At the east, near at the end of Kuoh, two police car can be seen parking near an alleyway. "My god, who could have done this?" one of the cops place his hand over his mouth, staring at the dismembered female body laying on the end of the dark alleyway "Seems like the reports wasn't a joke after all" the female cop utters, looking up to see severed legs hanging on a lamp post and a severed head on the ground next to the bloody torso.

Time Skip

Nawin yawn loudly which catch the attention of Issei, who's walking beside him "Didn't get enough sleep?" "Yeah, Akeno forced me to play a game with her all night..." he replies, then quickly notice his friend's perverted face, making him bump his head "Ow!" "Not that kind of game you idiot, I meant video games" Issei rubs his head and nod "Oh cool, I have to deal with the same thing with Rias-chan, though it's watching anime all night".

"Good morning Nawin-kun, Issei-kun" Yuuto greets, walking toward the two "Hey Yuuto/Blondie" the two greet back, before all three make their way to school. After a few minutes of peaceful and quiet walking, Issei notice they are near the Academy and he stop.

Nawin and Yuuto both halt and turn back to the brown-haired, looking at him, questionably "What's wrong Issei-kun" the Yuuto ask "Why don't be ditched school and have a boy's day out" Issei suggest with a grin "We will be scolded by Buchou if we skip school just for that" Yuuto reply, crossing his arms and send a slightly stern look "Oh come on! We guys never hang out together before, skipping school one day won't kill us or anything" Issei reply, trying to convince the two.

Yuuto thinks for a minute and shrugs "I guess it won't be a problem and you're right about us never hanging out, so it could be fun" he gives in and smile. The two turns to the Makasha, who just yawn "Whatever, I don't care" he utters, making Issei grin and grab the two by the wrist and start dragging them away from school.

Kokoro, who is leaning on a tree branch in front of the school gate shake her head at her king's action "I would normally kick his ass and bring him back, but I'll let it slide this time" she mutter and jump down the tree, then heads to the school's main building.

East of Kuoh

"Never been in this side of Kuoh before" Yuuto looks at all the different veraity of shops they are walking past "This area is pretty much were you shop for stuff like clothes, anime, games, furniture, and others" Nawin reply in his usual blank tone as he looks forward and see Issei walking ahead of the them, trying to look for something.

"Nawin-kun, can I ask you a question that's been bothering me for a while now?" Yuuto question, leaning near the black-haired boy, who nod in response "How were you able to create the Twisted Etcher and the Gunblade?". Nawin look at the blonde, slightly surprise by the unexpected question, but decide to answer, "As you know my sacred gear allow me to create anything that's made of shadows, in other term. I can create any kind of weapons that's limited to my imagination" the blonde looks at him with surprise expression.

"S-so you mean you can pretty much create any type of weapons?!" Nawin nod "Yes, I can create a whip, shotgun, sharp knuckles, and others, but things like Twisted Etcher and Gunblade are more special because it's all originally created by me... after all I'm sure no one have ever thought of putting a motorbike engine in a sword and chainsaw on its blades" he replies, making the Knight chuckle "Quite true".

"WE ARE HERE!!" Issei suddenly yells, causing the two to turns and find themselves in a motorbike shop. Yuuto blinks, wondering what they are doing here "Umm Issei-kun, why are we in a motorbike shop?" the Hyoudou grin "Isn't it obvious! We are going to get our own bikes, then we will get all the ladies" he replies with a perverted smile. Nawin mentally facepalm and is now considering going back to school or better yet to his soft and comfortable bed that is waiting for him at home.

Yuuto examine all the sports bike section "I will admit that some of them look cool, but what's getting the ladies part mean exactly?" he ask and turn to see Issei getting on one of the bike "Well, I heard from the internet that girls always love men on expansive sport bike, so if we have one of these! Dozens of girls will be swarming around us!".

"Issei, do you even have a driver's license?" Nawin ask and see the Hyoudou pause, making him sigh "I thought so" Issei get off the bike, crossing his arm and huffs "Well, do you have one?!" "Yes I actually do" Nawin bring out his wallet and pull his driver license out "Same with me" Yuuto shows Issei his own one "Wait what the hell, how did you guys get it?!" he ask in shock "You can get them when you've turn 17, idiot" Nawin reply, putting his license back.

