It was a normal Saturday morning. Yoongi was laying in bed as he watched an old soccer game on his phone. His parents were still resting and so things were overall quiet in the Min household. But, Yoongi was taken out of his trance when he got a call from Taehyung.

He nearly dropped his phone on his face. He groaned in annoyance as he struggled to get a good hold to answer the phone.

"H-Hello?"

"Hey Yoongi" It was Taehyung's ultra deep smooth voice  and Yoongi smiled

"Oh hey Tae, I haven't seen you since Wednesday. Is everything okay?" He asked sitting up on his bed

"Yeah i'm fine. I thought I was going to be out of town for only a day. But, it took three days to get everything situated"

"Oh" Yoongi nodded "What happened if you don't mind me asking?"

"My grandmother from the country side got sick and collapsed." Taehyung sighed "We went to visit her. Thankfully she's fine now. She's on bed rest with a personal nurse by her side. I just got back to Seoul last night"

Yoongi pouts "Wow that must've been tough to deal with. I'm glad she's recovering. If you need some comfort, i'm always here"

Suddenly Taehyung chuckles "I should be saying that to you! Hoseok and Jimin were telling me that you were so depressed on Wednesday. What happened?"

"Oh you know, it's cause you weren't there" Yoongi joked

"I missed you too. I missed you so much" Taehyung said softly

Yoongi couldn't help but to blush. He couldn't believe that Taehyung took him seriously

"I-I was joking idiot"

"Well I wasn't joking. But anyways, I called you because I wanted to hang out with you today"

"Hang out? Sure, i'll ask the other two if th—"

"No, just you and me. I want to be alone with you~"

Again Yoongi felt himself get hotter as he blushed. This time he felt butterflies in his stomach.

"I-I...S-Sure if you want. When should...I be ready?"

"It's currently 9:40, maybe be ready around 11am. I'll make sure to be at your house by that time! On the dot" Yoongi can practically hear the smile in Taehyung voice

"Okay, i'll be ready. See ya later"

And so they hung up the phone and both boys got ready. Yoongi suddenly felt like he should dress nicely to make a good impression. This was the first time in a long time he was actually doing something on a weekend with a friend.

It was nearly 11am and Yoongi was looking at himself in the mirror putting on cologne. He heard his door ring and Yoongi got his phone and wallet and made his way to greet Taehyung.

"Oh Yoongi you're headed out?" Mr. Min asked reading a newspaper on the living room couch

"Y-Yeah, that was my friend at the door"

"I figured it was" He smiled "Have fun, me and your mom will just run some errands while you're away"

"Okay Dad, and thanks!" he said then opening the door to see Kim Taehyung holding a bouquet of roses

Yoongi gulps and looked up at Taehyung blushing "T-This isn't a date you idiot"

Taehyung shrugs "I wanted to give you flowers because I wasn't there to cheer you up this week"

Yoongi sighs "T-Thanks. I'll just go bring them inside and then we can head out"

Yoongi did just that and the two teenagers started walking and talking about random things. Taehyung brings Yoongi to a park and opened an app where he can rent public bikes. They decided to go on a bike ride together.

The day was perfect. It wasn't too hot nor too cold. They enjoyed what nature provided in terms of blooming trees and also animals flocking here and there. They laughed when they would fool around on the hills.

At first Taehyung was paranoid Yoongi would fall off his bike. He kept stopping and making sure the petite male was okay. Soon they both got tired of bikes and decided to go eat somewhere. It was a sandwich shop that sold specialized cute sandwiches and beverages called Mari.

"The trees were so pretty today" Yoongi said as they sat down at their table

"Yeah, but not as pretty as you" Taehyung said as he sipped his iced Americano

Yoongi laughed "Yah what's wrong with you today. Acting so sappy"

"I'm just being honest!"

Their sandwiches arrived and they soon started eating. Taehyung kept groaning about the taste and that made Yoongi look down at his food in embarrassment.

"Stop being so loud. They're gonna think you're a weirdo!"  Yoongi complains

"Oh, s-sorry" Taehyung gave his boxy grin "But seriously Yoongi. Tell me what happened on Wednesday. Why were you upset? Remember what I told you. I'm always here for you"

"It's a... a long story"

"And it seems that I have all the time in the world. I always have time for you"

Yoongi blushed "I-I....seriously stop being so sappy. But anyways...."

Yoongi explained to Taehyung carefully how he broke up with his ex-boyfriend Noah. He talked about how he felt when he found out about Noah having a new boyfriend.

"Whoa... so that's why you stormed out of Hoseok's house like that. But also... I really had no idea you were, dating anyone" Taehyung puffed his cheeks out in a slight pout

"Yeah, I've been with Noah for a long time. We had plans, like life plans with each other. But...he wasn't patient enough to wait for me. He didn't think I was worthy I gues—"

"You're very worthy! Min Yoongi don't let that get to you" Taehyung said looking into Yoongi's eyes with passionate emotions "Just know that I find you to be one of the most important people in my life. I know it seems weird since we met a few months ago. But, I really do feel attached to you. So please please please know you're worth

Yoongi sucked in a shaky breath and he felt his heart pounding. He started to rub at his chest wondering why he suddenly was feeling this way in front of Taehyung. But despite that he felt very happy to hear these words. It was similar encouragement to what Jungkook was giving him during lunch time. Speaking of Jungkook, Yoongi did wanted to mention Jungkook to Taehyung.

"On Wednesday, after school,  Jungkook officially apologized to me and we both kinda hung out at this really cool cafe just outside of Seoul"

Taehyung nearly choked on his sand which hearing about that. He started coughing uncontrollably and Yoongi had to pat his back. Eventually he gained control of himself when he took a big gulp of his iced coffee.

"T-Thank you, and what!? Are you actually joking with me?" Taehyung questioned a little too excitedly

Yoongi shakes his head "No it's seriously true. He said he wanted to take me to his safe haven, which I thought was a trick at first. But, it wasn't. We both actually had normal conversation with each other"

Yoongi reiterated the same words Jungkook told him a few days prior. Taehyung listened with a big smile and shining eye.

"Wow... Jeon Jungkook. Who would've thought" Taehyung responded in a whisper

"This makes me more curious. But I had no idea that you and Jungkook were friends. Were you always close?" Yoongi asked "I could've sworn you two hated each other despite being fiancés"

Taehyung gave a sad smile "No we're not friends"

"But clearly you two talk with each other and have some sort of care for each other" Yoongi said with a confused frown

"Yes it's true that we do care for a each other in a way but.... I-I don't know, it's just complicated. Today i'm not ready to explain" Taehyung said shaking his head "Something had happened two years ago. That's all I could say"

"Oh...then I understand. Well then, I guess it's good that i'm finally on Jungkook's good side right?" Yoongi laughs unamused

Taehyung just shrugs "That is something good. I'm glad he genuinely apologized to you. That's all that matters"
