Miles away from Vesarima, at the east holds a large wasteland that confines no lifeform in it. Dead trees, skeletons of dead animals, monsters, and devils. Cracked dried earth, and murky ponds are the only thing left in the large wasteland.

A booming shockwave erupts from the sky, creating tremor in the lifeless land. "Hyaa!" Serafall burst from the cloud and smash the front of her staff on the stomach of the grey-haired woman, sending her blasting away. The Satan halts her movement in the air, watching her opponent flap their wings and regain balance. "Hehehe," the nameless woman sniggers darkly and clean the blood that drips from the side of her lip "Very good, Serafall" she commends, confusing the other woman. "You have barely given any offence," Serafall states, narrowing her eyes "What's your game?" "Game? There's no game" the woman replies, that sinister and dark smirk never leaving her face "I'm just testing you, to see if you are a person to give me entertainment... That tournament was such a dulled experience."

"... Tell me" Serafall questions, her voice sharp like a knife "Were you responsible for the murder of Lock Jones?". A psychotic smile form on the woman's face when hearing the question, then brings her hands up to give a loud and slow clap "Ahahah," she laughs "Indeed it was! That crimson-haired son of a bitch was getting too suspicious of me... So, I used Lock to turn his attention elsewhere... And it worked to perfection... Just as I intended" she admits with a large grin "Honestly, a carcass can be such a useful thing at times."

Rage start building in Serafall from every word the woman spouts out, her body start shaking in anger and her purple eyes change to glowing pink, matching with the aura that's swirling around her in violent torrent. "Tell me... What's your name" Serafall question in seething and low voice "My name Freyja" the woman grandiosely introduces, wearing that crazy grin "Freyja... Good," the pink aura around Serafall intensifies, strong wind currents produce around it and pushes the clouds away "I'll know what to put on your gravestone when this is over."

Freyja just smirk, feeling the wind pushing past her, blowing her long grey hair and white coat back. "If I'm correct, there's you and Grayfia Lucifege that are still to this day fighting for the title for the strongest woman in the underworld... I wonder which one of you is the strongest?" she questions in taunting manner. A small smirk form on Serafall's lip, she holds the staff on her right hand and taps it in the air to summon four massive ice spears from above "Let me show why I am the person that should hold that title."

Outside Vesarima

Trees after trees are slice into pieces as two speeding figures battle each other in the dense forest. Each blow delivered creates tremors and the shockwave obliterate anything nearby. Akeno comes down from the leaves with a lightning right hand aimed at Raynare, who just appeared on the ground. With a wide grin that shows her two fangs, Raynare claps her hands forward to send a thunderous force that sends Akeno blasting back. Raynare jumps and send a massive uppercut to the Himejima's stomach. Akeno's expression widen in pain and coughs out blood from the vicious impact, before being send flying out of the trees in blazing speed.

Raynare didn't give chase and just descends to the ground. Landing on the earth cause a noticeable tingle sound and the Vampire look down to see the locket. Raynare's expression soften and gently brush the golden locket with her thumb, before returning serious when sensing the Himejima speeding down.

Akeno lands a few meters away from Raynare, panting lightly and blood can be seen sipping down her mouth. "I honestly find this interesting" Raynare speaks normally, catching Akeno's attention "You hate me because I killed Nawin-kun, correct?" she asks and gets a stiff nod from the Himejima. "Tell me..." Raynare looks away from the locket and up to Akeno "If I didn't kill Nawin-kun and he wasn't forced into the supernatural world... Do you honestly think you'd be with him right now?" she asks.

Akeno's expression turn surprise by the question "Even if you don't want to admit it" a small smirk form on Raynare's lip "If it wasn't for me... You and he wouldn't be an item... If I hadn't killed him, do you honestly think you two would be together now?" "Yes," Akeno insert, strongly, catching the Vampire's attention "From the moment I laid my eyes on him... That day when he first entered the courtyard... I knew he was special and a person that captured my heart."

Akeno's eyes burn brightly in determination, her posture strengthens "You killing him did put him on the path to what it is now and I'll give you that, Raynare. But, you failed him... You failed him because you were too weak, and you resorted yourself to kill him instead of saving him" Akeno said. Raynare clench her hands tightly in anger by the Himejima's words "You could have been with him if you were stronger, but you weren't... I promise myself that I wouldn't fail him... I will never lose him, unlike you, Raynare."

Bangs covers Raynare's face and she was silent for a minute before a dark chuckle erupts from her lip "You promise yourself that you wouldn't fail him?" an image of Sayomi flashes in her mind "You may have already begun to fail him" she states, angering Akeno. "What the hell are you talking about?!" Akeno question loudly, glaring hard at the Vampire with her yellow eyes "What I'm saying is," Raynare smile sinisterly "That I truly believe that you will fail Nawin-kun... Just like I did."

"Believe whatever you want, but whatever you say, trying to put doubt in my mind... It won't work because I love him more than you ever did, and I will do whatever it takes to be with him forever" Akeno reply with confidents and start powering up again, electric yellow aura form around her. Raynare didn't say another word and begins powering up as well, dense pink aura explodes around her. The earth beneath starts cracking and the trees bend back by the fierce pressure emitting from the two women's aura.

In a speeding motion, Akeno extend her left arm and discharge an electric magic beam from the palm. Raynare lift her right hand and smack the attack away, then boosts forward by kicking her feet in the ground. Akeno bring her right arm up to block a downward strike of Raynare's right hand, then pushes her hand away and start sending strikes to Raynare's face, staggering the Vampire back.

Throwing one quick right hook, Akeno fully extend her right hand back and shoots it forward, but Raynare dodge it by stepping to the side and knees Akeno in the gut, stunning her. Raynare clench her hands and throws a brutal right hook to the Himejima's face then a left hook, right kick to the stomach, spins and deliver a backhand to the face, blasting Akeno back and crashes through a tree.

Raynare lift her right hand and discharge a pink magic blast to the Himejima and an earthshattering explosion erupts from the forest.

East Gate

"Keep pushing men!" the Captain shouts out, ordering his men to fight through the Black Knights that are pushing them back, trying to enter the Capital. The Giants march forward and swing their clubs, smacking the Vesarima's soldiers away, splattering them either into the trees or plummeting to the ground. Any unfortunate soldiers getting hit by the Giants are dead by strike, not being able to withstand their monstrous strength that can easily destroys bones.

"Captain! With those Giants in their forces we are having a hard time! It's only a matter of time before they overwhelm us!" the lower-rank Vesarima soldier inform their commander. "I know! We need more reinforcement!" "You shall we receive it" "Ayye?!" the backline turns around and see Michael walking past the soldiers, heading toward the frontline.

The Captain immediately recognize him "You're the contender from the tournament?" "That would be me," "Young man, do you think you can handle them?" a woman medic question, concern for the man's health "Trust me, I'm more than equipped to handle this" Michael reassure with a faint smile and walk forward to the raging and bloody battle.

Dark purple aura starts emitting around Michael as he closes to the battle. One of the Giants burst past the Vesarima forces and charging toward him in frightening speed, flailing its club around. The aura around Michael's shoots forward and harden into a spike like shape. The spike blazes forward and pierces right through the center of the Giant's head, puncturing its brain and killing it instantly. The spike retracts, and the Giant falls backwards, its limp body drops to the ground.

The backlines are at awed, seeing the man was able to take down a Giant with just one strike, and he didn't even lift a finger. "I suggest all of you scatter... Now" Michael warns the allied forces, and after seeing his display of power, all the Vesarima forces, at the same times jumps to the sides. The moment the view of the Khaos Brigade forces is set in Michael's vision, he swipes his right hand forward and hundreds of spikes produce out from his mana and blaze toward enemies.

