Laksh and Anvi returned from shopping with lots of bags in their hands. They also had their dinner outside and returned home. Both of them fall on the couch. Anvi moves towards Laksh and sits in his lap. She places her head on his chest hugging him. Laksh smiles.

“Aww… so my Princess is tired?” He asks hugging her back.

She nods her head vigorously pouting. Laksh chuckles. Santha Kaki comes towards them with two glasses one with juice and one with milk. Laksh smiles.

“Thank You kaki! You had dinner?” he thanks and asks her.

She smiles and nods yes.

“Then you can go now. We don’t need anything.” He says smiling at her.

“I made some rotis and kept on the dining table Laksh Beta. If Anvi beti wants to have some in the midnight it will be helpful.” She says.

Laksh smiles and nods okay. She smiles and goes. She stays in the outhouse of their house. Her husband is the watchman of the house. Both of them have been working there from Laksh’s childhood.

“Come-on Princess. Finish the milk.” He says forwarding milk glass to her.

“Daddaaa!” she whines making a yuck face.

“Not going to work. You missed drinking in the evening. So now you have to Princess. Be a good girl!” he says strictly.

She makes faces and takes the glass from him. She drinks it still making faces. Once she is done she gives him the glass. As always her milk moustache makes him chuckle and wipe it away. She grins. He then drinks his juice.

“Go and change now. I will change and come. Then we will sleep reading your stories. Okay?” he asks her.

She nods yes vigorously and runs to her room. He looks at the bags on the couch. He sighs, takes them all and moves towards his room. He places them on the couch in his room and goes to change.

Once changed he goes to Anvi's room to see her struggling with her top. He chuckles. He moves towards her, sits on his knees and helps her to wear her top. Anvi grins happily. She looks at him who is sitting on his knees. She pouts.

“What happened to my Princess?” He asks frowning.

She hugs him hiding her face in his shoulder.

(This I drew this week. It is suiting the situation so I used it here 🙈🙈😂😂)

“Shleepyyy!” she mumbles hiding her face in his shoulder.

He chuckles and lifts her in his arms.

“Which story you want to listen today Princess?” he asks moving towards the book stand.

“Anything!” she mumbles still hiding her face in his shoulder.

He smiles and picks one book and they both lay down. She is laying on his chest while he is caressing her hair and reading the story of Sleeping Beauty. Soon he feels she slept. He looks at her and smiles. He keeps the book a side and makes her lay properly on the bed. But she moves towards him and cuddles into him. He smiles and kisses her forehead. Caressing her hair he falls asleep.

Ragini is in her room looking at the moon leaning to the window folding her hands to her chest. A lone tear escapes from her eyes.

“I Miss You!” she murmurs to herself.

She closes her eyes and remembers ‘A Man kissing her forehead lovingly'. She opens her eyes immediately and wipes the tears that are flowing continuously without her knowledge. She takes deep breathes and goes towards her bed. She lays there and hugs the teddy bear closing her eyes. She slowly drifts into sleep with so many things running in her mind.

Next morning all the Gadodias are having breakfast when suddenly someone comes and closes Ragini’s eyes from behind.

“Bhabhiiiii!” Ragini screams happily.

Everybody laugh at her. Jeevika chuckling comes in front of her and hugs her tight.

“I missed hugging you so much Ragu!” Jeevika says hugging tight.

“Awww… me too!” Ragini says hugging her tight.

They break the hug and Jeevika takes blessings from Shekhar and Janaki. She sits beside Ragini ignoring Viren. He also ignores her. All other three observe that. Jeevika starts her conversation with Ragini.

“What did you do idiot?” whispers Shekhar angrily to Viren.

“Not every time I am at mistake!” He whispers angrily.

“Jeevika can never do something wrong. So tell me what happened?” Shekhar whisper scolds him.

“You are my father or hers?” he asks annoyed.

“I am father for both. She is my daughter and you are my son.” He says glaring Viren.

“Papa don’t make us siblings. For god sake I love her!” he says with wide eyes.

Shekhar hits Viren’s head. Viren glares Shekhar while he ignores.

“Fine! I was only at mistake. She didn’t come to restaurant last week and she didn’t even inform. I know she was busy but still I planned everything as it was her birthday. And when she didn’t come I just scolded her without even listening to her. She is angry!” he says looking at Jeevika who is now feeding Ragini.

He smiles lightly. She used to do the same seven years ago too. She treats Ragini as kid. Just like how the three of them treat her. But now Ragini has changed though not completely but there is a glint of maturity even in her childishness. He didn’t like the change but he can do is nothing.

Shekhar pats him bringing back from his thoughts. He looks at Shekhar.

