Groaning Harley rubbed her eyes with her hand. She let her other hand wander over the bed and her breath hitched when she felt Jace's rock hard abs. Did he work out or what?

Harley snorted at the thought and pushed herself so that she was now comfortably on Jace's chest. His hand immediately went to her hair and she closed her eyes, pretending to be asleep.

"Bae I know you're awake" his deep, rough voice said, chuckling at the end.

She grunted and stretched her hands.

"So what are we doing today?" She asked tying her hair with her hair and into a bun.

"Hm I dunno either the gym or just relax" he grinned making her gasp.

"I knew you went to the gym you are so muscular" she said running her hand through his abs.

He laughed as he held her hand and placed a kiss on it.

"Relaxing it is" he smiled "do you want a proper breakfast or cereal?"

"Hm hard choice but cereal" she said pushing her body against the headboard.

He nodded and kissed her cheeks.

"Relax alright" he said walking into a door in his bedroom

She giggled as she moved in his bed, her hand had a good grip on the headboard that she didn't expect to suddenly let go when her wrist got itchy, letting her fall on the ground with a thud as she was dangling from he bed.

She groaned as the door opened and Jace immediately picked her up, a smile on his lips.

"Princess what are you doing?" He laughed, gently dropping her back on the bed.

"Nothing" she mumbled, pushing her hair out of her face.

He laughed as he picked her up again, placing a light kiss against her cheeks.

"Cereal's ready" he grinned.

She giggled and let him place her on the couch, a bowl on cereal right in front of her as he grabbed toast with avocado making her glare at him.

"I want toast and avocado" she whined, playing with the cereal.

"But what about the cereal?" He asked, a playful smirk on his face.

In a matter of minutes she gulped the whole thing down.

He laughed as he handed her a slice, milk all over her mouth.

Harley giggled as Jace scowled mumbling profanities.

They were watching The Hitcher II: I've been waiting.

"Why the heck would she catch the gun" he yelled, her hand in his hair as she played with it.

She giggled as she shook her head, wandering the same thing.

"I can't believe he cut his finger" she whispered as Jace kissed the back of her head.

A few minutes later, she was in a small airplane. She was flying around him until he shot the small airplane twice and she crashed but managed to hit him too leaving him bloody.

Immediately he turned the television off.

"Why did you do that Jace?" She whined, staring at his naked chest.

He laughed and kissed her forehead.

"We are done with this movie" he mumbled, against her forehead.

She giggled the sighed.

"I'm going to take a bath" she announced, grabbing her crutches.

He nodded and she walked to his bathroom. It wasn't huge but it was beautiful and neat.

She brushed her teeth with a spare toothbrush and immediately got into the shower.

She used his axe soap to wash her body and hair.

She sighed as she realized that she didn't have any clothes.

"Jace" she yelled.

Immediately he ran to the bathroom.

He was standing at the door so he wouldn't see her.

"Are you okay?" He asked worriedly making her smile.

"No I don't have any clothes" she mumbled, her cheeks heating up.

He chuckled and handed her some clothes, not entering so only his hand was visible. She shyly snatched them out of his hands and dried her hair.

She pushed herself against the wall, letting herself slide against the wall, her crutches in her hands. She sighed as she tugged in her chocolate brown hair.

She wanted to be perfect, like her brother, Jace and Lilac.

Lilac had beautiful full lips and a face full of freckles.

Her brothers eyes were just like their mom's, blue and beautiful.

And Jace,he was the most perfect person she had ever met.

She took a deep breath as she grabbed his mirror. The first thing she looked at were her eyes. No one knew but her left eye was a mix of brown from her dad and blue from her mom and that she wore contacts. It was extremely hard but with help of her therapist she got her contacts.

She then proceeded to her legs, her extremely useless legs. Her eyes just got stuck there. She lifted the towel and stared at the long scar that run along her rib to her stomach it reminded her of how imperfect she was, another secret of hers.

"I am beautiful no matter what they say, words can't bring me down" she whispered, fighting back the tears.

Depending on her mood she would either believe it or not. She tucked her brown hair at the back of her ear and sighed, grabbing her crutches she got up. She wore the sweatpants and tee and was met with a flustered Jace.

"Hey Jace" she smiled, wrapping her arms around his torso.

He wrapped his arms around her and they just stayed like that.

In each other's presence. It surprisingly soothed them. Like they were the only people in the world.

Somewhat A Week Later

Harley smiled as she put her books in her locker. Just as she was about to close it she noticed something. It looked thin. She grabbed it and was met with a white paper with a ribbon attached to it. She eyed it suspiciously as she looked around. No one was looking at her - when did they ever - and she craned her neck. Her brows furrowed as Jace's name came into mind, a small excited smile tugged on her lips.

She pulled on the ribbon and it graciously fell at her feet.

She opened the paper and only two words were written on it.
