It’s been two days Anvi is back home. Anvi is completely fine now. Ragini and Anvi both went to school after four long days. It’s evening and time for both Anvi and Ragini to return back. Laksh came to pick them back home from school like everyday and is waiting outside for them. He is standing leaning to the car with his hands folded to his chest looking towards the school gate.

That’s when he saw Ragini and Anvi coming out of the school holding each other's hands. Anvi is jumping while walking talking with Ragini while Ragini is listening to her every word carefully. Anvi while talking saw Laksh. She gets excited.

“Daddaa!” She screams happily and runs towards him leaving Ragini’s hand.

Ragini smiles seeing her happy face. Laksh bends to her and takes her into his arms as she jumps on to him as soon as she reaches near him.

“Holidaysssss!” She screams happily.

“What? But why?” He asks as there is no reason for the school to declare holidays.

“I don’t know!” Anvi says smiling sheepishly.

Laksh chuckles seeing her cute face. He pulls her cheeks.

“Mumma why did we get holidays?” She asks looking at Ragini who just reached them.

“It’s school renovation before Annual day. This time it’s 20 years celebrations. So they want to make some renovations. Holidays for four days.” Ragini says looking at Laksh.

Laksh nods understanding.

“Dadda Ice cream!” Anvi asks making a puppy face.

“Done!” Laksh says opening the door.

Ragini enters the car and takes Anvi in to her lap. Laksh takes the driving seat and starts driving. Ragini’s phone rings. Anvi looks at the Id.

“Nanuuu!” She says excitedly and takes phone from Ragini.

Ragini smiles. Anvi herself attends the call and puts the phone on speaker.

“Nanuuuu… Holidaysssss!” She says happily as soon as she takes the call without even saying hello.

“Yayyy! So when is little angel coming to meet Nanu? Nanu misses you soo much.” Shekhar says same excitedly and happily like her.

“Dadda let’s go to meet Nanu na please.” She says looking at Laksh who is driving.

“Yes to stay for all the holidays with nanu!” Shekhar says.

“Yes Please Dadda!” She makes a cute puppy face.

Ragini looks at Laksh for answer. She is missing her family too. Laksh thinks for few minutes and then nods okay.

“Tomorrow!” He says still driving.

“Yayyyy! Nanu we will come tomorrow.” She says happily.

“Yay! I am excited. Once you come we will play a lot.” Shekhar says happily to Anvi.

“Yes and you will give me lots of chocolates. Please.” She says cutely.

“Only chocolates? I was planning for ice creams too.” Shekhar says.

“Yay! I Love You Nanu!” Anvi says happily.

“Nanu Loves You too Angel!” Shekhar says smiling on the other end.

“What are you doing now?” Shekhar asks.

“Dadda, Mumma and me are going to have ice cream from school. After that we will go home.” She again speaks all excited.

“Okay you enjoy. I will call later. Bye Little Angel.” Shekhar bids bye.

“Bye Nanu!” Anvi says and cuts the call.

Laksh stops the car near the ice cream parlour and they go to have ice cream.

Anvi gets down the car excitedly holding Chocolate in her hands.

“Nanuuu, naniiiii!” She screams while running inside the house happily and excitedly.

Ragini smiles while following her. Laksh follows them. Because it’s Saturday he is also at home. Laksh moves hesitatingly. This is the first time he is coming there. Anvi came earlier once along with Ragini but Laksh didn’t. He was about to enter inside when he heard Janaki.

“Laksh beta stop.” Janaki stops him.

He gets confused and stops. Ragini also looks confused of why she has asked him to stop. Janaki takes the aarthi thali from the table and moves. Shekhar held Anvi in his hands and moves towards the entrance while Chocolate follows them wagging his tail.

“You came for the first time here I cannot let you inside without doing aarthi.” Janaki says.

Laksh smiles lightly.

“For me too!” Anvi says excited.

Shekhar chuckles and gives Anvi to Laksh.

“Ragini stand beside Laksh.” Janaki says.

Ragini nods and stands beside him. She does their aarthi and puts teeka for three of their foreheads. 

“Now come inside beta.” Janaki says smiling.

RagLak enter inside and Laksh bends taking blessings from both ShekJan. Anvi is still in his arms.

“Dadda me too.” Anvi says.

Laksh lets her down and she also takes the blessings same way Laksh did. ShekJan smiles blessing her. Shekhar takes her again in his arms and kisses her forehead.

“My little angel!” he hugs her looking at Ragini.

Ragini smiles at him. They all enter inside.

“Nanu let’s play.” Anvi says.

“Then what about mamu?” Viren asks entering inside home.

She runs shouting happily for him. He takes her in his arms and twirls her and she giggles.

