Angel's POV
Holiday! It's holiday!!

It's been a long time since I go on a holiday trip. In addition, all of my friends are going! Ha Ra tells us that she will join us in last minute. I couldn't be more happy!

When I reach home, I walk straight to my room. I excitedly starts to pack my things & clothes that I will bring during the trip. I start to think about activities we can do during the trip.

Then my mind wanders to a certain someone. The person whom always occupies my head these days. It's been a month & Kris and I are getting comfortable around each other. We didn't fight or bickering towards each other anymore. We are just in good terms, like close classmates.

During our practice, I start to notice small details about him like how deadly serious he is when he focus on something, or how rare it is for him to smile. Day by day, I realised I have a crush on him.

Flashback... (The end of the past month)
Today is like the usual days, that is staying afterschool to practice with Kris. I walk to my locker to get my bag & books and then go to the music room. As I walk, I heard someone plays the piano inside the music room.

Is it Kris? No, it can't be. He said he can't play any music instruments.

So I decide to peek from the slightly-open door. Yes, there is someone playing the piano but I didn't expect the person to be Kris. His face is facing me but he's so focus on playing the piano that he didn't notice me in front of the door.

I just stand there, listening to the music as he plays. His notes are perfect, there's no mistake at all. I feel peaceful & calm as I hear it. When he finishes the song, I start to clap loudly.

"Bravo! Bravo!" I said, smile a little.

Kris just stood there, maybe shock with my sudden presence.
"Why did u lie to me saying u don't know how to play music instruments?"

He rubs the back of his neck nervously, "Ermm... It's been a long time since I play music instruments. So my skills isn't that great..."

"But u did a great job earlier! That's the most beautiful song I've ever heard!" I smile at him.

He then slowly smile at me. It's the second time he smiles sincerely at me. I don't know why but I feel my heart melted.

After we finished our practice (a little bit late that day), I hurriedly pack my things & quickly go to the door.

"Bye, Kris! Gotta go now, my brother is waiting for me!" I walk as fast as I can to the front gate without waiting for his reply.

I'm so panic about being late that I didn't notice the floor is wet & slippery. But it's too late, I start to fall. I close my eyes & wait for the impact but after a few minutes, I didn't feel any impact hit me. Strangely, I feel long limbs wraps itself around my waist & a presence behind me.

"Are u alright?"

I start to open my eyes as I heard a voice from my back. My guess is right. There IS long limbs around me. But whose? I look at my right side where I heard the voice come from to see Kris' face. He's panting & still holding me securely. He is backhugging me! I feel my face turn red.

"I-I'm okay, K-kris. You can release me now..." I said softly. Aish, why am I stuttering??

He slowly release me. I look at the floor, trying to hide my blushing face from him. Sigh... why am I blushing???

I heard him chuckling, maybe because of my red face.

"Clumsy princess." He said.

"Hey, I'm not a princess!" I shout at him timidly, still a little embarrassed.

He just continue to chuckle. He then show something to me.

"Your bottle. You left it in the music room."

I quickly take it from him. "Thanks..."

"For which one? The bottle or saving u earlier?"

"Both..." I mumbled slowly.

He smile & pinch my nose.

"Hey! What's that for?" I said as I rub my nose.

"I can't help it. U are just so cute."

I start to blush again & my heart feels like it's about to explode. Damn you, Kris!

Then, I heard the honking sound.

"That's your brother. U better go now before he comes here."

My eyes went big when I suddenly being remind of my brother.

"Ok, bye!"

I thought it was just the normal, boring day. But it turns out I was wrong. That day, I realised I have a crush on Kris.

End of Flashback...

My brother saw the whole scene as he was waiting for me at the front school gate. And of course, he starts to tease me which makes me slightly annoyed.

Sometimes I question myself. Why do I hate Kris in the first place?

And like always, I didn't get the answer. It seems like I've forgotten something important. But what?

I just shrugged it off.

"Angel."

I turn to look at the source of the voice to see Woobin oppa leaning at the door with a serious face.

"What is it, oppa?"

"Why are u packing?"

"I'm packing for the school trip. I already told u about it, right?" I continue to pack & answer oppa's question without looking at him.

"You can't go."

I stop packaging & slowly turn to oppa, "...what?"

"Father & mom are going to visit us on that day."

I start to pack my things again, "I don't want to see them."

Oppa just quiets. I know he tries to convince me but I speak first.

"I won't change my mind. U won't be able to convince me. If there's nothing else, I will continue packing."

I heard a sigh from oppa & then he's gone. Now my mood eventually drop. I stop folding my clothes & think about my parents.

Ever since I choose to pursue my dream, father starts to act cold towards me. Mom is still the same, being a caring mother & all. But I still didn't get my father's love. So I start to hate this family.

Now I remember why I hate Kris...

I hate him for reminding me that I am a Wu.

The Next Day...
Kris' POV
It's been a month & things are getting better. I start to notice our relationship are starting to change, from enemies to friends. Our fights lessens & now we can communicate without insulting each other.
During the past month, we start to realise that we have common interest. That day is when Angel accidentally found one of my drawings. She said it's pretty & unique. She also can recognized my drawing of a dragon. All of my friends always make fun of my drawing but Angel doesn't.

I start to think maybe Angel & I can be good friends one day...

I am now walking to the entrance of the school. Yes, I walk to school. Not all of us in EXO are from rich family. I just come from an average family.

Angel & I didn't have any practice today as it is a rest day. So I am a little disappoint that I wouldn't see her today.
Then, I see her walking in a crowd of students. I smile & wave at her. She sees me & glares then walk away.

What... just happened?

The whole day, I didn't really see her. I have Biology with her today but I didn't get the chance to speak to her. She comes late into the class & leave early when the class ends. I've been thinking she's avoiding me.

Why is she avoiding me? Are we going back to normal? Being enemies?
