How was it? " She asked as they walked towards the cafeteria.

"It was so easy that I angry at myself for stressing over it and spending countless sleepless nights studying. "

Preeto giggled at her annoyed expression and they walked to an empty chair and sat down.

"I told it will be especially for students like us. " Preeto signed the waiter and he took their order. "Well are you ready? " Preeto asked and Khushi frown looking confused and she groan and rolled her eyes. "I can't believe  you forgot we had a mini vacation at the family beach house and you will be spending it with my family at the beach house. "

"Am so sorry I forgot because of all the stress but you know your aunt and your cousins don't like me. " Khushi said and Preeto shook her head.

"That's their problem because you know maa and papa adore you and you will be our guest and not theirs. "

"Okay I will go but we have to tell bhai and jiji." Khushi said as their order was brought to them.

"We will go together and tell them and then get some things appropriate for the beach. " Preeto said and they both eat their cakes and drank their smoothies and then left to the restaurant.