The spikes stewers hundreds of soldiers, piercing through their dense armor and strike all their vital organs, mainly the hearts and brains. The enemy forces completely come to a halt as all of them are slathered and killed in just a few seconds. Spikes shoots from the ground, from behind the Giants and strike at the back of their head, killing all of them. Michael discard his aura, causing the spike to disburse away in purple sparkle that slowly disappear from existence. All the corpses drop to the ground the moment the spikes are out of their bodies.

The Vesarima's forces only stood there, mouths agape and eyes widen. Michael glance back at them, giving a wink and in a blink of an eyes disappears from their view. "Who in the world is he, Caption?" "I... have no idea."

Top of the Walls

Bloody battle rages on at the top of walls, each side fighting ruthlessly for dominates and victory. Countless of bodies either falls from the edge or is thrown down, plummeting them dozens of meters down to the ground. Some unfortunate individuals were unable to get their wings out in time and splatter to the ground as the result, either because of the fierce current while falling from such a height or they were too injured to release their wings.

"Ahaaah! Help meee!" one of the black knights screams, gripping the edge of the walls tightly as he can after being pushed over by the relentless battle. His eyes widen when seeing Akari stopping beside him, glancing "Y-you! Help me!" he begs, slipping down from the edge covered in fresh blood. "What?" Akari question "H-help me" the man said out more quietly, holding his breath and use his remaining strength to hold on "If you are asking me to help you die, then my pleasure" Akari shrugs and extend her right arm, pointing the index finger at the man's head. A small, thin, red beam discharge from the tip of the finger and pierce through the middle of the man's head.

Having a hole in his head to signify his death, the man's grip loosens, and he goes plummeting to the ground. "Who the hell are you!" the blackline of the enemy notice Akari striding toward them. "Just kill her!" some leaves the battle and charge toward Akari with their weapons forward.

Dodging all the speedy strikes with grace and ease, Akari swing backhand to all of the soldiers, knocking them off the walls, then, she fires a quick crimson beams from both her index fingers, shooting them at either the black knight's hearts or heads, killing them instantly. "If my army were here right now, this battle would have been over" Akari state, continuing striding toward the huge battle raging in front.

"She's coming from behind, Men, attack her!" the black knight's commander orders and half of the forces turn to Akari and charges toward her. Akari summons her scythe and with a single blazing slash forward, cuts down all the soldiers into bloody pieces. "Oh no!" one of the men that luckily survived the cuts shouts in horror, seeing his comrades dismembered corpses. "Oh no?" Akari question, her expression holds the faint of amusement as she walks toward the frozen small group of men "This is war, grow some balls and face your death like a true warrior... People like you makes me vomit" she states. Before the men could counter, they are cut in half by Akari.

"Baku! Go kill her!" the commander orders and one of the huge men that stood beside him snap toward Akari. The man is completely covered in heavy armor and tower over the rest of the soldiers by his 8ft height. "Well..." Akari cocks her head up, seeing the large man looking down at her, his blazing green eyes shine through the helmet's eye holes "You are one tall bastard... But," she smirks "Can you give me a fun fight? My body is still stiff from slumbering."

Baku just stand still and, in a speed that no one expect a huge person like him to possess, he sends right hand forward and slap Akari in the face with so much force that the walls creak while the corpses on the ground scatter away and plummets down. Akari is blast away, out of the wall and speeding down to the main road that leads to the gate.

Akari smash to the ground, the scythe in her right hand disburse into crimson shards. "Seems like the bastard's got speed" she mutters, looking at the sky with blank eyes, before kipping up to her feet. Baku comes down like a monster, crashing in front of the General and slowly stands up straight.

Akari haves her arms rested on the crimson coat's pocket, looking up at the large man. "You gonna try and slap me again?" she questions and quickly hops back to miss the large hand from the side. Baku grunts in anger and start sending a barrage of strikes at the General, who is dodging all with graceful manner, not showing difficulty at keeping up.

'Coming off from fighting with the Black Flash, this guy's speed is a joke' Akari notes and swing her right foot forward, connecting to Baku's incoming right hand. The right hand is send flying up from the strength of the kick, staggering Baku for a moment. Akari jumps forward and gives a knee to the man's nose. A sickening crack erupt the moment the knee connects helmet, pushing the metal in and breaking the man's nose, but Akari wasn't down and swing her right leg around and smash it at the back of Baku's head. The kick sends him staggering forward.

Akari lands on the ground, her back facing the grunting man, who's shaking in pain and quickly throws the helmet away and grab his bloody and broken nose, trying to fix it. Akari turn around to takes in the man's appearance "You... Are one ugly bastard" she comments, looking at the bald man with half his face suffered from a gnarly scare mark slash vertically across at the center of his face, his face is oily and his nose is large while his black eyes are small, giving him a weird and abnormal appearance.

"Having that helmet on was a big improvement, mind putting it back?" Akari request, pointing at the broken helmet on the ground. Baku grind his large teeth tightly, glaring at the General with much hatred and without thinking, he spit at her. The saliva lands on Akari's right cheek and slowly rolls down, dropping to the ground.

The smirk on Akari's face disappears, her expression turns blank, her pupils narrow largely. Not a millisecond later, Akari appear in front of Baku and deliver a vicious uppercut punch to the gut. Baku eyes gouge out, his mouth open wide to hurl out blood. With Baku being hunch forward, Akari shoots her right arm up and is able to grab the tongue that is sticking out and with a swift pull, rips it out.

"Aaaaahhhhh!" Baku painful cries erupts, quickly bringing his hands to his mouth that is spouting out blood. Akari throws the tongue to the ground and sees it wiggling around for a few second, before she looks up at the screaming man "Wanna try spitting at me now?" she taunts darkly, smirking in joy at the man's pain.

Baku, in a fit of rage swing his right hand down, which gets snatch by Akari. Then, with a swift pull, the General completely tear the large man's arm out of his shoulder. "Kaaaakaa!" Baku could only produce broken noises from the loss of his tongue, but the expression of his face shows it all, fear sets in and pain etched all over it.

"It's finally nice to fight without such a restricted style that I was chained during the tournament..." Akari sigh in pleasant, then, out of nowhere she uses the dismembered arm as a weapon and swing it to Baku's chest with much force it sends him flying back then crashes to the ground on his back.

Akari stalk toward the broken man, hanging his dismembered hand on her right shoulder. "Ready to get killed by your own arm?" she questions, the evil smirk never leaving her face. "Kaakukaa!" Baku try to speak, but due to the shock and no longer possessing a tongue, only gibberish comes out. "Oh... That's just a pathetic sight" Akari insults and swings the armored arm down, smashing it right down on Baku's head, crushing it to bloody mince, like a squash tomato.

Akari turns around and start walking back to the Capital. "What a bore" she comments, throwing the blooded hand back, dropping it on the corpse.

Beelzebub Castle: Lab

At the corner end of the dark laboratory shows a huge sealed tube. The tube suddenly created a loud siren noise for a few seconds and the lid slide open. "Ahhhhhh!" Irina shoots out from the tube, follow by Kokoro, Issei, and Elise. Water blast the four out of the tube before the lid is seal back up to stop any more water to enter the room. The group splattered on the smooth metal floor that is now covered in a decent amount of water.

Irina dispel the light lance and push herself off the ground. "Uh, that was such a long passage!" she grunts in annoyance, shaking around to try and get rid of the water on her body "No kidding," Kokoro agrees, standing up "I was honestly nervous that we were going in circles at one point."

