Nora's heart was racing as she showed the text message to Alex and Ethan. "What does it mean?" she asked, feeling a sense of fear creeping over her.

Alex's expression was grim. "It means that someone knows about our plan," he said. "And they're trying to intimidate us."

Ethan's eyes narrowed. "We can't let them scare us off," he said. "We have to keep moving forward."

Nora nodded, feeling a sense of determination. "You're right," she said. "We can't let them win."

But as they stood there, trying to come up with a new plan, Nora couldn't shake the feeling that they were being watched. She looked around, but saw nothing out of the ordinary.

"Guys, I think we should get out of here," she said, feeling a sense of unease. "Now."

Alex and Ethan nodded, and they quickly gathered their things and left the house. As they walked, Nora couldn't help but feel like they were being followed.

She looked over her shoulder, but saw no one. "I'm just being paranoid," she told herself.

But as they turned the corner, Nora saw a figure lurking in the shadows. Her heart skipped a beat as she realized that they were indeed being followed.

"Guys, look," she whispered, nodding towards the figure.

Alex and Ethan turned, and their eyes widened as they saw the person following them.

"It's my father's assistant," Ethan said, his voice low and menacing. "What is he doing here?"

Nora's eyes narrowed. "I think he's here to deliver a message," she said.

And with that, the assistant stepped forward, a sly smile spreading across his face. "Ethan, your father wants to see you," he said. "Now."

Ethan's eyes flashed with anger. "Tell him I'm not interested," he said.

But the assistant just chuckled. "I don't think you have a choice," he said. "Your father has something that belongs to you. Something that I think you'll want to see."