"Anyway, Issei, you don't have to worry, I'm sure I can help get you something" Nawin reply with a smirk and walk to the counter lady with Yuuto following behind him. Issei suddenly feel chills running down is spine 'Oh no".

Time Skip

In the quiet shopping mall at the east side of Kuoh, people perk up when hearing a loud engine noise zooming past the streets. After a few minute, they are surprise to see a Red Ducati bike parking in the front of the theater with a Green Ninja bike also parking beside it.

"You're right, Nawin-kun, this is fast" Yuuto take off his helmet and look to his right, seeing the Makasha doing the same "My father is quite a bike's fan, so I know these stuff" he replies then gets off the Ducati and turn around to see a lot of middle age woman's and school girls looking at them with hearts in their eyes, making him sweat drop 'Well I'll give it to Issei, he is right about that fact'.

The two leans against their bikes and wait for a couple of minute, then they perk up when hearing a squeaky and noisy engine coming toward them. The boys turn to see Issei riding a white scooter toward them. Yuuto bring his hands near his mouth to contain his laughter while Nawin opening chuckle at ridiculous sight, what make it funnier is Issei's expression which contains nothing but annoyance and embarrassment.

"Nice bike Issei, where did you get that from... your grandma?" Nawin tease and watch the Hyoudou park beside them, then takes of his child-like helmet and throw it toward the Makasha, who catch it easily "SHUT IT TEME!!! DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE GIVE ME THE LOOKS WHEN I WAS PASSING BY!!" he yell.

"Hey, it's not my fault that they will only allow you to ride a scooter if you don't have a driver's license" Nawin reply and throw the helmet in to the scooter's basket. "Good thing with all the missions we've done, we were able to afford these" Yuuto said, petting his new bike.

"Hey kids!" a deep voice yell, making the three turns to see a police officer walking toward them. Issei gets nervous while the other two raise their eyebrows "Is there something wrong officer?" Nawin ask "Yes, this area is going to be close in a few minutes, so we need to ask you guys to leave for your own safety" he answer.

"Did something happen here?" Yuuto ask making the officer nod "Yes, but it's still under investigation, we will be handling it, so don't worry". Nawin look skeptical at that claim and close his left eyes while his right eye shine red. The police look surprise at his though quickly, his eyes turn blank and glow green "Tell us what happened here to make you close a populated area" Nawin ask in a monotone voice while the other two look at him in worry.

"There was a gruesome crime reported late last night, couple of officers went to investigate and found a mutilated woman, her body was spread around the alleyway... it's the most gruesome crime we ever witness" the police answer monotonously. Nawin nod "I see, do you have any suspects at hand?" "No, we can't even determine the woman's identity since her face has been ripped into pieces" Nawin's eyes narrow when hearing this new information "Where is the crime scene location?" "It's at the end of the east block from here".

Nawin close his right eye then open both, showing it now normal brown color. The older man shake his head and look at the three confuse "We will leave right away, Officer" Nawin said, getting on his bike, then turns to the two and signal them to follow.

Kuoh Woods

Rias spins to the side, narrowly dodging a lightning strike speeding toward her. She stops and look up to see Akeno walking toward her with both her hand creak in lightning. Rias lift her right leg up and send it to the ground to create a crimson destruction wave blast, Akeno response by slamming both her hand to the ground to create her own lightning wave.

The two magic waves hit each other and ignite in a gigantic explosion that cause the whole forest shake. Rias is catch by surprise when Akeno speed through the smoke and deliver a punch to her face, sending her flying through a tree while Akeno land on the ground and reside her wings.

Rias groan in pain and slowly stand back up, rubbing her bruise cheek. She snaps her eyes open to see a lightning bolt speeding toward her. Rias's eyes flash red, showing her turning serious and her whole body explodes in demonic crimsom mana, then, she lifts her right hand up and grab the lightning bolt, shocking the Himejima.

