𝗹 ، ⌕ 99.99% sure that all of us have dealt with procrastination before . follow me if i'm wrong <3

𝗹 ، ⌕ what is procrastination ? 

> the action of delaying or postponing something <

𝗹 ، ⌕ basically , you delay doing your homework to watch kdramas . or something of the sort .

𝗹 ، ⌕ some of the ways stated below have been tried by me . confirmed , by our uncle , google !

꒷꒦ take a deep breath and remind yourself of what you need to do 
↺ you need to relax and close your eyes . sit on a bed and just take a deep breath . then , you can take a book and write down what you want / need to do that same day . 

꒷꒦ start with small , achievable goals 
↺ don't just straight up write that your goal for the day is to freaking finish a 100-page module . start by something that you know you can do , something that is simple , but you'll feel the satisfaction of doing it .

꒷꒦ break your tasks into chunks
↺ there are some times that your task is too big that you feel drained just by looking at it . if this happens , try and break the tasks into smaller pieces . maybe from the 100-page module , you can start by just finishing 5 pages today .   
↺ if you can't finish 5 pages today , then break it to one page per day . 

꒷꒦ reward yourself
↺ take breaks , love ! right after finishing a few pages , or until you feel satisfied with your work , go and grab some cookies ! or plain water will do . if you need a few minutes on wattpad to check your notifications , you can do that too ! just make sure you can stay out of it once your break time ends .

꒷꒦ eliminate distractions 
↺ silence your phone . and if you need apps to help you , i have just the right thing . i have personally tried the apps below , and i can say that they are a hell of a fun !! the bunny is so cute <3 and the forest is really fun to play with . give it a try !

꒷꒦ do not wait till you are 'motivated'
↺ that is such a lie you're telling yourself . if you wait till you're in the mood , then that work will never be finished ! stop with these excuses . try to force yourself to start doing your work . like i said , ( and what the internet wrote ) , start by doing something small . you have to stand up in order for you to walk . 

꒷꒦ try 
↺ and believe in yourself . believe that you can do the work that you're supposed to do , if you just try ! have faith that you can finish your works if only you get up and start with whatever you need to do , loves !