All the girls get up to their feet and turn to Issei, seeing him still laying on the ground, looking slightly daze. "Come on," Kokoro calls out, crossing her arms beneath her chest. "Issei don't k—" Irina's warning fell in deaf ears when Issei kip himself up and because of the waters, he drops back to the ground, on his behind. Elise let out a giggle at the comical sight while Kokoro and Irina facepalm.

"Uhhhh" Issei groans on the floor "Get up like a normal person" Kokoro said in exasperating tone, rubbing her temple "Uh, I'm getting a headache from all this chaos and being in the water for so long" she grunts out. "Well," Irina start, turning around to look at the massive computer screen that's build on the front of the room "Let's activate that defense mechanism then we can head out and help the others end this war."

With Issei finally up on his feet, the group start making way to the computer that is dimply lit, showing it's asleep. "What are all of these machineries?" Elise question, marveling at all the high-tech machines that is scattered around the laboratory "Some of these looks like machines that stores tons of data" Issei answers "Data?" Elise ask, tilting her head in curious, never hearing such a word "It's another term for information, Elise" Kokoro informs the Princess from another land "I see, like tomes but more... High-tech!"

"I guess the word data isn't used in Shigemi because it is such an old fashion place" Issei comment, looking around and see a section of a room that holds a large metal table and bunch of colorful chemical vails are stacked on top along with other equipment's. 'Ajuka-sama really is a crazy scientist' he notes and looks elsewhere and see another table at the other end of the room that holds a weird looking machine that looks like an advance and large printer. It's built in the wall and sits on the long and thick metal table. Issei looks closely and see some white color chess pieces laid around the machine, some of the pieces had weird but intrigue rainbow color 'Those must be Evil Pieces... I wonder what's up with those rainbow ones...'

The four stops in front of the large computer. The computer is a pretty much all in one kind, the keyboard is embedded below the screen and a normal mouse is laid on the right side of the keyboard, on top of an abnormally large black mousepad. "Now looking at it in closer distance... That's one large screen" Issei comments, having to move his head a bit up to see the whole screen "Wonder how the guy hasn't ruin his eyes by now" Kokoro assert "Probably because he's a devil" Issei answers "Yeah, that must be it."

Irina drops on the comfy leather chair that stood in front of the computer. Immediately, she takes the mouse and clicks it to awake the computer. "Error, Error, Error! Biometric failed!" a woman AI's voice shouts out from the computer, the screen glows red and an X letter is flashing at the center. The four didn't catch this since their eyes are focus on the computer, but a wall of red light flash past them in a blink of an eye, almost like scanning them.

"Damn it! The mouse must have a biometric security that would read the Satan's hand!" Kokoro observe "How do we turn it off?!" Irina shout back, frantically moving the cursor around but couldn't find any icon to click. The computer continues to make a deafening alarm noise that echoes around the densely walled room.

Elise perks up when hearing a footstep and turns around to see something unexpected. "Everyone! Look behind!" she exclaims, and the three instantly turn around and are greeted with shock when seeing four figures striding out of the shadows, figures that exactly resembles them. "What in the world is this?!" Issei walks past Elise, examining the clones "Must be some kind of failsafe we activated... But, why is it us?" Kokoro question. Irina stands up and summons a bow in her right hand "Whatever is the case, we need to destroy them! Perhaps that way we can stop this alarm" she asserts and the rest nod in agreement.

"I'll take on Issei" Kokoro quickly insert, making the Hyoudou turn to her with the look of dumbfounded "Why do you sound so excited?!" "Punching you in the face always bring a smile to my face" Kokoro reply, cracking her hands while Issei mumbles something under his breath. "I'll take care of Kokoro then, since you are a close-range fighter" Irina state "Fine by me" "I shall take Irina then and Issei! You can fight me!" Elise said with excitement, clearly itching for a fight after seeing many intense matches for the past days. Issei shrugs and summons the boosted gear, turning to the clone of Elise "Let's finish this quickly! Everyone is relying on us to activate that defense" "Right!".

Vesarima: Near Stadium

Vali burst down from above with his right fist forward, but Nawin avoid it by hopping to the right and discharge another Thunder Roar Howl. Vali powers up and goes through the attack with sustaining only minor scratches in his scale mail. "You know what" Vali suddenly stop in front of Nawin "Why don't we make this more interesting" "What would that be?" Nawin reply, curious by the suggestion "I won't use my Divide" Vali announce, surprising the Makasha.

"Now that I'm at my full strength, thanks to my sister..." Vali chuckles in excitement "I've been waiting for a long time to have a serious fight with you, Nawin... Using Divide will just taint it... Winning by that is distasteful for me!" he states. The blue light that emits around the scale mail slowly fades away, signaling the Divide ability has been deactivated. A smirk form on Nawin's face, a fond smirk "That's what I always liked about you, Vali" he admits "You have pride and honor in the right place."

The two former friends stare at each other for a moment, before blasting forward and clash their right hands forward, causing a booming shockwave to erupt. Nawin push Vali's hand back and swing his left hand forward that smashes at the helmet, cracking it, then he send a right kick to the side, right hand to the chest, jumps back and gives a spin kick, smashing to the side of the helmet, cracking it even more and blasting Vali away.

Vali let out a roar, stretching his arms and legs out to regain balance. "Hehehe," he let out a chuckle, sounding like he's having fun "That's what I wanted to see, you at your best... It will be so satisfying when I defeat you!" he exclaims and blast forward in light speed. Not preparing for the sudden change of speed, Nawin didn't have time to counter when Vali shoots past him while delivering a brutal gut punch on the way, causing him to gasp in pain.

Vali turns around and shoots forward, planning on firing another fist, but Nawin disappears in black flash and reappear on top. Vali looks up and receive a kick to the face, sending him down. Vali flies to the right to miss a drop kick and counter with a backhand to Nawin's side, then a stiff kick to his stomach, sending him sliding back.

Nawin shoots his right foot back, without looking and hits the incoming Vali in the face, staggering him back. Turning around swiftly, Nawin deliver a hard-right hook that smashes right at the center of the helmet, cracking it more. Not done, Nawin brings a left elbow to the helmet sides, a high right kick, then finish it off with a spinning back right elbow to the center of the helmet, shattering it into pieces.

Nawin slowly lowers his arm and turn around to face the Lucifer. "Stiff as always" Vali comments, chuckling and looks up at Nawin "You aren't holding back" "There's no reason I need to... We are enemies" Nawin retorts without hesitation, his stoic red eyes bores into Vali's blue orbs.

Valeria sees Lucy flying forward and with precise time, brings her right palm to the left, smacking Lucy by the side of her face and sends her to the left. "Your power is dropping drastically, Flames" Valeria assert, watching and hearing hoarsely pants coming from the blonde while sensing her mana dropping to High-class reserve. "That form is doing more harm than good" Valeria state "You're burning through your mana like it's water... That form is overstaying its welcome."

'She isn't wrong' Nootau speaks from the mindscape, observing the battle 'I suggest you discard that form, Lucy... You're just wasting your mana at this point' 'B-but,' 'No, with your current state, it is useless to you. If you are in top condition then that would be an entirely different matter, but you have used it on the other Lucifer and kept in the form longer than you ever should, so don't give me complaints. I told you from the very beginning that you should never rely on this form, no matter how much power it gives you' the wolf replies wisely and sternly.

