We are different,
You and I.

Separated by the same glass wall
That separates me from most people.

Most live their lives at the center of their own universe,
While some of us exist merely as tourists in our own.

And isn't that what makes a good artist? A poet? A writer? A photographer?

The ability to put others at the same level of importance as ourselves. The ability to see beyond our issues and recognize their pain.

This is how you change the world; this is how you save a life. You look hard, past yourself and learn their stories. Then you weave them together with your own and send them back, with your love and understanding.
