Third Person's POV

"KAI!"

Izuku deactivated her Invisiblity, hurriedly ran toward Kai's motionless body. She kneeled down, gently scooping his bleeding body in her slender arms. Kai's lidded golden eyes instantly fixed on his fiancee's figure.

Eri slowly stepped closer toward the couple, but decided to keep a little distance to give Izuku some space. Just watching the older girl from behind hurt her little heart so much.

"K...Kai..." Izuku sobbed sorrowfully, resting Kai's head on her laps while her warm palms gently cupped his pale cheeks. "Kai... Look at me..." She murmured, brushing her thumb on his soft skin.

Kai didn't respond at all, his half-lifeless dark yellow eyes just stared into Izuku's shiny emerald irises. Izuku couldn't believe this. She leaned closer to his face until their forehead touched.

"Kai... No... Please...stay strong! Don't leave me, Kai... Don't leave me and our child..."

Her heart couldn't stop from beating so rapidly, her blood was pumping faster through all her veins. Panic dangerously started to overwhelm her whole being.

Izuku couldn't hold it back anymore. She let her emotion ran wild. The tears pooling in her eyes eventually rolled down her cheeks as fast as waterfall. The crystal liquid dripped on Kai's pale feature.

Seeing her tears, Kai shakily reached out his hand to her. Izuku was shocked to feel a cold hand caressing her wet cheeks softly.

His thumb brushed off every single drop of her tears. His touch was so gentle, that it calmed down Izuku's heart a little bit.She opened her teary eyes and gazed deeply into his.

"Pro...mise..."

Kai muttered something under his breath, but it was difficult for Izuku to hear since his voice tone was very low.

Izuku swiftly placed her palm on the back of his bare hand that cupped his cheek. "I'm here, Kai... I'm here..." She uttered, more tears from Izuku's eyes falling on his face.

Kai tried to muster a smile for the love of his life, even if it was only a small, weak smile. He whispered to Izuku softly,

His words only made Izuku shed more tears. She snivelled, holding Kai closer to her body.

"I won't...die... Not until... I fulfill my promise to you..."

"K-Kai..."

"Not until I atone for my past sin..."

"I know, sweetheart, I know..."

"Until we...become the perfect family we had been...dreaming to be... I will live, Izu..."

Every single word he uttered caused Izuku to shed more tears. They were all meaningful and touching. They were all sincere, coming from the very bottom of his heart. But at the same time, he was tearing apart her heart.

Mirio was watching them the whole time. How astonished he was to see this unexpected scene. To think that Izuku really loved Kai... It was beyond his belief.

The touching moment didn't last long as the two hoped. Heroes from all corner of the building barged into the room. There were also Ochako, Tsuyu and Eijiro on the pro heroes side, looking ready to battle the villains.
"Mirio! Are you alright?!" Sir Nighteye approached the blonde boy along with his sidekick, Bubble Girl.

The three first-years were flabbergasted to see their precious classmate -- Izuku -- on the floor, holding Kai for dear life.

"Deku-chan-"

"STAY AWAY!"

Izuku yelled at the heroes furiously, embracing Kai protectively in her arms. She was acting extremely defensive, face clouded with strong-willed determination.

"Mi.. Midoriya...? But why..." Eijiro stared at his green-haired classmate in disbelief.

"I-If you take a step closer to us, I won't hesitate to attack!" Izuku threatened, gritting her teeth firmly. Black lightning began to spark around her body.

"Izuku Midoriya, you have no chance against us. Surrender now-"

Before Nighteye could even finish his sentence, Izuku's Black Whip darted toward him at inhuman speed but it hit the wall instead of striking the Foresight Hero. The wall crumbled, a hole formed on its surface.

"I'm serious."

Izuku's usually mellow voice darkened, murderous aura was emitting from her body. She was about to strike another Black Whip, but her head suddenly throbbed achingly.

"ARGH!"

Pain-filled cry left her lips. She held her aching head with her shaky hand. 'I-It is useless... I'm at my limit. If I keep pushing myself, I will harm my baby...' Izuku was frustrated when the thought crossed her mind. She wanted to protect Kai, but she herself was so weak to even do that. She just held Kai closer to her. Her entire being was trembling violently.

Aizawa was about to take a step forward toward his student, when Eri stood before in front of Izuku, holding her arms over the couple defensively.

"S-Stop it..." Her timid voice echoed in the room. She was shaking, yet she stood bravely before her mother figure to protect her. "You,step back now-"

"Stop hurting my mommy!"

Her yell caused the heroes to silently gasp in shock.

"Stop making Mommy c-cry. Don't hurt her... Don't hurt Kai-san... Don't hurt my little sibling!"

Eri yelled from the top of her lungs with tears flowing down her cheeks.