Lucy release a sigh, knowing the sacred gear is right. Blue flames envelopes Lucy, and a few second later it disburses, to reveal the Makasha in her normal form. "There we go," Valeria smirk, stretching her arms to the side "We are now in our normal form... That's fair in my book, aye?" she questions "Normal form..." Lucy whispers, her eyes slowly widen in realization "Y-you can transform?!" she asks, and Valeria's smirk widen significantly "I most definitely do possess the ability to transform... A transformation far stronger than yours."

"But," Valeria continue "I won't use it... Because there's no need of me" "I'm fine with that," Lucy starts powering up, getting to her stance "It gives me a better shot at defeating you" "Ahahaha, in your dreams, Flames" Valeria retorts, returning to her stance.

The two disappears and appear at the center, clashing their right arms together. Lucy push and send a right kick, but it gets block by Valeria lifting her right leg, then she sends a sneaky left jab aimed at Lucy's stomach, nailing it. Lucy wince and quickly send her own left fist, smashing to Valeria's face. The girls quickly fly back, and both extend their right arms. Lucy release a large flaming ball while Valeria discharge a concentrated large blue magic beam.

The Beam pierce through the flaming ball and speed toward the Makasha. With quick thinking, Lucy swipe her hand up to summon a fire wall as a line of defense. The wall was able to stop the beam for momentarily, granting Lucy time to fly to the right and successfully dodge the deathly beam that fly past her, after breaking through the walls. Valeria appears on top of the Makasha, with both her hands clench together, she swings it down in full force and connects at Lucy's head, sending her crashing down to the earth in vicious speed.

Nawin blocks Vali's incoming right hand from the side and quickly kicks him in the stomach, sending him back. Nawin glance back, trying to the find Lucy through the dust. "Don't ignore me!" Vali shouts, appear in front and send a brutal knee to the gut, knocking the wind out of the Makasha. Vali gives a combo of quick right and left punch to the face, elbow to the temple that cut Nawin's forehead, then finish it off with a roundhouse kick to the face that send the Makasha spiraling away.

Vali glance back and see Lucy laying on a deep crater, showing no signs of getting up. He quickly goes alert when seeing Valeria charging up a large blue orb in her right palm, intending to release another beam to the vulnerable blonde. "Valeria!" he shouts but is too late when she discharges the large beam down at the Makasha.

Nawin appears in front of Lucy in black flash. A large golden barrier form in front of the them and successfully blocks the beam, though by the time beam is disburse, it leaves large cracks on the barrier. Nawin drops his right arm and the barrier shatters away into bright and small shards. "What's your problem?" Valeria question, glancing at her right, seeing Vali stopping beside her "Nothing, never mind" "Got a soft spot for her?" "Drop it, Valeria" Vali retort sharply and gets an amuse smirk from the other silver-haired.

Nawin kneels in front of Lucy, lifting her head up gently with his right hand. "You ok?" he asks and sees her eyes shakily opens up "M-my body... It's alright, you just pushed yourself with that form too much and your body is feeling its backlash. Just rest now, Lucy" he whispers, softly rubbing the blonde's hair.

"B-but," Lucy looks past Nawin and to the Lucifer's "Y-you are outnumbered... I-I n-need to help" she said and tries to push herself off the ground, but it proves useless when she quickly falls back from the intense pain in her muscles. Nawin gives a reassuring smile, the smile Lucy is so used to "Don't worry, I'll handle them... You just focus on getting rest" he said and gently place her head back down.

Nawin stands up and turns around to look up at the Lucifer's. "What are you going to do now?!" Valeria shouts from above, smirking widely "Don't expect us to go easy on you just because we got you outnumbered, Makasha! We are going to destroy you... Unless you want to beg for your life?" "Beg?" Nawin repeat, a small smirk form on his lip, his eyes sharpen dangerously "You'll have a better chance of taking over the world, then see me begging for my life" he retorts.

Vali smile in reminisce "Of course you'd say that" he utters and start powering up. Blue light glows around Vali's head and when it dims down, it reveals a new scale mail helmet equipped back on his head. Valeria powers up as well, joining her brother. Nawin looks up at the Lucifer's, feeling their raw power that easily reach to Satan-class, he knows that going against the two in his current state will end in defeat. Closing his eyes, Nawin create a link to a certain dragon 'Sairex... I need you to lend me your power' he requests and receive silence for a few seconds '... Five minutes... That's all I can grant you' Sairex finally answers and with difficulty, his tone shows great concern and uncertain. A smirk slowly makes its way to the Makasha's face 'Five minutes is all I need' he replies.

Vali and Valeria descend, but they stop when witnessing gold aura start emitting around the Makasha. The sparkling golden aura shines brightly, the complete opposite to the once black aura that holds menace. Gold pigmentation form around the Nawin's eyes, his iris glows gold instead of red and his pupils shape into a slit, similar to a dragon.

"W-what is this?" Vali utters out, feeling an overwhelming amount of raw power producing from the Makasha, like a new more powerful and potent mana has awaken within him. Lucy could only just stare up at her brother's back, watching the gold sparkling aura surrounding him, never seeing or feeling anything like it before, and being so close to this potent power, it almost frightens her. The gold mana is much more soothing compare to the wild and ominous feeling that the black aura possessed. But, it still holds danger in them, like if you push it, it will kill you without hesitation and remorse.

Slowly, Nawin set his sight at the siblings and disappears in golden flash. He appears right in the middle of the frozen Lucifer's and extends his arms in blazing speed, the fists smashes at both the Lucifer's face. Valeria is send booming to leave while Vali to the right. The power behind the punch was strong enough to shatter the scale mail's helmet.

Nawin's striking gold eyes moves to Valeria and not even a second later, he appears on top of her and deliver a brutal downwards kick to her stomach, causing her to vomit out blood then is send blasting downwards to the earth. Vali regain his balance midair and was about to move when Nawin appears right in front of him. "I-impo—" he is cut off by a knee to the gut, the strike crush straight through the armor, hitting Vali's right in the stomach.

Nawin send a right palm forward, smacking it up at Vali's chin, then gives a swinging kick to the side of his bruise face, sending him spiraling away. 'Four minutes' Nawin notes and disappear again in golden flash. Valeria climbs out of the massive crater and slowly gets to her feet. She groans in pain, clutching her stomach with her left hand and opens her eyes to be met with Nawin's blazing gold orbs.

The surprise Lucifer quickly send a right hand, but Nawin easily avoid it by side stepping and counter with a right hook, which Valeria is barely able to avoid, but, as she was about to retaliate, a hard impact smash to the side of her face, sending her sliding away. 'W-what?!' she regains her footing and turn to the Makasha, seeing his right hand still being extend in the same position 'H-he didn't hit me?! Where did that blow came from?!'

Nawin's eyes never leave Valeria's, then shoots his right hand up, sending a backhand to Vali's face, who appears from behind for a sneak attack. The hard blow smash fully at the Lucifer's face and sends him flying away, crashing through numbers of large trees. 'S-such power... Where did it come from?!' Valeria question in astonish 'Vali has never informed me of this and judging by his shocked expression, this is news to him.'

Valeria powers up and charge toward Nawin while Vali gets up to his feet, his scale mail repairs itself and he flies toward the Makasha. The Lucifer's start sending barrages of punches and kicks at Nawin, who's dodging all of them skillfully, his gold eyes follows all their strikes. "Haah!" Nawin let out a loud shout and thrust both his arms apart to release an invisible force that send the Lucifer's away.

'Three minutes.' "Vali! Use your Divide!" Valeria shouts out, hunching forward to stop herself "I know!" Vali retorts in annoyance, bringing his right arm up, but before he can even open his palm, Nawin appears in front of him and snatch his wrist, stopping him. "H-how are you this strong, Nawin?" Vali utters in disbelief, looking at the Makasha's intimidating and fearsome gold slit eyes "Because I'm just better than you, Vali" Nawin reply and pulls the Lucifer in to give a devastating knee that breaks through the armor and lands right at the center of his stomach.

