Currently watching the battle between the factions and a large monster known as Jabberwocky, to people were sitting on chairs.

On the chair on the left sat a young looking boy that looked about 19 years of age.

He had white hair and sliver like eyes, he wore a white hoodie with white trousers and white trainers.

On the chair on the right sat a young women than looked to be the same age as the boy.

She had long black hair with gold like eyes, she wore what seemed to be a sports bra with Armor plating around her breasts, she wore black leather bottoms with black trainers and also had black leather gauntlets.

Despite their looks these are the most powerful beings to ever exist, their existence it so important to everything that not only does God's bow to them but also dragons, despite their being many factions, The Devils Faction, Angel Faction, Fallen Angel Faction and the Youkai Faction only Michael the current leader of the Angel Faction knows about both of them and that they are not to be messed with even his father God bowed to them, but little did the factions know they would soon meet with them sooner than later......

3rd Person P.O.V(Light P.O.V)

Every faction as its problems, humans, Devils, fallen and even angels everyome in every faction has their own problems, when me and my sister began watching the humans we were upset as they killed each other, they even made weapons of mass destruction which killed millions of their own kind....but after watching them learn from their mistakes we both grow faith in them, the same can't be said for the supernatural factions...after watching the fight he saw that both Ophis and Great Red had brought back Issei and helped defeat the monster known as Jabberwocky which pissed off, not the fact that Ophis and Great Red had just brought someone back from the dead disturbing the balance even more than it already was.

Light : "Darkness get ready"

Darkness : "what for"

Light : "it's time we shut the reincarnation system that the devils and angels use as well as have a chat with those dragons"

3rd Person P.O.V

As the battle was finally over and the Jabberwocky was finally defeated everyone began celebrating, as the girls all fought over Issei the leaders looked on smiling at him but soon their celebration would be cut short, soon they all felt a power that made their eyes widen, they felt an ungodly amout of holy magic headed right for them.

The devils were shaking like crazy every part of their body was screaming to run as far and as fast as they could or else death will be there.

The angels and Fallen could believe what they felt, no one in heaven or the fallen had that much power hell not even God did who ever this was more powerful than their own creator.

As of the Youkai Faction Well they were calmer than the others but also scared of who or what was coming their way.

Sirzechs : "w..what is this pow..."

Sirzechs was cut off when a large lighting bolt hit the middle of the field blinding everyone that was their, after they could see again they saw a boy wearing all white and white lightning was sparking around him, as the boy stood up he opened his eyes and everyone saw that his eyes were silver as he looked around everyome was nervous but soon his eyes landed on Ophis.

Light : "hello....Ophis"

Everyone looked at Ophis and was surprised to she that she was afraid, she was shaking like mad and her eyes didn't move off his almost like he was staring into her very soul.

Light : "you better have a good reason for bringing that boy back"

As Light began making his way towards Ophis.....

Welsh Dragon Balance Breaker

He saw that Issei who was in Balance Breaker stood between him and Ophis, but before he could speak.

Vanishing Dragon Balance Breaker

Just then Vali appeared beside Issei.

Issei : "what are you doing here"

Vali : "I can't resist a good fight, and besides with the amount of power this guys got we can finally see who's the best dragon"

As they both grinned and face Light he began walking again.

Light : "get in my way and I will end you"

Issei : "oh yeah, sorry but I haven't become harem King yet so I don't plan on di...."

Everyone's eyes widen as Light appeared infront of Ophis without anyone even able to keep up.

Light : "now that their out of my way, I want to hear that explanation"

Everyone looked to see both Issei's and Vali's heads come off and their bodies hit the ground.

After hearing Ophis's excuse Light decided than on a later date he'd come to her with a punishment, but as he was beginning to leave.

Rias : "you....you killed him"

Light turned to see the leaders of the factions looked angry at him while a large group had tears in their eyes and was looking at him just as mad, before he could speak everyone from those that lived with Issei, the solders and the leaders all launch attacks directly at Light who just stood still...