Rias spins and throw the lightning bolt back to Akeno, who lift her right hand up and flick her fingers to dispel attack before it could reach her.

"Whao, you two should slow down before the whole city hears this" Xenovia and Koneko walk into the area and take in at all the gigantic craters on the ground and dozens of broken trees. Rias sigh and lower her power "Yeah, we got carried away" Akeno breathe out and lower her power, making, the lightning mama around her to disburse.

"I wonder were did the boys disappear to?" Xenovia said, catching the two's attention "Have they gone missing?" Rias ask, not informed of this since she and Akeno been training all morning and decided to head to school at lunch. "Well not missing, Kokoro caught them going to the east side of Kuoh and saying it was the pervert idea, he suggest the idea of an all-boys out" Xenovia reply, making the Germory sigh "I see, I'll let this slide considering those three can bond more, and with Nawin-kun there... I'm sure he can keep things in check".

"Speaking of Nawin-senpai... how is he, Akeno-san?" Xenovia ask, turning her sight to the raven-haired girl who's taking a drink from her bottle water "He's fine, it seem he is back to his usual self, though it's hard to tell since Nawin-kun has always been hard to read" Akeno admit, putting the water bottle down. Rias nod in agreeing "Yes, Nawin-kun is very different compare to all of us... I'll admit that at first I was unsure if I should have revived him, considering he could turn out to be a dangerous and powerful enemy to us by turning stray".

Akeno's finger twitch at that comment, but she can understand the Gremory's concern. Xenovia look surprise hearing that "I guess I can't blame you for thinking that, Nawin-senpai power has skyrocketed to other level in such a short time, same goes with Lucy and Asia" Rias turn to her rook "Koneko-chan, how's Asia-chan doing?" she asks, knowing the white-haired girl visits her dear friend often "She's fine and happy as always, even with her blindness" she reply, making the crimson-haired girl smile in relief "That's good to hear"

"Now, considering we're all here... let's have lunch!" Rias grins, then, magically a blanket appear on her right palm and place it down on the ground with dozen of foods already on the blanket, causing the three to blink a couple of time to wonder if that's real. "Nice trick, Rias" Kokoro appear beside Xenovia, causing the Knight to jump in surprise "Well I'm starving, so let's eat" Akeno take a seat beside Rias and grab a neatly wrap tuna sandwich.

Koneko walk toward the blanket and take a seat at the other side of Rias. Xenovia was about to do the same, but Kokoro place hand on her shoulder "What?" she asks, giving the Queen and confuse look "I was wondering if you could be my practice partner for a move I've been working on. I tried once on Issei and after that he refused saying it was quite... stunning" Kokoro ask, making the others turn to her with interest.

The Knight shrugs "Well let's see it, I'm quite interes-" she is cut off when Kokoro kick her gut, forcing her to bend down, then Kokoro reach back and grab Xenovia's with her right arm head and place it on her shoulder, then she drops to the ground. Xenovia head bounce on Kokoro's shoulder violently and sends her back flips a couple of time in air, out of the Queen's shoulder before she lands face-first onto the ground.

The three girls watch the display in awe at the cool move while Kokoro stand back up and dust her skirt "Huh, I guess it works quite well" she smirk, looking at the unconscious Knight. "That is something, Kokoro" Rias praise with a smile as the Matashi take a sit down on the blanket "Now I just need to find a good name for it" she said.

East of Kuoh

"Hmm, this is annoying" Nawin mutter as he stares down at the dozens of police around the alleyway. The three are currently on top of a building's roof, looking down at the alleyway to the dismembered body parts "Why haven't they taken the body away yet?" Yuuto ask, confuse "Probably still looking for some clues, they don't want to tamper anything yet just in case they are missing something" Nawin answers.

"This definitely isn't human-type of crime, I mean look at all the parts it's like-" Issei is cut off by Nawin "It's been cut clean by something sharp and long, like a claw" the Makasha pupil's narrow, not liking this. He turns to the two "Right now I have an idea of two creatures that could have caused this" "Really, what are they?" Yuuto ask "One is a vampire, but that's not likely since vampire rather suck their victims blood, then make such a messy scene unless they are just sick and craze that they wouldn't mind. The second one which is the more likely one, the Jikininki".

