Graceland Harrington

Since our little weekend away, Eddie and I haven't talked much. I had thought I'd something wrong, but when I found a note in my bag when I got home from school today. All my worries washed away.

I'm currently getting ready for whatever it is he has planned for us. I know it's gonna be special, it's Eddie. He's such an angel, whatever he's got planned I know it will be perfect.

When I first met him a few months ago, I knew I would fall for him fast. But I wouldn't have admitted it then.

With my towel wrapped tightly around my body I walk over to my vanity and take a seat. I pull out my makeup bag and decide to go light with the makeup today.

It's about four o'clock so I don't want to melt off all my makeup. I sweat pretty easily, which has always been an issue with planning outfits and makeup looks so I don't want to look like an oily turkey while I'm with Eddie.

After putting on my eyeliner, mascara and light light blue eyeshadow I finally walk over to my closet.

I open the doors and look around at my clothes. Despite my sweat issue it's still pretty chilly. Since spooky season has finally arrived I decided to take my flared jeans I found at a thrift store in Italy and a dark orange short sleeve sweater I knitted last year.

I look down at my shoes and pick my dirty old red vans. The kicks have been with me every important occasion, this one seems pretty important too.

My first official date with Eddie. Wow. Crazy.

I quickly put them on and head down stairs. Luckily my hair air drys fast, because Eddie just pulled into my drive way.

I smile, grab my things and walk out the door. He jumps out of his van and makes his way towards me. I eye him up and down and take in everything.

He's wearing light washed jeans with a few rips in them wt the knees, he's wearing a dark red shirt with a red and black flannel over it. He's also wearing his chain belt with a few more chains hanging off his jeans.

Man does this guy look sexy today.

He smirks at me and pulls my face in for a kiss. I smirk into the kiss and lean into him. He moves his hands from my back to my ass, slightly lifting my feet of the ground as my back arches.

We pull away and I smile. "Well hello to you too handsome". He smiles and gives me one last small peck on the lips. "And I thought I was pretty, but wow, look at you Gracie" he jokes, grabs my hand and spins me around.

I laugh and hit his chest playfully "you are pretty Eddie" I laugh

"So where are we going?" I ask and take his hand as he leads me to his van. He looks back at me and smirks. "That's a surprise darling Gracie" my heart just did a backflip when those words came out of his mouth. God do I love it when he calls me that.

He opens the door for me and closes it when I sit down. I watch him as he quickly walks to his side and jumps in next to me. He starts the van and pulls out of my driveway.

As he drives down the road and out into the main streets of town he places his hand on my inner thigh.

I turn to him and smile, I see a small smile slowly pull on his lips.

I shake my head and look out the window next to me.

After about ten minutes we finally stop. I furrow my brows as I look around me. We're at the forest. "You aren't planning on killing me are you?" I ask jokingly and jump out of the van closing the door behind me.

"No I'm not" he laughs and grabs a few bags from the van. "Not today anyway" he adds. I roll my eyes and smirk as he pulls his bags over his shoulder.

He walks over to me and reaches out for my hand. I happily take it and he leads the way.

We walk past a few trees and pond comes into view. My eyes widen in awe. It's absolutely beautiful here. The brown, red and yellow leaves are slowly falling from the trees making this place the most perfect fall themed area.

We stop in front of the pond and Eddie reaches inside one of the bags. He pulls out a dark blue blanket and lays it out on the ground. He then pulls out another blanket and two small pillows. He sets them up and lightly placed the second bag down.

He turns to me with a wide smile, puts his hands in the air and shakes them like jazz hands.

"A picnic?" I say happily. He drops his hands and looks down at me. "I hope that's ok" he states. I smile and hug him tightly. "This is amazing Eddie, thank you". I pull away and give him a small kiss on the cheek.

We both sit down and place the large blanket over us. We sit closer together in hopes to create some heat from our bodies. Eddie reaches inside the other bag and pulls out a few containers.

He opens two of them, one contains fruits and cheese set nicely and the other has crackers, baked bread and pretzels inside.

I lightly smile and turn to kiss him in the cheek again. "I want today to be really special. I haven't really done this for anyone before, and I wanted to put a lot of effort into this" he explains.

