Chapter Thirteen - Torn
I'm roused awake by a tickling sensation. With drowsy blinks my eyes adjust to the dimly lit room with just a hint of morning light seeping through the sheer curtains. I glance at the clock to see that it's seven a.m. There's no tell-tale signs of stirring from the others as the house stands still.
I look down to see myself pushed further up on the bed with Judah laying in between my legs. One hand grips my hip, tightening and relaxing occasionally, while the other is stretched to intertwine with mine. All I can see is a head of dark hair between my hips.
I bite my lip hard when his tongue dips into my core as he eats me out like a starved animal. My back arches as desire courses through my veins and my legs widen to allow more access. He moans huskily and applies pressure in all the right ways.
"J-Judah?" I rasp before a needy whimper escapes me when he flicks my sensitive bud with the tip of his tongue. "Jude!"
He hums deeply before cupping my ass in both hands to lift my hips, then goes back to torturing me sweetly without a care in the world. "Let me finish my breakfast Mace."
"Judah Jackson!" I whisper-shout both from embarrassment and the intense pleasure.
A cheeky smirk adorns his lips as his gaze focuses on the raging blush that I'm sure has travelled from my cheeks to the swell of my breasts now. He takes me to heaven and back, making me writhe and tremble from overwhelming pleasure. I fall back to earth and he's there to catch me in his comforting embrace like usual.
"Good morning." He murmurs with a sleep laden tone that makes me swoon.
"Good morning my insatiable lover." I whisper and run my fingers through his hair as he settles his head in the crook of my neck.
He chuckles before sighing in content as he tightens his arms around me. "I want to get used to waking up with you."
I nod with a sad smile which he notices. "Me too."
"You'll come back to me...won't you Mace?" He murmurs as his thumb brushes against my bottom lip.
"I will." I reply but deep down I know that I might not.
"Promise me?" He asks and I look down to meet his pained gaze. I remain quiet and it seems to break him even more. "Macy –"
"You know I can't do that Judah." I reply and my voice cracks with emotion. Usually, it's only my brother who makes me promise that I'll come back but now I have Judah too. It's too much for my poor heart.
He leans forward and presses a lingering kiss to my forehead. "I'll make sure it doesn't come to that then."
"What do you mean?" I frown at him in confusion.
"Go back to sleep Macy. I need to go work on something but I'll come back and wake you up for breakfast okay?" He grins as gets out of bed with determination. He turns and tucks me in which makes me chuckle. "Sweet dreams dove."
And with a kiss to my lips, he's gone.

I wake up once more around nine a.m. With a deep sigh I stretch only to immediately regret it when my body screams in protest. My groan of pain is muffled by the pillow as I take in how sore my center is. I had been expecting it with Judah's roughness and size along with the fact that we finally settled down to sleep around four in the morning. I sit up with a wince and hold the blanket to my body but my eyes widen in panic when the door opens. I exhale in relief when it's only Judah.
He enters the room with a plate piled high with breakfast and an arched brow. "What's wrong? You don't feel well?"
My cheeks burn in embarrassment and I shake my head. "No, nothing's wrong."
"Oh...well, do you want to come have breakfast by the large window? The sun feels quite nice there." He walks up to me and kisses my forehead.
"No, I-I want to have breakfast here. Thank you for bringing it to me." I reply with a reassuring smile as I grab the plate.
He grips it tighter instead with a frown. "Not until you tell me why? You're acting weird dove."
"I'm not –" I shake my head before he cuts me off.
"You can trust me –"
I interrupt him and gulp when his eyes narrow on my raging blush. "It's not that –"
"Then what are you –"
"I can't walk properly!" I snap angrily and snatch the plate of food off him while he's in shock. "Happy?! You made good on your promise last night but I'm not about to go out there and embarrass myself because of my limp!"
Judah gets over his initial surprise before a devilish smirk blooms across his lips. "Really? I don't believe you."
My head whips up and I glare at him murderously. "Excuse me?! Why on earth would I lie just to boost your already massive ego?!"
"Prove it Mace." He crosses his arms with a challenging glint in his eyes.
My jaw drops before I set the plate aside and wrap the blanket around me. I grimace as I get off the bed and he walks backwards while I follow him. Once he realizes that I really can't walk without it looking like I have something up my ass he snatches the blanket off me. He snickers in amusement while I burn with humiliation and anger. I grab the blanket off him and wrap it around myself once more.
"Smug bastard!" I hiss as I make my way over to the bed.
He gathers me in his embrace from behind before I can reach though. My eyelids flutter shut when I feel his hot breath caress my skin. Involuntarily my thighs automatically clench together as I squirm, thinking about everything he did to me last night.
"I'm sorry my little dove." He murmurs before kissing the curve of my neck. "How about a hot bath after you finish your food?"
"And a massage." I huff as I change into my pajamas.
He bites his lip as his gaze roams from my breasts down to my core. "Trust me, I'm going to work my magic on your –"
"Shut up Judah or you're not getting any tonight." I reply before brushing my teeth in the en-suite bathroom.
I meet his gaze in the mirror as he sits on the bed watching me with a serene smile. Rolling my eyes playfully, I rinse my mouth before making my way back to him. We share the breakfast and he finishes first before disappearing to run my bath. I squeal when he picks me up and carries me to the bathroom, sliding my pajamas off agonizingly slowly and leaving kisses on every inch of bare skin he can touch. I get into the bath and smile contently at the perfect temperature. Weirdly it doesn't have a shower attachment so I can only bathe in here.