'Even though... Even though I didn't like Kai-san... Even though he tortured me all this time... And said thithose hurtful words toward me... I don't want him to die! I can't let him die! I don't want to see Mommy crying anymore! I want to see her smiles again! I want her... To be happy.'

'K-Kai-san, you may have hurt me a lot, you may have done so many unforgivable things to me... But I don't want you to leave. Please stay strong for Mommy. Please live for Mommy! For my little sibling!'

Eri couldn't contain her pent-up emotion anymore. Seeing Izuku crying profusely clenched her little heart. Despite being a child, her mind was matured.

Izuku looked at Eri with wide eyes. "Eri..." She croaked out sadly. The heroes didn't move even an inch. They were hesitated. They wanted to take the two girls back from the dying villain, but seeing this view... Pang their heart with guilt.

"Izuku-chan... We aren't going to hurt you or him... We just want-"

"You all will take Kai away from me if I didn't protect him! You didn't know anything about him! He may be a villain, but he still has the heart of a human! He has emotions! He has feelings!"

"All you said to me all this times about villains could only be heartless and cruel was wrong! There is no way I can believe in you!"

"I won't let him go! I won't let you lay even a finger on my fiance! I won't let anyone separate us!"

Her shoulders slowly dropped. She was crying uncontrollably as she confessed her inner feeling. Mirio's hurtful words before had done a great damage in her heart. Only one fact she could think about hero; a group of people who never understand villains properly!

"Midoriya... We..." Aizawa couldn't say anything to talk back. Because everything she said was true. They were already planning to throw Kai into the jail while Izuku would be seeing a psychiatrist once everything ended.

Izuku started sobbing, holding unconscious Kai dearly. She suddenly muttered sadly,

'I just want to be with him... I just want to see his smile again... I just want him to live with me... And our child... I don't want this baby to grow up without their father beside them...' Izuku gripped the back of Kai's green coat.

"Young Midoriya!"

A familiar voice calling her name out caused Izuku's eyes to widen in surprise. She instantly lifted her head up, only to see her mentor panting heavily.

"A-All Might..."

"All Might, it is dangerous! Please step back-"

But All Might didn't listen to Nighteye and stepped forward. He was worried to death. He knew something was wrong, so he decided to secretly come over to the base. And it seemed like his guess was correct.

"Young Midoriya, you don't have to be afraid..." All Might assured, reaching out his hand to Izuku. Izuku flinched when his hand touch her hair.

All Might mustered aa reassuring smile, tears streaming down his sunken cheeks.

"I promise, I won't let anyone take Chisaki away from you. I won't force you to stop being together with him... So please, don't fight back. For your sake, and his too... Let's settle this calmly and peacefully." All Might said gently to his successor. He couldn't bear to see her crying in agony anymore. It hurt him so much that he himself cry.

Slowly, Izuku's voice broke off into loud crying and sobbing. The crystal liquid wouldn't stop trickling down her face.

Izuku could feel her body dangerously weaken. Gradually, her consciousness faded away...

"Young Midoriya!"

"Mommy!"

A few days later,
Morning,
Hospital...

Izuku woke up to a cricking noise from the door. She turned to the door and saw two figures she missed a lot.

All Might and Inko were standing at the doorframe. The two was flabbergasted to see Izuku finally awoke.

"Mom... All Might..."

The duo hastily walked over to her bed. "Thank goodness you are awake!" Inko cried out in relief.

"I'm happy to see you again... Young Midoriya." All Might tugged a small smile for his disciple. Seeing them caused Izuku to tear up.

"Izuku sweetheart, I'm here now. All Might is here... So don't cry please.."

"I-I'm crying because I'm happy to see you two again..."

The two Midoriyas sobbed, hugging each other for like eternity. All Might just observed them in silence.

"Crying too much won't be good for your child, Young Izuku-"

Hearing All Might's words, a rush of realization hit Izuku.

"My baby! Mom, please tell me they are alright!" Izuku cried loudly, desperated to know how child's condition.

"Don't worry... They are doing fine. No harm is done toward your babies, Izuku.." Inko assured, stroking her hair.

Izuku sighed in relief, before she looked up to All Might. Something clicked in her mind.

"All Might... H-how is the other yakuzas doing?"

Where is Kai...?"

That question left her mouth as soon as she remembered them.She started trembling violently.

"They are fine. Most of them are in the healing process... All of them are hospitalized here too." All Might confidently answered.

"H-how about Kai? How is he doing right now? Is he okay?" Izuku felt panic all of sudden when Kai's face appeared in her mind.

All Might looked down to the tile floor. "His injuries were quite severe but he is in stable condition. Whether he survive or not..it is up to him."

Izuku felt her heart shattered into million pieces. Inko immediately hugged her daughter to give emotional support.

Tears couldn't stop flowing down her face anymore...

'Kai... Please stay strong. Stay alive, Kai! Stay alive! For our baby's sake..'