The whole scale mail shatter into white shards that drops to the ground, disappearing when contacting to the surface. Vali's facial expression screams pain, his eyes widen immensely and his mouth agape, unable to even gasp out in pain by the blow that knocks all the wind out of his lungs, blood starts dripping from the corners of his lip. Nawin release Vali's wrist and moves to the side, allowing him to collapse face-first on the ground.

'Two minutes.' Nawin turns around to see a familiar blue beam speeding towards him. With a swipe of his right hand, he redirects the blast away with ease, but it took his attention away for a split second, giving Valeria an opening to appear in front of him and deliver a hard-right hand to his face.

"U-uh!?" Valeria's grinning expression morph to disbelief, watching her punch did no effect, seeing her fist implanted in the Makasha's cheek. Nawin slowly and casually turn his face to look at Valeria, completely ignoring the fist that's on his face "That's a punch?" he questions and returns with a brutal uppercut to Valeria's stomach that knocks the wind out of her lungs.

Nawin retracts his hand and brings it up to the Lucifer's neck, grabbing it and chokeslams her to the ground. Nawin lift his left hand up, ready to finish it, but quickly turn around and moves his left hand back to block an incoming magic blast. Valeria quickly send her foot at the Makasha's chest, pushing herself away from his loosen grip and slides off.

Nawin cuss and swipe the smoke away from his steaming palm, then looks forward to see Vali was the one who fired the attack. He is barely standing and isn't in his scale mail form, just his normal and heavily bruised form. "That ain't enough to defeat me... Nawin" Vali spat through his panting tone, grinning widely "You're going to have to do better than that!"

'One minute' Sairex reminds 'The second the time runs out, I'm forcibly stopping it, Nawin-kun... Before you end up hurting yourself.' Nawin appears in front of Vali "Next time," is all he whispers before delivering a final vicious punch to the gut that instantly knocks the Lucifer out cold. Vali's eyes slowly lose its shine and he falls past the fist and drops to the ground on his front.

Hearing a chuckle from behind, Nawin turns around and see Valeria having an exciting and exhilarating smirk plastered on her face. "You know... I got to thanked you for thi—" she is interrupt by a fist smashing to her mouth, sending her barreling away and crashing through a tree. "Sorry, but I don't have time for chitchat" Nawin appears over Valeria laid form with a demonic lightning charging in his right hand, but instead of the usually black lightning, this one is pure white with gold outline.

Valeria unexpectedly let out a chuckle through her bleeding mouth "Kukuku... You aren't the only one with hidden powers" she remarks and extend both her hands up, discharging a violent wind torrent that send Nawin blasting away. The wind effects the lightning and redirect it to Nawin. He screams in pain when feeling the lightning shocking his whole body, but he is able to quickly dispel it before it could deal a significant amount of damage.

Nawin drops to the ground, feeling his whole-body aching in excruciating pain from the electric current coursing within. Nawin suddenly feels new pain entering his body and his eyes start burning 'D-damn' 'That's your limit! The damage you just received pushed you! I'm cutting it!' Sairex shouts and retract his power from the Makasha. The gold aura around Nawin disburses, the gold pigmentation fades away, his eyes return to the normal brown orbs, the slit pupils shape back to a circle, and his power takes a significant drop.

Valeria sees this, watching with intrigue, but slowly amusement sets in when she felt how much power the Makasha just lost the moment that gold aura disappears. Valeria grins and start laughing wildly "Ahahaha! So, you were running on borrowed time?! Oh man, you blew it!" she spat, insulting the Makasha "A shame really... Because I was going to show you my real power, but" her amusing smirk turn dark "I guess showing to you at this state will still do well... You can be my play thing."

Nawin silently cuss and slowly gets up to his feet, feeling his mana has been severely cut and his body aches in pain from every big movement. "Now," Valeria slide her right foot forward, stretching her arms to the sides, opening the palms, and hunch forward ever slightly "Let me show you the true power of a Pureblooded Devil!"

Outside Vesarima

A entire mountain suddenly implode when two figures trades blows right in front of it. Sirzech and Rizevim glares at each other fiercely, their right arms grind against one another, pushing forward. Sirzech extend his left hand up, crimson orb form on the palm. Rizevim quickly flap his twelve wings and flies back as Sirzech discharges a barrage of destruction blasts. Dodging all the attack in god-like reflexes, Rizevim avoids all the dangerous crimson blasts with ease.

Sirzech appears on top of Rizevim with his right palm pointed down at him. With a loud shout, Sirzech discharge a dense destruction blast near point blank-range. The blast envelopes the Old-Satan and hits the earth, causing an eruption of a massive explosion that stretch for a dozen meters wide and deep, destroying every single little thing it touches, not leaving a spec of bits, showcasing the frightening ability that the Power of Destruction possessed.

Rizevim appears from the right and gives a brutal and surprise elbow to the Satan's face, sending him sliding away. Rizevim extend his right arm and shoots out a yellow magic orb that hits Sirzech in the chest, sending him flying back with it. The orb suddenly ignites to a thunderous explosion. "Hah!" a loud shout erupt within the smoke and a powerful wind disburses the dense dark clouds away to reveal Sirzech floating in the center, his body emits with crimson light and no injuries can be seen on him.

Crimson orbs form around Sirzech and with extending his right arm, sends all of them to Rizevim, but instead of having the orbs go at a frontal attack, he moves all of them to the sides, up, and bottom. Then, with a close of his palm, all the orbs shoot to Rizevim from every direction possible, leaving no room to dodge. With a wide grin on his face, Rizevim quickly extends both his arms out to create a yellow hexagon barrier that surrounds him. The orbs collide with the barrier and ignite in a massive and deafening crimson explosion that send tremors for miles away and create a huge black smoke in the sky that can dwarf an entire village.

Sirzech's cold and serious expression twitch to anger when sensing Rizevim's mana signature still there, in the dense smoke. 'That barrier was able to withstand all of my destruction orbs?' Sirzech question and sees the smoke disburses away by a wind current coming from the inside. When the view is clear Rizevim can be seen floating in midair, still in the yellow barrier and not sustained a single injury. The hexagon barrier shatters and disappear when Rizevim brought his arms down "My Omnipotent Barrier will shield me from almost anything! It gets stronger by the amount of mana I add into it... And I have almost limitless of it!" he boasts smugly, grinning evilly.

Crimson aura starts emitting around Sirzech, his eyes turn crimson then slowly lift his right hand, pointing at Rizevim "Let's test just how long that shield can withstand my Power of Destruction, Rizevim" Sirzech challenge, a sizeable crimson orb form on the palm, charging up. Just as Sirzech about to discharge his attack, a sudden magic signature skyrocketed from the west, catching both Satan's attention. "What?!" Sirzech snap to the left, his sight focuses on the direction where the Stadium is "T-this type m-mana... I-it can't be?!" he utters in completely disbelief and shock tone, matching with his expression 'Could that person be the sixth?!'

"Kukukuku," Rizevim's dark chuckle snaps Sirzech out of his shock and turn to him, seeing the ominous and exhilarating grin plastered on his face "So she was able to make it here... And is using that... Just as I hoped." Rizevim turns to Sirzech "Your precious Black Flash will live his final breathes today" he states, strongly. "Hmm," a smirk form on Sirzech's face "Don't you dare go underestimating him again, Rizevim... That kid is stronger than you could ever imagine."

