*Readers Pov*

*A Couple of Hours Later*
Tyler finally woke up and saw that he was in the infirmary. (Or hospital room) He saw that Brian was covered in bandages and he was still bleeding and he saw that Jonathan was injured but sleeping soundly. He noticed bandages on his arms, wrists, left calf and right thigh. He stood up slowly and used his power to numb the pain. He grabbed his shirt and put it on and started walking out. Joanna noticed that he was awake. Joanna went over to him.

"How are you feeling?" Joanna asked.

"Tired, but I'm using my power to numb the pain" Tyler said.

"Ok then" Joanna said.

"Have you seen Craig?" Tyler asked.

"He's waiting for you in the backyard" Joanna said. Backyard? Wonder what he's doing out there.

"Ok thanks" Tyler said. Joanna nodded and went into the infirmary to check on the other two. He walked to the backyard and noticed Craig was wearing a long coat with a hoodie.

"Craig?" Tyler questioned.

"You're finally awake" Craig said.

"Yeah I am. Why are out here and wearing that coat?" Tyler asked.

"That's what I'm about to explain" Craig said. Craig turned and opened his eyes. Tyler was shocked by the way his eyes looked and then Craig took off the coat and hoodie and showed off the vines and the purple hair.

"What happened to you Craig?" Tyler asked.

"I'm about to tell you" Craig said. Craig told him the whole story and Tyler hugged him.

"I'm so sorry Craig. I never knew" Tyler said.

"I didn't find out until two years ago when my mum told me" Craig said. Tyler sighed and there was silence between them.

"You know how much I missed yob and how much I was worried about you?" Craig said.

"I can imagine" Tyler said.

"I summoned out my power when you got badly injured" Craig said.

"Hell, Its not as bad as Brain's injuries. Poor dude is still unconscious and still bleeding through those bandages" Tyler said.

"Yeah. Just imagine Brock..." Craig said. Oh god Brock... He's got to be crying right now the poor guy.

"The guys said they would help me control my power" Craig said.

"That's good. I'll help you too" Tyler said. Craig smiled.

"Thank you" Craig said.

"You're welcome" Tyler said. Craig kissed Tyler and they kissed passionately for a long time.

*Time Skip to a couple of weeks later*

"I'm sorry but there isn't much we can't do Brock" Marcel said.

"You have to! He's hasn't woken up yet!" Brock cried.

"I know. But if he doesn't wake up soon then we might have to turn off his life support Brock" Marcel said. Brock started tearing up.

"No... No! You can't do that!" Brock yelled.

"We won't have a choice Brock" Marcel said.

"No! I won't let you! I'll kill you before you touch him!" Brock growled.

"Moo Snuckel calm the fuck down!" Jonathan said. Brock started crying while clenching his fists.

"It's not fair! Life isn't fair! Why can't we have any peace around here?!" Brock cried.

"Trust me I wish it was that way Brock but we can't predict anything" Jonathan said. Brock cried and ran to his room. This was a week ago and he hasn't come out since. He has bags under his eyes because of the lack of sleep he's been getting. He's lost his from his crying. The man is broken and the guys hate seeing him like this.

*Craig's Pov*

"Marcel you gotta try harder!" Tyler said.

"Hey, you shouldn't pressure me. We are trying our best to help Brian" Marcel said.

"Still! That isn't good enough! Brock hasn't come out of his room for a full week and you expect us to sit here and wait it out?" Tyler questioned.

"Calm down Tyler. I don't know how else we can help him" Marcel said. I looked at Brian who still looked terrible. I frowned. He's my best friend and Marcel and the others can't find any other ways to help him. I then got an idea.

"Wait! I think I have a way that could save Brian" I said. They looked at me.

"It better be good Craig" David said.

"Trust me I think it'll work but I don't know if you guys will like the idea" I said.

"What is it then?" Marcel asked. I breathed in.

"Well as you can see Brian is mostly bleeding from his right eye and arm. His small wounds are healed except for those ones on his face and arms. What I was thinking is replacing his arm and eye with something else" I said. They looked at me confused. I sighed.

"What I mean is that we can make his arm and eye robotic, like the terminator" I said.

"I see. But do you think we can achieve it and if so how?" Marcel questioned.

"Yes I think we can if we all work together and stay calm, and also follow my lead because I'll know how to do it" I said. I summoned my power and the vines snaked around my arms.

"What we'll need is a lot of metal and I'll take care of the rest" I said. They nodded and they left except for Tyler.

"Are you sure this is going to work Craig. He's you're best friend after all" Tyler said. I sighed again.

"I know. But we've got to at least try. Besides I'm not just doing this for the guys and for him. I'm also doing it for Brock. Poor guy can't handle a day without him. Imagine what he would do to himself if Brian dies. I can't bear to think" I said. Tyler nodded.

"I agree" Tyler said. Tyler walked up to me and kissed my forehead.

"Good luck Craig with this operation" Tyler said.

"Yeah. Try to keep the others calm" I said.

"Alright" Tyler said walking out. Marcel and the others brought back a lot of metal and they also brought Bryce as we are going to need him to prevent Brian from dying on us during this. I breathed in and out. Well here goes nothing...