“Bhayyu where were you?” Ragini asks moving to him and side hugging him.

He kisses her forehead lovingly. Laksh smiles lightly seeing happy faces of RagAnvi. He just keeps looking everything silently sitting on the couch.

“Went to get your bhabhi but guess what she got work. She will come by lunch time.” Viren answers Ragini.

Ragini nods.

“Mamu let’s play.” Anvi says excited.

“You guys play I will help ma in kitchen.” Ragini says.

“Little angel go get your chocolate from Nani. Then we will play.” Shekhar says and Viren let’s her down.

She runs inside following Ragini. Shekhar looks at Laksh who is looking around. He is feeling awkward. Shekhar signs Viren. Viren nods.

“Hey Laksh!” Viren greets him moving towards him.

“Hey!” Laksh greets back but hesitatingly.

Shekhar follows him.

“You need something beta?” Shekhar asks.

“No uncle I am fine.” Laksh says smiling formally.

“You look uncomfortable. It’s your house too Laksh.” Viren tries to comfort him.

Laksh just smiles formally.

“Umm… I have some work. Will come in sometime.” Laksh says getting up.

Viren and Shekhar nod their head. Laksh goes out of the house and walks on the road just calming himself. Shekhar and Viren look at each other.

Here Anvi is talking nonstop to Janaki in the kitchen while Ragini is working silently smiling at her daughter’s words. Viren enters inside.

“Princess!” He calls Ragini.

Ragini looks at him.

“Come with me.” He says holding her hand.

“Mamu let’s play na.” Anvi says.

“My Tinkerbell Nanu is waiting to play with you. Go I will come in five minutes.” Viren says.

Anvi nods and runs out. Viren takes Ragini out of the house. Ragini looks Laksh who is just roaming around the place. It is a silent place filled with trees and calm atmosphere. Laksh is in his own thoughts that he didn’t notice them.

“Till when you both will be like this?” Viren asks.

Ragini moves into his embrace and closes her eyes letting her tears flow.

“He isn’t even giving me a chance Bhayyu.” She says between her sobs.

“Looking him I could easily figure out he isn’t fine. He is broken.” Viren says caressing Ragini’s hair.

“And I am not able to do anything.” Ragini says helplessly looking at Laksh with teary eyes.

“If we aren’t able to make something proper in a straight way try it in a crazy way.” Viren says.

Ragini looks at him with teary eyes.

“Why don’t you bring that crazy Ragini out of you? Why don’t you try your old ways? They might help you to get sometime with him. You may speak to him at that time.” Viren says looking at her.

“You think I should try?” Ragini asks with hope.

“There is no harm in trying.” He says shrugging.

Ragini smiles thinking something.

“Then let’s bring the old Ragini.” She says.

“Your brother will be under your service whenever you need him.” He says bowing dramatically.

She laughs.

“Will use your service when needed. For now you are not needed.” Ragini says.

Viren smiles.

“But…” She stops looking at Laksh who is returning.

She pulls Viren inside before Laksh could notice them.

“But?” Viren asks as they came inside the house.

“Nothing! Will tell you later.” Ragini says and goes from there.

Viren looks on. Laksh comes back but he moves towards the garden. He keeps moving in the garden caressing the plants. Janaki comes out not finding him inside. She finds him there and moves towards him.

“Laksh!” Janaki calls him.

He looks at her and smiles lightly. She smiles at him back.

“Hmm… What’s bothering you?” She comes directly to the point.

“Nothing aunty.” He says looking everywhere not her.

“You know what Laksh beta a mother can identify the worry of their children even if they don’t say.” Janaki says looking at him.

His eyes turn teary. He met her just twice but he always felt that motherly love from her. He didn’t think anything and hugged her. Janaki hugs him back and caresses his hair.

“If you don’t share what’s bothering you how do we find a solution Laksh? And do you think being alone will make everything right? There your papa and bhai are trying to talk to you but you came out saying you have work. How much will you avoid?” Janaki asks as they break the hug.

“Nothing au…” He gets interrupted by Janaki.

“Ma” Janaki says.

Laksh smiles with teary eyes. He nods yes.

“Ma… I am fine.” Laksh says.

“As I said earlier I can find it out what my children are feeling. You are my child and I can say that something is bothering you. And I also know it’s regarding Ragini and you but I want to know it from you.” Janaki says.

Laksh looks at her helplessly.

“Ma I know you want to comfort me but please for now I am not ready to talk about it. Please.” He pleads her with teary eyes.

Janaki sighs.

“Okay I understand. But you have to do something for me.” Janaki says.

“After losing my mother I always missed her. I don’t know how just by your glance I always felt the presence of my ma. You just order me I will do anything for you ma.” Laksh says holding her hands.