"Jikininki?" Issei ask in confusion along with Yuuto, making the Makasha sigh, not surprise "Jikininki is a creature me and Akeno encountered in London at the Observation day. Their name means human eating ghost, they are half ghost and half human, the reason why I think they could be the suspect is because me and Akeno saw a similar scene like this in London. The Jikininki have long sharp claws that can cut through human flesh like butter and they only hunt at night which is the same time this victim was killed, so that's our best culprit right now" Nawin state.

"I see, so do you know where we can find it?" Yuuto ask "Not at day time, they are only active at night, so we pretty much have to wait. For now we should get down there and look for more clues, but first we need the police officer to get out of the area" Nawin mutter, trying to come up with a plan. "Why don't we just knock them out?" Issei suggest "I guess that could work, well you two go ahead" Nawin said making them nod. Yuuto disappear in speed while Issei promote to knight quick and follow suit. Nawin glance down, seeing one by one, each policeman are knock to unconscious and after a few more second all of them are on the ground.

Nawin jumps down the building and land gently on the ground, he start to take a look around and spot the severed head lying next to the torso 'This Jikininki is more violent than the one I encountered'. Nawin walk toward the severed head and kneel down in front to inspect the face "Hell, I feel like throwing up" Issei hold his mouth and nose to block the horrible blood stench "It seems like the victim's face was clawed out ferociously... this creature was really in a bloodlust mood, her eyes, nose, mouth is completely gone" Nawin examine before standing up.

"Look up there" Yuuto said and the two move their sights up to see two severed arm hanging on a rope of intestine. Nawin's eyes narrow at this 'Hmm that's weird, a Jikininki would just attack their target not mess around with them like this... it looks like the creature was playing with its victim' he notes and turn to notice Issei's sick face, making him sigh 'I guess he's not used to this kind of gruesome stuff'. Nawin walk forward and place a hand on his shoulder, making Issei look at him "Hold on for a minute okay? We'll be done" Nawin said with a small smile, surprising the Hyoudou, before he smiles back and nod "Alright".

Nawin bring his hand back and turn around, his eyes glow red and start scanning the area 'The creature was jumping around a lot, almost like it was pouncing on the victim more than once' Nawin notes, seeing the many claw marks on the walls. "It seems like the creature was having fun with this victim" Nawin said, catching the two-boy's attention "What do you mean?" Yuuto ask "The way the arms are hanged and the claw marks on the walls indicate it was pouncing on the victim more than once. The creature already cornered the woman at the end and could have finished her off immediately, but the legs and arms hanging up like this, it's clear that its playing with her".

"Gezz, this is one sick monster" Issei said, shivering a bit while Nawin nod "Yes you're right about that. We are dealing with a dangerous and frezy creature, but now my suspect for it being a Jikininki is lower, considering they don't attack their victims like this... they go directly and finish the job before eating them up piece by piece" Nawin mutter as his eye turn back to normal. The Makasha sigh, wondering what creature could do this "So it's not a vampire or Jikininki" Yuuto utters in frustratin, trying to think of other creature that can do this.

Nawin shake his head and turn to the two "Let's leave for now, there's not much we can do here, so let's rest somewhere while we come up with a plan" he said.

Time Skip

"I feel like an idiot" Issei mutter, as he and the other are currently seating outside of Starbucks. The Hyoudou glance at his scooter which is parked next to Nawin's and Yuuto bigger and flashy bikes which make it all the more embarrassing for him "Get a license then you can get a real bike, Issei" Nawin reply simply, drinking his ice chocolate.

"Get a license nanana!" Issei mutter childishly, making the Yuuto chuckle while Nawin looks at him blankly, not amuse at all. "Anyway, back to the main subject, what sort of creatures could be the cause of that?" Yuuto ask, getting to the point "My other guess is the Ghouls" Nawin brings up, catching the two by surprise "The Ghouls... you mean the one we dealt with at the observation day?" Issei ask and gets a confirm nod from the Makasha "Yes, they have a violent and bloody instinct, also they are unstable, so they could have cause that kind of horrific scene".