Vesarima: Near Stadium

Nawin could only stare with wide eyed, watching the violent black aura exploding from the Lucifer, different color from the blue before. The aura is different compare to normal, this is more jagged and fierce flame-like appearance compare to the explosive and smooth or flowing appearance of normal aura. Red lightning sparks around her and some lose control and shoots to the grounds and trees, cutting and destroying them. The menacing expression never leaves from Valeria face, her sharp eyes stare right at Nawin, piercing to his heart. Slowly, her pale skin starts darkening to crimson hue color, twelve pairs of devil wings sprout out from her back.

Valeria expression harden, closing her eyes and clenching both her hands tightly into a fist "Ahhhhhhhhh!" she screams out, the aura around her enlarge and shoots up to the sky while violent tremors start erupting around the area that feels like it can be felt for miles away. Slowly, two devil-like horns protrude from the sides Valeria's head, the black horns stop when it reaches six inches up, about the height of what ordinary people would believe devils to have. A black tail sprouts out from Valeria's backbone, the tail is completely muscle with no hair, and the tip of it is shape like a sharp arrow, that looks like it can pierce through flesh.

Elsewhere: Hill

"T-this power" Asia stutters, her expression shows great concern as she holds both her hands together, clenching it softly. "It's... Close to Nii-chan" Koneko observe, her expression too show concern, feeling the immense power toward the north. Asia start concentrating hard, trying to investigate this dark aura. Her vision shows a black line and she follows it through the void of light, then when reaching the end, there's a large black light just floating there, in the world of light.

The black light slowly morphs into a humanoid form, almost a person made of mana. The thing turns around and Asia is horrified to see the glowing red slit eyes and a wide mouth grinning at her, showing their sharp and terrifying teeth. The thing suddenly breaks into a sprint and head toward the frozen Makasha. "Kyaaaa!" Gasper and Koneko turn to the blonde immediately when hearing her scream out of nowhere, stumbling back and falls to the ground.

"Asia!" Gasper runs to the blonde, kneeling beside her and sees her scared expression, her body shaking uncontrollably from fear. Koneko kneel at the other side and quickly grasp the blonde's hand, giving a comfort squeeze "What did you sensed?" she ask in a knowing tone "T-that mana" Asia stutter out, clenching the Rook's hand tightly "I-it's frightening... O-Onii-chan i-is in danger!"

Vesarima: Near Stadium

Valeria opens her eyes and it looks completely different from before. The cold blue is now gone and replace with heelish red color iris with slit pupils, and her sclera is no longer white but pitch black, giving her a horrifying and demonic appearance that match with the rest of her transformation. The mana slowly compresses in size and now flows around her, red lightning cracks occasionally around the black aura. A satisfying and exhilarating smirk form on Valeria's face, her eyes moves away from her hands and to the shocked Makasha.

"This..." Valeria starts, stretching her arms to the sides, revealing the full display of her transformation "This power, this form, it all originated to what us devil used to look like... For countless millenniums we evolved in so many ways like our appearance, intelligent, and power, but our origin's power is still the purest... More potent... More uncontrollable... More powerful. Only the Pureblooded Devils of the past have ascended to this form" Valeria smirk evilly, pointing at herself "I'm the sixth in that line... Having the blood of Lucifer certainly gives you a higher chance of tapping into this kind of power."

Nawin snap out of the shock and harden his expression. He powers up, causing black aura to explode around him, cracking the ground and splitting trees. Nawin kick off the ground and speed toward the Lucifer. He swings a right hand forward, when inches away from Valeria's face, but, he suddenly disappears and reappear from behind and bring his fist forward in full force.

Without looking, Valeria brings her right arm up and over her shoulder, catching the Makasha's hand in her palm from behind. Smirking, she brings her arm forward and throws Nawin over her shoulder, tossing him to the ground in front. Nawin quickly gets to his feet and with a loud shout, swing his right hand forward to fire a high-pressure wind blast to the Lucifer, who disappears in a blur before the attack could touch her.

Valeria appears in front of Nawin, surprising him, but before he can attack, Valeria bring her right hand up and flick the Makasha's forehead, sending him barreling away. Nawin quickly disappears in black flash and reappear on top of the Satan, but before he can even strike an offence, Valeria shoots her left hand up and sock him in the face with such force it sends him to the sky.

Valeria appears from above and brings her right foot down, smashing it at the Makasha's back, the brutal kick cause him to shout in pain before he is send blasting down, crashing to the earth. Valeria appears on the ground and watch Nawin slowly crawls out from the crater. He leaves the hole and drops to all fours then proceeds to coughs out blood, the red liquid splatter on the once green grass.

Nawin cuss and looks up to see Valeria standing a couple of meters away, her arms cross behind to her back, waiting for him to make the next move. 'Something isn't right here...' Nawin notes, wiping the blood from his lip and returns to his feet 'Her mana has definitely increased drastically compare to previously... But, it is at a level of a Satan, a level I can equal with, but our strength is in a completely different world. Her mana isn't matching with her tremendous power?!' 'Perhaps she has transcended to a whole other level that even you can't sense it' Tairex throws in the comment, though doesn't sound like he cared much about it 'That could be the case...' Sairex joins in, contemplating about this new fact.

Getting bored and tired of waiting, Valeria speed toward Nawin. She starts spinning and when near, send a right foot down that gets block by Nawin's right arm. Valeria smirk and brings her other foot to the Makasha's face, but it gets caught by the left hand. With all his hands occupied, Valeria snap a backhand down and hits the top of Makasha's head, stunning him momentarily and losses the grip on her. Valeria brings her feet down and send a right hook to Nawin's face, then left jab, right downwards hook to the head, left palm to the chest, a right uppercut to the stomach, and finish it off with a roundhouse kick smashing to the face that sends the Makasha spiraling away in the air.

A red orb form on the tip of Valeria's index finger and it discharges to a red beam that completely envelopes the vulnerable Makasha in midair. The beam passes away and reveal a heavily battered and bruised Nawin that comes plummeting to the ground. His shirt and jacket has been completely vaporized while his jean holds many cuts.

Nawin slowly open his eyes and press his hands to the ground, trying to push himself up. Valeria watch on in impress, seeing the Makasha shakily gets back to his feet. "Not bad, Nawin" she commends "Surviving that beam... You should have been dead, but I guess you used your mana as a shield to not make it the case" she knowingly state, watching the heavily panting Makasha.

'Use it...' a soft voice whispers in Nawin's mind, causing him to look down at the mark. Sairex gets alert, hearing the same voice ringing in the mindscape 'Nawin-kun! Don't resort to that power!' he shouts out and was about to continue but felt the link is suddenly severed by the Makasha's doing. 'Huh,' Tairex smirk, laying on the mat while watching the battle transpired from the large screen 'Looks like the kid is desperate.'

Valeria smirk when witnessing the look of desperation in the Makasha's red eyes 'Good, I want to see the power of the mark... I can see now why Ophis chose you, but I still want to see more!' Black aura form into existence and swirl violently around Nawin 'You want me to use it, Ophis... Then I will' he notes with a smirk, knowing the Dragon God is watching this battle somewhere.

The mark glows brightly and start spreading over the Makasha's body, the black aura start being taint by purple while Nawin's pupils shape into slit, like a dragon. With no shirt to cover anything, Valeria can see the full display of the mark that's slither over the Makasha's body like a snake, etching and sinking into his body. The mark halts when it covers half of the body, Valeria looks at Nawin "So, you can maintain control of it? I'm honestly surprised... Last time I saw you using it, you went berserk" she states.

