Natalie's POV
I was in Tsunade's tent restoring her chakra everyday so she could finally get up and live again. "Natalie you should help the others, I think Yamato's jutsu takes a lot of chakra and he could use some help." She said putting a hand on my shoulder. "Is that an order or suggestion?" I asked looking at her. "It's an order." She said firmly. I nodded and got up from where I was sitting and walked out of the tent to see Yamato sitting on the ground panting slightly. I grabbed a canteen full of water and walked over to him. I sat down next to him and handed him the water. "Thank you Natalie." He said drinking the water thirstily. "Here have one of my chakra pills, these are one of the weaker ones, you might get overwhelmed if I give you a strong one." I said handing him the small dark orb. He smiled and swallowed it and looked like he straightened up. "How has Naruto been since I've been gone?" I asked looking at him. "Great he has become a great ninja, have you met Sai yet?" He asked. I nodded and looked over at the emotionless ninja. "I know one day someone is gonna wake the emotions of him. I feel like I know who its going to be." I said looking over at Sai and Ino who were in a deep conversation about who knows what. "I feel like you might be on to something." He replied with a chuckle. "Has anyone heard from Sasuke?" I asked looking at him. "Naruto went on a few missions to look for him and you, but he never could. At least you came back." He said patting me on the shoulder. I nodded and a hawk landed on my shoulder. It had been a week since Sasuke and I had talked. I had learned the hawk's name was Garuda and his snake's name was Aoda. "Thank you Garuda." I said scratching his neck. He nipped my finger affectionately and flew off. "Who's was that?" Yamato asked looking up at me when I stood up. "It's a friends from a long time ago." I said walking away. I didn't think Sasuke would've contacted me this soon.

Dear Natalie,
I was hurt badly during a battle I'm resting in a cave behind the Valley of the End waterfall, I need your help.

I read the note and stuffed it into my pocket. I ran into the forest and noticed Garuda waiting for me, but he was giant like Deidira's clay birds. I got on top of him and flew to the Valley of the End. I jumped off of him and dove behind the waterfall and somersaulted into the cave. I noticed Sasuke leaning against the wall with badly wrapped bandages around his stomach. I ran over to him and he smiled weakly at me. "You've lost a lot of blood." I remarked unwrapping the bandages revealing a cut going across his stomach. I put my hands over to wound and started to heal him. "What did you get yourself into?" I asked looking up at him. He looked away and I noticed the pink dusted across his cheeks. "I got into a fight with Kabuto. He slashed me and I ran to where I thought would be safe." He explained groaning in pain. "You should've known better than that Sasuke." I muttered flicking his forehead. He smirked and then frowned at the pain. "Sorry." I apologized looking down at the wound to see that it was almost healed completely. "I didn't think you would come." He said looking at me. "Why wouldn't I?" I asked. "Because I'm not home, because I'm not coming back." I frowned at him and removed my hands from his freshly healed stomach. "Just because you aren't coming home doesn't mean we still aren't a team. You're still gonna be my friend Sasuke. The same goes for Naruto, I understand that you have your mind set on not coming back, but think about it for me, Naruto, and Sakura. We all are gonna miss you, plus they aren't getting any contact from you unlike I am." I explained. He looked at me and turned his eyes away from my gaze. "I have to go." He said getting up, but falling back to the floor. I shook my head and sat down next to him. "You need to rest for a few hours, I'll stay with you till then." I set Samehada and Kubikiribocho on the ground and Sasuke stared at them. "The purple one, isn't that Itachi's old partners sword?" He asked. "Yeah, Kisame died a week ago." I said thinking back to the graves. "Good him and Itachi deserved to die." He grumbled. "Itachi was innocent Sasuke! He killed your clan to protect you!" I snapped. "What?" I sighed and wiped away stray tears. "Itachi had to kill your clan because they planned to try and take over Konoha. The third Hokage asked him to do it, Itachi was so upset that he ran away. He was only trying to protect you." I explained my voice cracking in the middle. "I killed my brother who tried to save me." He whispered. "He wanted you to, the pain and guilt was too much for him and wanted you to get stronger." I said placing a hand on his shoulder. I was surprised to see tears run down Sasuke's cheek, but I wiped them away. "Come on I want to show you something." I said slinging his arm over my shoulder. I teleported us to Niobi, Itachi, and now Kisame's graves. "You buried them next to your brother." He said smiling slightly. "They were like my family." I responded taking a hold of Sasuke's hand. "You really got better at controlling your Sharingan." I laughed. He nodded and I looked at the wilted orchid the grew about Niobi's grave years ago. I placed my hands over it and healed it. "Me and Niobi always did like orchids." I said brushing my hand against the silk like petals. "Natalie I have to go, I'll message you as soon as I can. Kabuto will pay." He said turning his back on me. "Be careful please, and here." I took the silver locket from around my neck and handed it to Sasuke. It was a picture of our whole team and another of me and Sasuke that Ino snapped when we were at Ichiraku. He opened it and I swear I could see the slightest smile tug at his lips. "Thank you." He slung it over his neck and tucked it underneath his shirt. "I'll see you later Natalie." He said walking towards me and tapping my forehead like Itachi used to do when he was alive. I opened my eyes and smiled at the place where Sasuke once stood. "See ya later Sasuke." I whispered.
