---Ink's POV----

The rest of the day had gone quickly and before I knew it the day had ended, leaving Blue, Dream and I to walk half of the journey home together before breaking up and going our separate ways.

We had just walked out of the school gates when we were called back by someone yelling Dream's name.

We turned to see Nightmare waving his arms to get our attention. Once he saw that he had he grinned and ran over to us, stopping next to Dream to ruffle the top of his skull.

"Leaving without me Dreamy?"

Dream looked at him shocked. "I-I thought you would have detention."

Nightmare tilted his head to the side, as if confused. "Why would I have detention?"

Dream stared at him, trying to figure out if he was being serious. "Because." He started. "You got in a fight today."

Nightmare laughed and pulled Dream along, making us start walking home. "Its all good. I explained the whole situation to the principle and he believed me and let us all off."

"So you lied." I stated, not even having to ask to know the truth.

Nightmare laughed. "Sure. If thats what you want to believe then go ahead."

I rolled my eyes and kept walking, wondering what happened to Killer, the one that we had seen on the floor with blood running down his skull at the start of the fight.

"What happened to Killer?" I asked, curious to hear the whole story of how the fight started.

Nightmare seemed to have to think for a moment before he opened his mouth to say something, but I stopped him. "The truth. Not whatever you told the principle."

He turned and grinned. "As you wish, artist."

I glared at him and he let out a low chuckle.

"Well. Where do I start?
The guys and I had just got out of our lessons, all of them were pretty close to each other so we joined up pretty quickly. Killer however, had had a lesson on the other side of school. So we'd arranged to meet round the field, where we normally hang out.

But when were nearly there we here chants of 'fight! fight! fight!'. Beigh curious, we went to check it out. Anyway, we rounded the corner just in time to see Killer being slammed against the wall by some black boned glitching skeleton.

When Killer hit the floor, he didn't move. And that's when we sprang into action. He had some bone attack in his hand that he was pointing at Killers crumpled body and I'm telling you now, he looked like he intended to stab him.

So I lashed out a tentacle, hitting his arm and making him drop the bone attack. He obviously took that as an offer and next thing I knew we were in a full blown fight.

Its chill though. Were cool now."

Nightmare stopped and stared at a robin that was hopping along the pavement ahead of us.

"So you don't actually know why killer and Error got in a fight in the first place?" I said, noting how they only got there once Killer had already been beaten up.

"Nope. He didn't say and we didn't ask."

"Oh."

"Anyway, we dragged him to the nurse and he got all bandaged up. He refused to stay there and rest though, came straight back out once the nurse was done. It was obvious that he wasn't ready to walk around school with the injury's that he had suffered from. But he was adamant that he was okay.

And its a good idea not to argue with Killer. Especially when he's in a bad mood. So we let him come back, we just kinda kept an eye on him, you know what I mean?"

I nodded. Its strange having Nightmare talk to us, almost normally.

At school he's the bully, so he never talks to any of us, and if he does its some mocking sarcastic voice. So it feels weird for him to be talking to us like we were equals.

Blue looked confused by it as well, he's not very fast on the uptake.

Dream says that Nightmare at home and Nightmare at school are like two different people entirely.

Well, apparently he's still a pain, and can be rude and mean, but nothing like when he's at school. (School changes you kids XD)

We hit the crossroads where we start to separate. Dream and Nightmare live one way, and Blue and I walk the same way for about another minute before I have to go down my road.

"Time to separate Dreamy." Nightmare said, walking down their direction of the crossroad and Dream gave both of us a quick hug. "Bye guys!"

"Byyyeee!" We both called as we watched Dream run after is brother, calling at him to slow down.

I turned to Blue as they disappeared round a bend. "So, how was your day?" Blue laughed. "It was okay, but definitely not as interesting as yours."

I laughed and hit him playfully on the shoulder. "You've probably got that right."

Blue laughed and we talked about school until we had to separate. "See you tomorrow Blue." I called.

"Bye Ink!" He yelled as I walked round the corner.

I smiled and walked onwards, headed to my little house. (Cuz they don't have parents and live alone :P #FandomLogic) I opened the little front gate and walked up my garden path to my front door.

I unlocked it and walked inside, kicking off my shoes and trudging upstairs, dropping my bag on the floor as I entered my room.

"Home sweet home." I muttered before collapsing onto my bed, embracing the blanket and pillows. They were soft and comforting but I forced myself back up and over to my work desk. I had history homework due for tomorrow.

I wanted to sleep but I made myself take the homework out of my bag and placed it on the desk, scanning over the task quickly. Shouldn't be too hard.

I have no idea how much of the work I've actually done but I'm so tiered right now that all I could think of right now was sleep.

I stumbled out of my chair and threw off my clothes, wearily putting my pajamas on and crawling into bed, falling asleep almost as soon as my head hit the pillows.

I woke up suddenly to look over at my bedside clock.

Shit!

I'd over slept!

I had fifteen minutes to get dressed, eat breakfast, brush my teeth, gather my school stuff and finish that history homework!

I was a rushing mess, trying to do everything at once as quick as possible. I got my clothes and rushed to the bathroom, doing whatever needed to be done in there before grabbing my unfinished homework and stuffing it into my bag and running downstairs into the kitchen.

I reached into a cupboard and grabbed a breakfast bar before running out the door and locking it behind me.

I sprinted to where Blue and I normally met only too see he'd gone without me. That's the smart thing to do. I ran down the road, the only student on the streets, boy I was late.

The school gates came into sight and I put on a burst of speed, charging through them and into the school grounds.

There were only a few people left in the courtyard, everyone else had gone in. I scanned my surroundings and spotted Dream and Blue by the blossom tree, they looked like they had just given up and were about to go in.

"WAIT!" I called.

They whipped around and instantly recognised me, smikes braking out in thier faces.

"HURRY UP!" They yelled.

I ran over to them and stopped, panting. Attempting to catch my breath.

"So, you sleep in?"

"Shut up."

I've never overslept. Its actually kinda impossible for me since I wake up at 4 in the morning and write in bed till 7 to make sure you guys get daily chapters.
God I'm a saint. XD