"I won't allow myself to loss control like that" Nawin asserts, bringing his right hand forward and clench into a fist "This power won't control me... No one controls me" "Sorry to bust your burbles, but" Valeria crosses her arms under her breast, chuckling in amusement "Right now, even with the mark's power... You don't stand a chance against me or even have the hopes to land a hit on me. You want to know something fascinating about this form?" Valeria ask and receive no reply, instead Nawin just stare coldly at her, though doesn't attack, showing he is willing to listen "This transformation right here," Valeria points out herself, red lightning cracks around "Multiplies my power by a hundred times!"

Nawin cold expression breaks into shock and disbelief when hearing that "I-impossible..." he manages to utter out through his shock "No transformation should increase the user's power by that much degree!" he shouts, deciding to not believe the Lucifer's word. "Want to test my claim then?" Valeria suggest, bring her hands up and gesture with her index finger to the Makasha, telling him to attack.

Not a second later, Nawin appears in front of Valeria with the twisted etcher in the right hand and swings it down. Valeria shoots her left hand up, shattering through the sword and rams her fist to the Makasha's face, sending him sliding away. The Lucifer jumps forward and gives a right knee to the chin that cause Nawin to spin back and slams face-first to the ground while Valeria lands in front of him.

Valeria hunch down and grab Nawin by the neck, pulling him up "Now do you get it?" she questions and swing a left hand to his face "I've transcend to a level that only you could dream of getting. A half-devil like you who used to be human will never get the taste of this kind of power. You may have beaten my brother, but it was honestly because his personally feeling and pride was in a way... If he went all out you'd be laid down before I got the chance to deal with you" she states and swing another punch, battering the Makasha's face.

Valeria loosen her grip and extend a right foot to Nawin's stomach, knocking him away and crashes through a thick tree. The Lucifer was about to take a step forward until a hand snatch at her ankle "S-stop," a soft voice begs, and Valeria looks down to see Lucy on the ground, on her knees "Hu-hurting him" she pants out in exhaustion, glaring up.

A big smirk form on Valeria's face as an idea pop in her mind "I commend you for pushing yourself this hard to help your brother, but you should have stayed down" she asserts. Lucy gasp in pain when feeling something hard wraps around her stomach, she looks down and see it's the Lucifer's tail. The tail carry Lucy in front, Valeria cock her head forward to near the Makasha's ear "I've got used for you" she whispers in menacing tone and Lucy is move forward.

Nawin push the tree that is pinning him away and quickly gets to his feet. "Over here, Nawin" Valeria calls out, making him look to the left and his eyes widen in shock and concern when seeing Lucy being held up by the tail. Anger quickly sets in the older Makasha "Don't even think about teleporting..." Valeria speaks, moving the tail's sharp tip to Lucy's chest, resting it right where her heart is "One simple push and she's dead" she remark, grinning darkly, her demonic eyes glows in delight.

Gritting his teeth together and clenching his hands tightly that his knuckles turn white "What do you want?!" Nawin spat "Simple... I want you to use the mark's full power... Like at the summit" Valeria answers "I gave you the pleasure to see me in this form and it will be waste when I get no challenge out of it... Now, either you entertain me or," the Lucifer suddenly punch Lucy's back, causing the blonde to shout out in pain and cough out blood.

"Valeriaaaa!" Nawin yells out in rage, about to teleport "Teleport and she's dead!" Valeria reminds, the tail's tip dives inches in the blonde's chest, drawing blood and the sight freezes the older Makasha. Blood drips from Lucy's lips and her eyes are wide in pain, the sight hurts Nawin greatly, the feeling of hopelessness start setting in and there's only one thing left for him to do to get rid of it. Nawin lower his head, causing the black bangs to cover his eyes "... Let her go and I'll give you what you want" he utters, stoically "You don't make demands here" Valeria retorts, displease "Use it or I'll entertain myself with your precious sister, Nawin."

Valeria is catch by surprise when the response she gets is a sinister smirk forming on Nawin's lip. The mark's pattern glows like flames and start spreading, covering all his body. Nawin's canine teeth sharpen, his aura completely changes to the menacing purple. 'N-no...' Lucy thinks, watching her brother giving himself to the mark while Valeria watch on in fascination and excitement, feeling the dark and sinister power coming from the Black Flash, the whole area that tremoring from the amount of mana being release.

The smirk on Nawin's face start spreading into a massive and terrifying grin, showing his sharp teeth. His hair hovers wildly and his nails sharpen, looking like claws. "Gaaaaaahhhhh!" he lets out a wild roar that is strong enough to produce a shockwave that level the whole place, sending trees off the ground and causing the earth to implode. Nawin slowly turns to look at Valeria and gives her glare, freezing her in shock, the menace and evil behind the glare is something the Lucifer did not foreseen.

Nawin zooms forward in godly speed and swing a devastating right hand to the Lucifer's face, sending her shooting out of the forest and to the air. Lucy drops to the ground and Nawin completely ignores her to give chase to the Lucifer. Valeria flab her wings to regain her posture, then moves to the right to avoid a kick from the left. The force behind the kick is so great that it creates violent wind blast. Valeria counters with a right fist, but it gets snatch by the Makasha's hand and he deliver a massive headbutt that sends the other flying back.

'His power... It just keeps increasing!' Valeria watch Nawin jumps forward, intending to slash her with his claw, but she counter with a thrust of a palm that release a power invisible force to send the Makasha away. Nawin lands on all fours when hitting the ground, like a dragon, then quickly zooms away in speed, reappear from the side and swings a right foot that smash at Valeria's face, sending her away.

Nawin is grinning the whole time, his eyes gleam in delight. "Ahhhhhh!" he roars and charge forward, walking in the air. Valeria brings her right palm up and catch a fist aimed for the face, then counter by sweeping the Makasha's feet and bring her left foot down, slamming it to his chest, blasting him to the earth.

"Try surviving this!" Valeria thrust her right hand down, opening her palm "Devastation Ball!" she exclaims, discharging a gigantic red sphere that speed down and impact the Makasha that's laid on the ground. The sphere ignites in a massive explosion that annihilates a portion of the forest. "Raaahhhhh!" A booming roar comes from the smoke, scattering it away to reveal Nawin standing at the center of the deep crater that is covered in fire, holding third-degree burns and gruesome injuries all over his body, but they all start regenerating in accelerating speed.

"T-the mark is healing him that fast?!" Valeria whisper in astonish, but quickly compose herself when seeing the Makasha disappears once again, leaving nothing but destruction in his path. A red orb form on Valeria's right palm, readying for the wild Makasha to appear at anything, then he appears in front and slam his right palm on Valeria's, crushing through the orb, shocking the woman. Nawin clench on the Lucifer's hand and gives a gut-wrenching uppercut to the abdomen with the left hand, knocking the wind out of Valeria, then Nawin pulls back and start spinning her around, keeping an ironclad grip on her hand.

After dozens of blazing spins, Nawin release the Lucifer, aiming her down, watching her crash to the earth. Nawin brings his right arm forward and demonic lightning start charging around the hand, the black lightning is now replaced with the menacing purple. Snapping his eyes down at the Lucifer, seeing her getting up. Nawin lets out a roar and blast down, with the demonic lightning at his side.

Valeria surprise the Makasha by discharging another Devastation Ball in a quick fashion, catching him off-guard and the sphere impacts, erupting in an explosion. Smirking in satisfaction, watching the huge black smoke spreading in the sky "The mark's power can't be understated, but it's still ain't enough to kill me" she remarks. A sound of lightning cracking emits from the right, making Valeria turn and is shocked to see Nawin standing there, grinning menacingly then thrust the attack forward, penetrating it through her chest and ripping from the back.