Yuuto was about to talk, but the Makasha cuts in "But, they usually travel in packs and from the crime scene it looks like it was only one creature, so I'm not completely sure if it was a Ghoul" he said, making the two sigh "Great, so we're back at step one" Issei mutter.

Nawin look up the sky to see the is sun setting down "It will be at least one hour before the sun falls. When it turns dark we will split up and look around Kuoh for this thing, understand?" he said, turning to the two and see them nod "Yeah, we're going to catch this creature and show it to not mess with our home" Issei grin and pump his fist to the air, making the blonde chuckle while Nawin wears a faint smile.

Time Skip

"Huh, what a tiring day" Akame mumbles, walking out of the school's gate and quickly notice the dark sky "It's already that late? I must have been so focus on my training" she shrug and continuing making way to her home.

"Kyaaaa!" Akame's body stiffen when she suddenly hears a loud shriek from behind, making her spin around, but doesn't see anything. Akame blinks a couple of time "Huh, that's probably just my imagination" she sigh and resume walking.

After a few minutes, Akame suddenly feel a cold breeze blowing past her, her pupils narrow as she grips her kendo stick tightly, but continue walking. A shadowing figure start forming from the ground behind her, it's red eyes glow brightly and look directing at the black-haired girl's back. Akame spins around and bring her kendo out to strike the creature, but she is surprise to see the thing she attack is a Ghoul "What in the world?" she utters in shock. The Ghoul feel the wooden stick on its chest and didn't react, then quickly, it grab the kendo stick and crush it with its hand.

Akame see the Ghoul lifting its right hand up showing its sharp claw, making her jump back to narrowly dodge getting but into pieces. Akame send a quick spin kick to its face, but the creature barely reacts to it, shocking the girl.

The Ghouls look at Akame with its red eyes, freezing her in fear for a second and allow the creature enough time to grab the girl's leg and throw her to the metal post, knocking the breath out of her.

"D-damn, whatever that thing is... I can't even hurt it" Akame mutter getting back up and wince when feeling her back bones may have been heavily bruise from the impact. "I don't want to die not know" she said, seeing the creature walking toward her with a sinister smile on its face, showing her its razor-sharp teeth, making the girl take a few steps back in fear.

"Shuuu" Suddenly, a hand covers Akame's eyes and is pull back in to a lean muscular body, which makes her feel safe all the sudden. Akame smell the familiar scent she could never forget "Nawin-kun?" she softly whispers. The Makasha smile and nod "Don't worry, Akame... I got this, just stay still" he whispers back in soothing tone. Nawin looks up to face the Ghoul, his eyes start to glow red, staring down at the Ghoul, though the Makasha pause when he notice something about this Ghoul, its skin color was death black instead of ice blue and it has longer hands and legs, same goes with its claws, but he to think about it another time.

"You attack someone I hold dear and for that you will pay... tenfold" Nawin state in a blank but deathly tone. Violent wind start blowing around the Makasha as his red eyes glow brightly, the lamp posts and trees are suddenly cut in half by some unknown force making the Ghoul shriek and gets to its stance. 

Outside of Kuoh

Dozens of figures speed through the forest, making the leaf blow from the trees and the grass rustle. The figures stop at the cliff that shows the full view of Kuoh at night. Their red eyes look down at the city, suddenly dozen of shrieks explode from the area making everyone in Kuoh stop their activities for a second and feels chills going down their spines.

Yuuto

The Knight appear on top of the tallest tower in Kuoh and turns to the direction where the shriek came, his eyes narrow in seriousness "Seem like there is more coming" he mutters before disappearing in pure speed.

Issei

Issei speed through the air, heading straight to the location where he heard the shrieks, his eyes start to glow in emerald while the boosted gear form on his right arm 'No way I'm letting anything attack my home!' he utters and speed toward the cliff.
