(Third person POV)

It was 10:30 AM, Byakuya was reading in the library. He had been there for the past 15 minutes then Makoto was walking in the library to hang out with Byakuya. "Hello Togami-Kun " the shorter male called out to the taller male "Hello Naegi." The male responded back. "Do you want to hang out with me?" Makoto said "I suppose since I got nothing better to do." the male responded. It was a normal situation as much as it can get because of the killing game.

(Makoto POV)

I was reading with Byakuya and then Monokuma appeared on the screen " A body has been discovered.After a certain amount of time a class trial will begin. The body is in Swimming pool area." He said then disappeared. 'No not again.' I thought as Byakuya and I headed towards the swimming area. We found Toko there stabbed in the chest and rope burn around her neck.

Her clothes were torn a bit on her skirt and her shoes were wet with small tears on her socks. The time of death was 9:45 AM and the cause of death was blood loss. 'I need everyone's alibi.' "Makoto you go get everyone's alibis while I check for clues. 'Someone killed to protect their secret?' I thought as I gathered everyone's alibis.

(The trial)

"Okay so what was the murder weapon?" we all looked at Mondo if he was like a idiot "I know it was a knife but what type of knife." He explained farther. "It was a kitchen knife." I said "One of the knifes are missing." "And when I went there when the morning announcement went off, all the knifes were there. So it can't be from last trial." Asahina said "I was there for an hour." She said. "Why were you there" Celestial asked "To get doughnuts of course." She said happily "I was with her, so she's telling the truth." Sakura said everyone went dead quite. "Alriigggttt then let's get back to topic then." Taka said

(Still his POV)

Everyone thought that I was the culprit... "I didn't do it, I was in the dining hall." I cried out because she was planning to kill me, "Then explain your alibi." Taka told me"I was in the dining hall until 10:30 AM because I wanted to hang out with Togami-Kun." "That is ture but he got the time wrong it was 10:15 AM." 'Is he lying for me but why?" Togami said. "Okay then the people who couldn't have done it is Makoto, Byakuya, Asahina, Sakura, Celestial, Taka, Mondo, and Chihiro." Hagakure said "Yo- you know that you could be the blackened." Chihiro said, she might be correct...

But.. we have to discuss this first.. "So let's start with the beginning of the case, Toko was asked to meet up with the blackened at 9:40 AM. I went to the library at 10:15 and I thought it was 10:30 because the blackened. Toko was waiting for them and they first put the rope around her neck." I said "Then they stabbed her in the chest twice to make it a quick death and the reason why her shoes were wet because she fell into the pool and the blackened pulled her out the pool. Her clothes were wet but the blackened went to her dorm and got her clothes to change, but the blackened didn't have enough time to change everything so her socks and shoes were still wet." I said in one mouth full, I took a big breath.

The coin machine went on for a bit until it landed on him, it started to flash red and a siren sounded. "Wrong you guys got it wrong." "The true murder of Toko Fukawa is Byakuya Togami." His extended his claw towards him. We all waited for our fate it started with Chihiro and ended with Taka, Leaving me and Togami.

I squeezed my eyes shut waited for the chain around my neck but I felt someone grabbed my hands. "Togami-Kun?!" I asked the male who was holding my hands "I made a deal with Monokuma and the mastermind if I killed someone and got away with it, I can chose someone to spare from the execution and we both can leave the school together and live together." He said with a laugh "You're crazy Togami-Kun. Why would I live with you." I shouted at him while tears were coming out my eyes.

(Togami POV)

A shadow fell over my face as I can tell that he was getting scared as my face got closer towards his. I gave him a small kiss on lips. "Want to know my secret?" I asked him with my envelope in my hand I know what was the secret already "I um su- sure?" He muttered out. I gave him the envelope and he read it. I put a syringe on his arm and I pushed the liquid in it and he passed out in my arms. "Thank you Monokuma." I say as we both leave this hellhole to go outside.