"Good?" He asks before setting a stool and a jug of water behind my head then working shampoo into my hair.
I can only nod and he chuckles before letting me be. I doze off here and there but am pulled out of it when Judah drains the bath a while later. I blink up at him when I realize I didn't feel him wash my hair and dry it. He grasps my chin and kisses me hungrily before helping me out. I dry myself off and change into the sweats he brought me before slipping on some socks with trainers.
"We need to get to a meeting in five minutes. It's about how you'll be leaving." He states as he watches me clip half of my hair back.
I nod and shoot him a reassuring smile before walking up to him. His hands rest on my hips as I wrap my arms around his waist. There isn't much to say so we stand there in silence and bask in the feel of each other. I pull away when it's time to go and push up on my tip toes to kiss him deeply, conveying through emotion what I can't verbally.
We walk towards the meeting room the team have set up and Judah enters first before I follow a little bit later. There's no suspicion in anyone's eyes and I take a seat with relief coursing through me until I meet Reece's gaze. She smirks and her eyes flicker between me and Judah with a knowing glint that has me freezing. She winks at me and I glare at her in response. A quiet giggle escapes her which she covers up with a shitty excuse of a cough.
The boys look at her weirdly before moving on. We run through ideas of how to get me caught since my father's men have been spotted in Madrid. They're going to take Judah and fly out to the next safe house but I'm going to be left behind.
"I'll need someone to rough me up a bit obviously. I know how to act like I'm unconscious so we don't need to go as far as that." I drum my fingers on the table as I think. "Maybe tie me up and make some superficial knife wounds before leaving?"
"Good idea. We'll send a signal to lure them in as soon as we're on the plane out of here." Griffin explains and I nod in understanding.
We discuss what I'm going to say to my father before running through various scenarios, including one where they find us tonight rather than tomorrow afternoon as planned. While the team are working out logistics I notice that Judah's been rather quiet throughout it all. He meets my concerned gaze and smiles but I catch the flicker of fear before it's gone.
"Judah, do you have the clip?" Cole asks when their discussion is over.
He nods and passes me a thin hair clip. It's the exact color of my hair and I hold it up to see the machinery built under it. "This will keep us updated on your location and provide audio when you click the button at the right side. When you tap the left button it'll let us know that you're in danger."
"Who would've thought that you're more than just a pretty face." I murmur teasingly which elicits a chuckle out of everyone.
"I tested it and it's fool proof." Cole reassures me and I nod before slipping it into my pocket.
"Thank you."
"Call on us whenever you need Marcella. I mean it. We have enforcements set around Venezuela to pull you and your brother out if things go south." Griffin instructs firmly and I nod. "Good, let's wrap this up. We'll set things in motion tomorrow."
I leave the room and enter my own with a stressed sigh. We can't afford anything ruining our plans. I take out the clip Judah gave me and stare at it thoughtfully. Sitting on the edge of my bed I almost feel sad about leaving tomorrow. Anxiety creeps up within me at the thought of seeing my father again and I realize how fucked up my life is that I prefer my current situation to the one back home. At least I'll see Cameron again, I think to myself before the door opening captures my attention.
Judah leans against the door after shutting it and we stare at each other for a moment before he speaks. "What if he doesn't believe it?"
"Then he doesn't believe it." I shrug as I stand to leave the clip on top of my bedside table.
"Would he hurt you? Physically?" He sits down on my bed with a concerned yet fiercely protective look.
I smile weakly as I move to stand between his legs with my arms around his neck. "Has he hurt you physically before would be the right question."
He stares at me quietly and I witness the rage building in his eyes before he utters quietly. "I remember you alluding to it before but has he actually put his hands on you?"
I nod and lean down to kiss him reassuringly. I feel all that anger fade away just as I intended. He wraps his arms around my waist and pulls me down to straddle his hips. He deepens the kiss and just when I think I've made him forget he pulls away with a scowl.
"You're not going!" He seethes fiercely as his fingers dig into my hips possessively. "We can figure out something else but you're not going back there –"
"Jude..." I sigh and cup his face to connect our eyes. "Then you won't be safe."
"I'd rather that over you getting hurt." He scoffs and I smile sadly as I caress his cheek.
"I'll try my hardest to come back to you safe and sound Judah. I promise." I reply and he shakes his head.
"Don't go. Please...just stay." He murmurs almost pleadingly which breaks my heart. "I cannot lose you Macy. I'm falling for you so fucking fast. It scares the shit out of me sometimes but I'd rather that than the fear of losing you."
"I'm sorry." I whisper as tears brim my eyes. "You know I can't stay."
"Fuck!" He swears heatedly as he catches a traitorous tear with his thumb.
"I'm falling for you too...even though you piss me off sometimes." I grin which makes him laugh. "I promise I'll stay safe and hey if it helps I'll bring you back a souvenir too. That's something to hold on to."
"More of your lingerie would be very appreciated." He smirks devilishly and I roll my eyes before getting off him.
"There it is! Ruining the moment as usual!" I drawl and he stands with a laugh.
He glances at the clock and we only have less than a day left together before I go. My heart feels heavy with the realization. Thinking back on everything I'm so glad I was caught that night. It gave me the opportunity to fall in love and Judah is all I've ever wanted. If it costs me my life then so be it, as long as he's safe in the end.
"Come back to me dove." He whispers into my ear as he hugs me tightly. "I'll tear the world apart if you don't."