Janaki smiles with teary eyes. She caresses his cheek lovingly.

“I know you are in lots of pain. But as a mother I can’t see you like this. Try to be normal. I know it’s not at all easy. But I want you to mingle with us. I want my whole family happy and be with each other in every moment. These four days you stay with us just live the moment.” Janaki says looking at him.

Laksh smiles at her warmly. He nods yes.

“I promise.” Laksh says smiling.

Janaki smiles and pats his cheek.

“Wah! Enjoying with son alone!” Shekhar says coming towards them.

Janaki and Laksh look at him. Laksh smiles lightly.

“You are enjoying with your grand daughter. Did I say something?” Janaki asks raising her eyebrow.

“Yaar Janu why do you always get angry?” Shekhar asks her.

“Angry? Laksh beta did I say anything angrily?” Janaki asks looking at Laksh.

Laksh looks confused to support whom. ShekJan laugh seeing his confused face.

“You scared him Janu.” Shekhar says in between his laughs.

Laksh smiles.

“Chalo beta let’s go inside.” Janaki says.

Laksh nods.

“Janu you go I need to talk to him.” Shekhar says.

“Please don’t scare my poor boy.” Janaki says before leaving.

“You are scary not me.” He shouts huffing in such a way Janaki can hear him.

Laksh smiles at their nokhjokh. Shekhar looks at Laksh who is smiling.

“When you have this charming smile why were you sitting so upset inside?” Shekhar asks.

Laksh looks at him not understanding what to answer.

“I know beta after what all happened it isn’t easy for you to forgive Ragini. You shouldn’t if I have to say honestly. She deserves punishment. But that doesn’t mean you will be staying away from us too. Aren’t we your family?” Shekhar asks.

“Of course you are uncle. The day I have realised my feelings for Ragini from that day only you are my family. It’s that the way we met and everything is so awkward. I just needed some time. But after talking to ma I am fine.” Laksh smiles at the end while mentioning about Janaki.

“Wow… my wife is ma but I am uncle. Very good.” Shekhar says with fake appreciating tone.

Laksh smiles.

“Papa!” he says with smile.

Shekhar smiles and pats his back.

“That’s like my son. Let’s go inside before my little angel come screaming for me.” Shekhar says.

“Thank You papa!” Laksh says suddenly.

“For?” Shekhar asks.

“For accepting Anvi.” Laksh says gratefully.

“She is my daughter’s daughter for us Laksh. Nothing else matters to us. All that matters to us is the happiness of our children. That little kid doesn’t know anything. She deserves nothing other than love.” Shekhar says.

Laksh hugs him suddenly expressing his gratitude. Shekhar smiles and pats his back.

“Now let’s go. Otherwise your ma will come for using her detective skills.” Shekhar says making Laksh laugh.

They both enter inside laughing. Ragini who is playing with Anvi and Viren looks at them and her heart feels light seeing Laksh laughing.

“Hellooo everyone!” Comes the cheerful voice of Jeevika.

“Bua!” Anvi as always runs to her bua happily.

“My little pie. Missed you so much.” She hugs her taking into her arms.

“I missed you too sooo much bua.” Anvi says stretching her hands wide on either sides.

Jeevika chuckles and kisses her cheek. All smile at them.

“It’s lunch time. Jeevika go get fresh and come. You can chitchat later.” Janaki says.

“Yes ma.” She says giving Anvi to Laksh.

She goes to fresh. Shekhar excuses and goes from there. Ragini and Janaki go to arrange for food. Now only Laksh, Anvi and Viren are left. Laksh’s phone rings. He looks at the phone. Viren forwards his hands for Anvi.

“Thank You Bhai.” Laksh says giving Anvi to him.

“Bhai? Noooo.” Viren shouts dramatically.

Laksh looks confused.

“Jeevika is your sister right then how can you call me bhai. You are making Jeevika and me as sib… Nooo.” He stops saying the word siblings.

Laksh muffles his laugh hearing him.

“So you want me to call you jiju?” Laksh asks.

“Yes ten thousand percent.” Viren says.

Laksh chuckles and nods okay. The phone by now stopped ringing.

“I will just take the call and come JIJU.” He stresses the word Jiju.

Viren smiles and nods. Anvi is busy playing with Viren's phone.

He pulls the phone.

“No more phone. We will play something after lunch. But not phone.” Viren says strictly.

Anvi pouts. Viren pulls her cheeks.

The whole part is for Laksh. A bit boring and sad. Sorry for that. But I wanted to show these conversations to show the pain Laksh is going through because of Ragini leaving him. And the way the whole family is trying to make thing better not only between Ragini and Laksh but also between them all. About Ragini and her reason of leaving Laksh you will get to know soon.