“When are you going to apologize?” he asks glaring.

“If she gets time for me I could. She is busy with hearing of a case papa. She will be free tomorrow. I will kidnap her and apologize her. Happy?” he says looking at Shekhar.

“No not at all. You will KIDNAP her seriously. I myself will case a file against you and hire her as my lawyer to make sure you get punished!” he says huffing.

Viren shakes his head in disbelief. He gets up as he is done and goes from there. Shekhar shakes his head thinking that his son can never change. He looks at the three ladies who are giggling and gossiping. He also goes from there.

“Jeevika should I drop you?” Viren asks coming out of his room after getting ready to leave to office.

“Ragu tell your brother not to show fake concern!” Jeevika says twisting her lips.

Ragini looks at Viren. He shakes his head and goes from there.

“You both fought?” Ragini asks.

Jeevika winks and nods yes. Ragini rolls her eyes. It’s their routine to fight.

“You both are just hopeless.” Ragini says.

Jeevika chuckles.

“Janu I am leaving!” Shekhar says coming out of the room wearing his watch.

Janaki moves towards him along with Ragini and Jeevika. Ragini and Jeevika hug him and he kisses their foreheads. Then he looks at Janaki. He moves to her and kisses her forehead too. Ragini and Jeevika smile teasingly at eachother.

“Ahem Ahem!” Ragini acts like clearing her throat.

“Hayeeee!” Jeevika says dreamily.

Janaki blushes while Shekhar glares them.

“Is it first time you guys seeing me kissing her forehead before leaving to office?” Shekhar speaks glaring both of them.

They both laugh. Shekhar shakes his head and goes from there. Shekhar and Viren leave to office in car.

“Ragu I also should leave. Will come tomorrow once I get free. Take care!” Jeevika says cupping Ragini’s cheek.

Ragini smiles and nods okay. Jeevika hugs her and Janaki and leaves. Ragini and Janaki get back to households.

Few days has passed. Ragini is in her room doing something seriously when Viren enters into her room. It’s evening so he is back home from office. He sits beside her who is not even looking up. He peeps and sees what she is doing.

“Oh! Oh! You are applying for job!” he says looking at the form she is filling.

Ragini gets startled and looks at him with wide eyes.

“Ahhh! Bhayyu you scared me.” She huffs.

“Arey leave those all where are you applying for job?” he asks.

“In our school!” she says smiling happily.

“Wow! That’s great princess.” He says happily.

She smiles.

“I spoke to even our principal. She was very happy to know that I did B. Ed and opted for teaching.” She said smiling.

“And did you say her that you were a good teacher in the village there?” he asks raising his eyebrow.

“What’s the need? I will anyway put the experience thing in the resume.” She says.

Viren nods.

“Done!” she says signing the form.

“So when will be the interview?” He asks taking the form from her hand and reading it.

“Don’t know bhayyu!” She says.

He forwards her the paper and nods.

“Chalo let’s go somewhere.” He says.

“Where?” she asks.

“Chalo na! Let’s go anywhere. I am bored.” He says making faces.

“Okay! Okay!” she says.

They both go out.

Laksh is working sitting on the bed in his laptop. Beside him is sitting his princess watching TV. She suddenly gets up and sits in his lap disturbing his work. He looks at her and smiles at her pout. 

“Now what happened?” he asks chuckling thinking of her new tantrums.

“I also want a dog like Mooku!” she says with puppy eyes.

“Mooku? You mean Geon's Mooku?” he asks.

She nods yes vigorously. He chuckles.

“He is so tall that he can gulp you. What if he gulps you?” he asks.

She pouts. He laughs looking her cute face and kisses her cheek.

“Let’s get a small puppy for you tomorrow. Okay?” he asks.

She grins and nods yes vigorously.

“And we will name him ‘Chocolate’!” She declares.

“Will you eat him?” Laksh asks with wide eyes.

“Daddaaa!” She whines.

Laksh laughs and pulls her cheek. He nods.

“You name him whatever you want. Happy?” he asks.

She nods grinning widely.

“But…” he stops to make sure Anvi pays attention to him.

She looks at him confused.

“You have to gift me something in return. It’s always me who gifts you!” he twists his lips.

Anvi looks helpless.

“Dadda! What should I give?” she asks with sad face.

Laksh looks at her sad face. He smiles lightly and points his cheek. Anvi grins and immediately kisses his cheek. Laksh laughs.

“Now Princess please give me five minutes. My work will be done. Then both of us together will watch Doraemon. Okay?” he says and asks her.

She nods and gets up from his lap. She gets back to her Doraemon while Laksh to his work.
