Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny and Neville all headed to breakfast together.

They all gathered around the Gryffindor table, waiting for the food.As soon as they sat down , food appeared in their area.
"Thank goodness! I was starving," Ron said.
"Aren't you always,"Ginny said while snickering. Harry couldn't help but laugh. Hermione gave Harry one of those 'how cute' looks.
Why did she have to be so smart? Harry asked himself.

He glanced at his schedule and today he had double potions and Transfiguration. Luckily, Snape was no longer potions professor so he wouldn't have to endure his torture.

He headed to potions with Ron(Hermione left breakfast early claiming she had to check if there were new books in the library).

"Harry M'boy! What a pleasure to see you," Professor Slughorn greeted him. They got busy creating a potion of their choice for their first class. Harry wasn't paying attention to what he was putting in his cauldron, all he could think about was Ginny.

"Harry, you need to focus. I can talk to her if you'd like," Hermione whispered to where only Harry could hear her.

"No, Hermione. I wasn't even thinking about that," he lied.

"Sure you weren't," she said as she laughed. Hermione could almost read his mind, it was getting creepy.
The bell rang and Harry bolted out the class, before Hermione could question him some more.

On the way to Transfiguration, he ran into Ginny in the hall. All her books fell out her hands.

"Ginny, I'm so sorry. I wasn't thinking, I..." Harry started, but she cut him off.
"Harry, its fine don't worry about it," she said. He kept avoiding her eyes because he always got lost in them. He stared at her but quickly realized it.
"Oh... and um Ginny... Quidditch tryouts are tonight, so if you could come to that I would appreciate it," he said.
"Okay thanks! See ya Harry," she yelled as she walked away.

Harry finally realized that he liked Ginny.

After Harry finished his homework he walked to the Quidditch field. He got everyone to try out and finally got his team.

On the way back to the common room with Ron, they passed Ginny and Dean. They were engrossed in a tight snog.

"Oi! GINNY WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING!" Ron bellowed.

"Ronald! STOP JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVEN'T KISSED ANYONE DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN RUIN MINE. HERMIONE HAS SNOGGED KRUM, HARRY HAS SNOGGED CHO, ITS JUST YOU RONALD! GO FIND SOMEONE!" She yelled back. Harry remained silent this whole time. He was as mad as Ron but didn't have the strength to yell.

He felt like his heart had been crushed that night. He couldn't help feeling down. Ginny deserved someone better than Dean. He wanted to be that person so bad but he was afraid Ginny didn't like him.

Later that evening, Hermione pulled Harry aside.
"Harry what happened? I know it has something to do with her."

"Hermione I don't want to..."

"Don't make excuses. Tell me right now what happened!" She ordered.

"On the way back from tryouts, we saw Ginny snoging Dean," he explained.

"I see. Well just know this , things aren't what they seem. Now I'm going to bed," Hermione stated.
Why did she have to be so confusing what did that mean. What wasn't what it seemed. He realized he was too tired to think and he went to bed.
