(Gundham POV)

Me and my prince were trying to figure out the way to cure the virus that's been going on. Some zombies broke in but me and my prince killed them, "Gundham! One of the zombies bit much arm." My prince said, he was crying, "Wh- what no, please my prince don't leave me." I said, beginning to tear up "Well I love you my king, you know you have to do it." He said, I thought of an plan that would let me keep my prince, I knocked him out, and I chained him up to the wall.

I placed an muzzle on him so he won't bite me when I get close. He had slowly started to wake up, I could tell that he wasn't my prince anymore, he growled and tried to bite me, "My prince, I will save you from this curse." I said, I then left to find out the cure.

(Hajime POV)

Sadly I failed to bite him but for some reason, I feel an emotional connection with him, I vaguely remember what I was like before I came this. I don't remember the face of my beloved king, I miss him, the guy came back "Sorry my prince, this may hurt a bit." He said, he then injected an needle in me, it kinda hurt, I groaned and winced a bit "Okay, so you still feel pain." He said then he wrote down on his clipboard.

I noticed that my chains were a bit loose on my hands, "I'll be right back my prince." He said then he bopped my nose, he then left towards the lab that he has, I loosened up my chains on my legs 'Why does he call me 'my prince'? I don't remember him... perhaps I should try and remember him..' I thought to myself, I then had an flashback to my past.

(Flashback)

(Still his POV)

I was spectating past me and the guy that has me locked up.. "C'mon Gundham, it's just a small little party." Past me said to the guy, "Hmph, my prince  since you really want me to come to this thing you mortals call an 'party', I'll come to make you happy." He said, "Thank you my king, let's go to your birthday party." Past me said, taking the guy's hand gently then taking him out of the room.

(Flashback over)

(Gundham POV)

I came back inside where I kept my prince, he was looking down on the ground, "I'm back my prince, we're going to give this another try." I said, I injected the needle on his shoulder, he groaned a bit. He didn't try and bite me this time.

The serum didn't work, "I apologize my prince, you have to go through another set of injections." I said, I left to go back to the lab. I was then attacked by an raider, I was able to escape into where my prince was.

(Hajime POV)

I.... I remembered everything, I saw my king, he was all bloody up, I quickly went over to him, he collapsed onto my arms, I cradled him, he was out cold, I knew that he would die without my help, I took off his scarf and I adjusted his jacket and shirt. I bit onto his shoulder so he could turn and we could be together again...

I brought him closer towards me, he slowly started to wake up, I moved his jacket and shirt back, "Wha... what happened my prince?" He asked, "You came in here all bloody and almost dead." I said, "O- oh, thank you my prince for taking care of me..." He said, "You're not going to die." I said calmly, he then passed out again but I knew that he had just turned. He was sleeping soundly.

I pulled him close towards me, I rested against the wall, my king started to wake up again "Nrghh, what happened...?" He asked himself, "Good you're up my king, I'm glad that I was able to save you." I said calmly "M- my prince..?" He said slowly, he nuzzled his head onto the crook of my neck, he wrapped his arms around my waist. We both started to cuddle up with each other, I eventually fell asleep with my king sleeping on top of me.

(Teruteru POV)

I went inside an abandoned warehouse, it looked like that people live in here, 'I guess someone lives here.' I thought to myself, I opened up an room but I saw two males, they were sleeping together, one was on top of the other, one looks all bloody up and the other one was clean.

They were both zombies 'They look so peaceful like that.' I thought, I somehow dragged them both without waking them up onto a bed, I placed them both down on the bed, I then left to find the kitchen. I made some food for myself, I ate in silence, 'They're different from the other zombies, I know that any other zombie would've woken up.' I thought to myself, I noticed that one of them as woke up.

(Gundham POV)

I found myself sleeping on top of my prince, he was sleeping soundly, I left to see if the mortal that placed us there left, I went into the kitchen and I saw an short male with an unusual haircut cooking, "So you're up now? What do you want to eat? I'm making food for you guys." He said, "I'll have something vegan." I said, "You guys are different from the other zombies that I have met." He said, "O- oh we are..?" I said, "Yeah, any other zombie would probably would've bitten me." He said, "Yeah, I'm going have to agree with you." My prince said, he then nuzzled his head onto the side of my neck, I stroked his head.

I held him tightly.. "My prince, you're up." I said, "Yeah, I noticed that you weren't sleeping with me. So I went to go and find you." He said, I nodded, "Are you the person that brought us in the bedroom?" My prince asked "Yes I am, I saw you two sleeping together, I thought that you guys might be uncomfortable sleeping like that, so I found a bedroom and I placed you there." He said, we both nodded.

(Timeskipy)

(Hajime POV)

Teruteru found the cure and everyone that was infected was cured. Me, Teruteru, and my king lived together after the whole ordeal, I work as an assistant, Teruteru owns an diner and he's the chef, and my king works at an vet, we meet Teruteru's boyfriend named Ryota, he was nice. I'm just glad that everyone isn't affective anymore.