Nawin rips his hand out and kicks the Lucifer away, watching her spiraling off and crashes to the ground. "This is what you want, right?" he finally speaks in a deep tone, striding toward the laid Lucifer "To be defeated, to know what hopelessness feels like, to be scared" he carries on with a dark smirk, showing the Nawin the others knows and love is gone and replace with a sinister persona that the mark has released.

Nawin stop in front of the Lucifer and hunch down to grab her, but a sound of blood splatter to the ground halts him and he looks down to see Valeria's tail penetrating through his stomach and popping from the back. Valeria giggles and turn her head around to look at him "Don't get cocky" she retorts, bringing the tail back and shoots from the ground then deliver a backhand to the Makasha's face, staggering him back.

Valeria thrust her right hand to Nawin's stomach, a red orb form on the palm "It's over" she asserts and push the orb forward to impact the Makasha. The orb grows in size until it completely envelopes him and speed away, taking Nawin with it. The orb smash into a large rock laid randomly in the forest and the impact cause it to ignite in a large explosion that sends tremors for miles away, black smoke start pouring out from the forest.

Valeria smirk in great joy, but her expression drastically changes to pain and she drops to her knees, panting hoarsely and sweating profusely "L-looks like I've reached my limit... Shit" she cusses. The twelve wings retract, the tail slowly move back to the backbone, the crimson hue skin slowly fades back to creamy white, the horns recline back into the skull, the black sclera slowly slither back to the corner of the eyes, returning to normal white, the pupils widen back to circle, and the red iris fades away, returning to cold blue orbs.

Taking a moment to adjust her breather, Valeria slowly gets back to her feet and takes a few steps forward but stumbles and falls forward, but instead of dropping onto the grass, she lands on a hard but warm surface. Valeria opens her eyes to see Vali, he grabs underneath her legs and push her up, carrying her on his back.

"Vali..." Valeria whisper, a soft smile graces her lip "I told you not to use that form... Now you're useless for the rest of the day" he replies sternly, his expression clearly shows displease and anger. The smile on Valeria's face quickly replace with a frown "It's my power! I can do whatever I want" she retorts "I'm your brother... It's my job to keep you safe" Vali give his own retorts and it surprise Valeria, since he rarely admits to something like that. Valeria burry her face into his back to not hide her smile "Whatever" she replies in a whisper, dropping the subject.

Vali sighs then returns serious and looks to the right at the cloud of black smoke surrounding part of the forest. He stares hard at the smoke, trying to sense if the Makasha is alive. "K-ku" a voice comes from behind, making Vali turn around to see Lucy crawling towards him, covering in bruises and cuts. "Y-you" she utters, glaring up at Vali with her teary eyes.

The Lucifer's cold expression crack when seeing the state that the young Makasha is in, and quickly tear his gaze away to hide his face from her, the look of regret shown on his face. Vali stare at the smoke one more time before leaving in speed, disappearing in a blur.

Seeing the Lucifer's gone, Lucy drags her battered body toward the smoke, seeing fire start spreading around the trees and grass. 'B-big brother... Please be ok' she begs in her mind, not able to sense his mana in the flames.

A footstep is heard from behind, walking toward the young Makasha. Lucy glance behind to see Ophis, in her young form, slowly striding toward the smoke. Lucy, not knowing who it is just stare at the Deity, but she can tell that the person is bad news, judging by her stoic expression that is devoid of any emotions and the dark vibe she carries.

Ophis walk past Lucy without sparing a glance, her sight solely focuses on the flames. Lucy was about to speak but is cut by a pebble being thrown from the side, narrowly missing Ophis by her face. The pebble lands on the ground and create a small puff of dust, showing just how much force was behind it. Lucy turns to the right, up at one of the trees and her expression morph into horror 'N-no... Not her!' she utters, seeing Sayomi sitting on a branch, looking at the Deity.

Ophis's stoic gaze stare back at the Pureblood Vampire's sharp eyes and watch her jumps off the branch to land a few meters away, blocking her path. Ophis's lip twitch into a frown, her grey eyes glow dimly in annoyance "Sayomi Dracul..." she utters out the name, coldly "Ophis..." Sayomi reply in stoic tone, her blood red eyes pierce in the Dragon's grey orbs. The two god-like beings stare at one another, being in eye contact is enough to cause the grounds to crack and trees bending backwards.

"Step aside" Ophis command and sees the Pureblood doesn't budge an inch "You... Pureblood!" she spat out in impatient and release powerful wind waves that speed toward the Vampire. The wind is sharp enough to cut through the trees and scar the earth. Sayomi release some of her mana, causing the pink aura to emit around her and it blocks the wind attack with ease, disbursing it into harmless breezes that blows past her.

Before things could escalate, both pause and glance back to the fire, seeing a figure standing in it and suddenly takes a step out of the flames to reveal Nawin, who is covered in gruesome burn marks and bleeding, deep cuts. He struggles a few steps forward and when fully out of the flames, collapses to the ground. The mark's pattern glows brightly and start regenerating the boy, healing all the vital wounds. When it's done, it slowly retracts back to the catalyst on the neck.

Ophis makes way to the Makasha but stops when Sayomi extend her right hand to the prone boy, opening her palm, ready to attack. The action catches the Dragon God by surprise, her usual stoic eyes widen ever slightly. Though, the feeling of surprise quickly disappears and a small amusing grin form on her lip. In an instant, Ophis extend her right arm to the vulnerable Makasha and fire a small, thin, concentrated purple beam from her index finger. Sayomi quickly reacts and brings her right hand to the side and smack the attack to away. The beam penetrates through numbers of trees before hitting the ground and disappear.

Ophis's smirk widen slightly when seeing the action, the Pureblood took "You can't fool me," she speaks "You wouldn't allow death to befall on the boy." Sayomi grit her teeth and glares darkly at the Dragon "You touch him..." she starts, pointing her right arm to Ophis, palm open "And I'll erase you" "... It doesn't matter." A black door crack into existence behind Ophis and opens up "I'll wait... Wait for him to come to me" she said, staring at the unconscious form of the Makasha, then returns to Sayomi "I'm intrigue to see what you'll do when that time comes..." she comments, tauntingly.

Sayomi release a doom blast at the smirking Dragon God, but the portal moves forward, swallowing Ophis and shuts from existence. The doom blast goes into the forest and incinerate through dozens of trees before it impacts the ground to ignite in a thunderous explosion that wipes out a large portion of the forest. Sayomi drops her arm to the side and turns around to look at the prone Makasha. Lucy walks into view and stop in front of Sayomi, her arms spread to the sides, barely standing up, her feet shaking from the pain and exhaustion.

Sayomi stare at the young girl with blank eyes "Y-you don't touch h-him" Lucy spat out through panting breathe. Sayomi brings her right hand up and Lucy's eyes widen then quickly shuts it, ready for the attack, but instead receive a flick in the forehead that sends her barreling back, stopping beside Nawin.

Grunting from the new pain in her forehead and the rest of her body still aching painfully. Lucy is able to push herself up and look forward, seeing the Pureblood Vampire is gone. "Huh?" she looks around and is surprise to sees no sign of the silver-haired woman "She left..." Lucy release a breath of relief, then quickly turn to her brother.

Lucy push herself up and sit on her knees, using it as a surface to lay Nawin's head. She places her hand on his chest and smile in relief when feeling a faint heartbeat on her palm "Thank goodness..." she whispers with tears dripping down her eyes, hugging her unconscious brother tightly "Big bro... I'm sorry... I'm sorry I couldn't protect you!"