I quickly pop and grape into my mouth and smile at him.

"This is amazing Eddie, I love it!" I state. He smiles and reaches inside his bag one more time. He pulls out a large tin bottle and two mugs.

"I also made hot coco" he states happily like a small child. My eyes widen and I clap my hands together "I love hot chocolate with my entire soul" I firmly state.

"Good, because so do I, and if you didn't" He starts "that would've been a deal breaker" he finishes and pours us both a cup. "Glad we're both on the same page" I joke and take the mug from him.

We quickly dig into the food Eddie made for us and just cuddle for awhile. This is so nice. I feel so at peace here, at this spot, with him.

"This place is really pretty Eddie" I say and look around us. He nods. "My uncle used to take me and my friend Gareth here camping in the summer. It was the best" he tells.

"Is your uncle gone a lot?" I ask and take a few bites out of the bread. Wow this tastes fucking amazing.

"Yea, in the past year or so he's been working a lot more. Leaving me at home more. But it's fine, when I do get to see him, we always hang out" he states. I slowly nod.

"Did you make this bread Eddie?" I ask. He nods. "Is it ok? I think I left it in too long. It looks a little dry" he says and examines his bread. I shake my head furiously. "This bread is fucking great!" I say.

"I didn't know you could bake Eddie" I state. "When were you gonna tell me this little fact about yourself"
  He shrugs, smirks and takes a sip out of his coco.

"Wanted it to be a surprise" she states.

There really is so much about Eddie I don't know about. He's like a mystery, and everyday I turn the page to find out more.

"It's not surprising at all" I state. "You're talented Eddie. You're just perfect, so of course you can bake" I say and give him a small kiss on the lips.

He smiles at me then moves closer for another kiss. This time lasting longer. We pull away for a second then lean right back in. He deepens our kiss by pushing his tongue inside my mouth.

I small groan leave my throat as his tongue dances over mine.

He pulls away and smirks at me. "What was that" he jokes. I roll my eyes and playfully hit his shoulder.

"I made you something" I say and turn towards my bag.

He furrows his brows and tries to look inside. I pull the bag away from his eyes so he can't see. "Wait!" I laugh. He huffs and sits back down.

I pull out a small red box  and open it next to him. "I made these last night, and you don't have to wear it or anything. But I just thought you might like it" I state.

I pull out two bracelets. The one for Eddie is red beads with one single black one, the one for me is all black beads and a single red one.

I hand him his and he stares at it in his palm. I look down at my bracelet and play with it. "No one's ever made me a bracelet before" he states. I smile and look up at him. "Do you like it?" I ask and put mine on. "I love it!" He states proudly and pulls me into a tight hug.

"I'm never taking it off. It's staying on for fucking ever" he laughs and puts his on.

He turns to me with a smirk and kisses me. I smile into the kiss as butterflies dance around in my stomach.

A quick shiver goes up my spine as the wind starts to pick up. Eddie pulls away with slight worry on his face. "Are you cold?" He asks. I slightly nod and look down at my hands. "But not that much" I lied. I want to stay here a little while longer, with him, at our place.

This is our place now, I just feel it.

"Why don't we just sit in the van, set this up inside I have lights in there so we could see, and it'll be warm." He explains. "We could even listen to music" he says and wiggles his eyebrows up and down.

I sigh and nod "ok, fine" he smiles and stands up. He reaches down from my hand and I grab it. I stand up, with his help, and he pulls me into his chest.

He hugs me tightly and slowly sways us side to side. "Are you trying to dance?" I laugh and place my arms around his neck.

"Maybe" he whispers, grabs my hand and spins me around. I laugh as he does and grunt when he quickly pulls me back to him. His smashes his lips on mine and greedily kisses my mouth.

I kiss him back and deepen our kiss by sliding my tongue onto his.

We slowly pull away and as we do I hold his bottom lip with my teeth slightly tugging while we break apart.

"Mmm, do that again" he whispers. I smile and bite him bottom lip again. This time with a laugh. "Let's pack up lover boy" I say and hit his chest playfully.

He scoffs pretending he's hurt "you would deny me of my desires?" He states. Putting a hand over his heart.

"Yes, yes I would" I state and grab the bags.
